We always come back to this beautiful 1939 Boutique Hotel. It is located in walking distance from the train station. The staff is professional, multi-lingual, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a lovely selection of foods and the rooms were very clean, fresh and well kept. We highly recommend this hotel as it has the old world charm, yet modern amenities. We love our stays here. Thank you to the entire staff for their attentiveness and excellent work and dedication. You all take such pride in all that you do for your guests.

It is a beautiful hotel with the best rooftop bar overlooking the city where you can clearly see the Vatican. The ladies at check out counter were kind and accommodating. The hotel is air conditioned, extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend booking it.

Five of us (women) were traveling to Italy from various parts of the United States and I researched many of the hotels in Rome to decide what hotel would best meet our needs (two single rooms and one room shared by three women). The reviews for this hotel were very good and, after researching the area of Rome (central), and the photos and descriptions, I chose this for the group. The rooms were well appointed with plenty of closet space and were MUCH nicer than reflected in the photos on the website. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bathrooms were immaculate! The staff were friendly and helpful and gladly reserved vehicles for us. We only ate once at the affiliated restaurant/hotel across the street and the food was delicious, fresh, and the server was efficient and very friendly. Dessert was perfecto! The pastries served in the morning at the buffet were scrumptious, and the fresh fruit was perfectly ripe. The coffee machine was the only drawback as it was not as hot as coffee typically is served and, because there is only one coffee machine, there was a line several times we attempted to get our coffee. My suggestion would be for the hotel to consider the dining room team serve the coffee as there appeared to be a good deal of hotel staff in the buffet dining area that were not occupied. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

I have had the most wunderfull expirience in Rome by staying at the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo. The facilities are great, the staff is very helpfull and serviceminded, they really make an extra effort making your stay and vacation in Rome a true adventure from start to end. Breakfast buffet is well stuffed with something for everybody regardless of habits and taste, and if you walk away hungry from it, it is your own fault. Actually I have never seen such a staff, which in every way has exceeded all my expectations. I would recomnend everybody considering going to Rome to stay at this hotel, which located at the very center at the city, close to both metrolines and the Central Station with easy and fast connections to the Airport. 100% honest, I cannot wait going back to Rome, and I owe much of it to the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo and it’s staff right from the portier, the guards to the cleaners and the lovely bartenders at the rooftop at night. Bravo!!!!
