Great hotel so close to the train station. Everything has been redone so a very modern feel to the rooms and inside property. Short walk to the train station. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Nice little bar in main lobby that has a happy hour with nice munchies. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Our rooms and the hotel - very clean and quiet. Staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Went straight from the airport to touring the Vatican all day, all we wanted was a meal and bed. Our first meal in Italy was Santina’s lasagna and it was delicious. Our waitress made a special salad for us that wasn’t on the menu and the strawberry cheesecake was the best I have ever had. We all left the table wishing we could spend more time. So good. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend the hotel, their dining room and staff to any family visiting Rome. You will not be disappointed.

Cleaner Best Western I have seen. Hospitality is a 10+ excellent Adina at the bar restaurant and Paola at the front desk were supper attentive, and made our stay more pleasant to our needs and ver informative.

This hotel is a great one-night option, especially when arriving in Rome by train and departing the following day from the airport. (Or vice versa.) The hotel is located only steps from Rome Termini. The rooms are small but well-appointed and clean. The bar/restaurant is convenient, and while the food is just so-so, it is a good option for tired travelers. It is reasonably priced, safe, and convenient!

The property is right next to the Roma Termini (train) which was very convenient. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. We appreciated the tips on transportation and where to go. The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. We also had dinner the first night in the restaurant and it was excellent! Rooms and property were clean and safe - the surrounding area (and all of Rome) had a lot of construction in preparation for the 2025 Jubilee, which did make for some inconvenience. That said, this hotel made a great base for exploring Rome!

A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!

Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina had a perfect location for the end of our trip. Close to the train station, even closer to the SIT Bus to terminal shuttle. Check in was a breeze, we had the pleasure of dealing with Adam F. He was extremely polite and cordial during the duration of our stay. Property had all the amenities one could ask for. Nice clean room, restaurant/bar in the lobby, and outdoor sitting area. If ever returning to Rome, would definitely stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina again!

Very good choice for a short overnight stay if travelling on by train or seekjng to get to Fiumicino airport. Clean hotel, nice rooms, good facilities and very pleasant staff!

We stayed at the hotel for about five days. On our checkout date, we discovered a bed bug in our room and immediately reported it to the front desk staff. When their staff came to investigate, we felt that they initially tried to deny it was a bed bug, suggesting instead that it could be a “bad bug” that flew in during housekeeping. However, after further and more serious discussion, they ultimately admitted that it was indeed a bed bug. We also took a picture of the bug. Unfortunately, they did not offer any meaningful solution to address our concern about possibly bringing these highly contagious insects home with us. Since we had an international flight to catch, we left the hotel and were promised that their management team would conduct a formal investigation and get back to us the next day. After we arrived home, however, we did not receive any follow-up email from the hotel until we reached out ourselves. Even then, they merely tried to downplay the issue, saying that insects might enter hotels through guests’ luggage and that it is an unavoidable risk for travelers. For a hotel that charges nearly $400 per night, it is extremely disappointing to receive such a response. I am certain that I will not stay at a BW hotel again.

Good hotel near transport. Helpful and friendly staff. Good room size and comfortable bed with choice of pillows. The only thing I will comment on is they added a gratitude charge which they said was not compulsory when checking out which made us feel uncomfortable. We had never had this from a hotel before. Otherwise great stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adam at the front desk was awesome. On site restaurant had good food and service. Included breakfast buffet was also good and included American breakfast options. Hotel is across from the train station, so bus and taxi access was also very convenient. Rooms were comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Bathrooms were the only minor issue we saw. No fan in the bathroom and the way the shower is built with only a half wall we felt like we were getting water everywhere despite our attempts not to.

Overall the stay experience was good, but there are two problems that need to be fixed: 1) Air Conditioner was not in good condition. 2) The washing basin and the faucet design were not fit us, because when we were washing, the water splashed down.

Room is so hot. Set point of 19C but had realtime temp of 78F. Fan was not blowing at that point. Called helpdesk since my wife started having asthma, but no one was able to do anything. Also, “tip” of 20 Euros was “recommended” on the bill upon check-in, and need to be cancelled or reduced upon check out per customer. If you’re in a hurry and not paying attention, you would be charged more on top of your other charges. I think recommended tipping Amt should not be included at all on the initial bill

Good for a short stay. Room gets warm from the sun but the air conditioning helps. Short walkable distance to Roma Termini. One of the very few places to have a king size bed. The chair and sink are terrible. The chair is trying to be too artistic but takes up too much room. The sink is not practical, the tap is at the corner of the sink causing the water to splash everywhere meaning you can’t place things around the sink area as everything there would get wet. The room is customizable with various hues such as red, green and blue. It’s an unnecessary artistic gimmick which may be a few seconds of intrigue that’s unnecessary. With all that said, other than the weird chair that takes up too much room, the weird sink, it actually isn’t too bad. Breakfast is reasonably priced, and just downstairs making it incredibly convenient. Would recommend overall.

The room/bathroom was really spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and promptly responded to any issues we had. Location was good, close to the train station with taxis also readily available. My only complaint was that we had no way to turn the air conditioning on leaving the room temperature uncomfortably warm.

When checking out of the hotel, I had to pay the city tax, but the staff included a €15 tip without asking. The employee said they would refund it if I wanted, but since I was on my honeymoon and didn’t want to cause any conflict, I said I would just pay it. However, I felt very uncomfortable. Gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ansprechend. Zimmer zur Straße hin gut isoliert, allerdings ungenügend in Richtung der Flure. Grund ist eine fehlende Dämmung der Zimmertür. Sauberkeit insgesamt vollkommen okay. Personal überaus freundlich. Lediglich beim Check-Out wurde ein „optionales Trinkgeld“ in Höhe von 5% netto aufgeführt. Zwar wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass dieses reduziert, erhöht oder auch gänzlich entfernt werden kann, allerdings ist die pro forma Aufstellung aus hiesiger Sicht inakzeptabel und erinnert an so manche italienische Touristenfallen. Dies fanden wir schade und hat dem Check out einen faden Beigeschmack gegeben.

As an avid traveler my expectations can be somewhat skewed. My expectations can be high. Without hesitation this stay was the best of my year. The room and total establishment was spotless. Gentleman that helped with our bags to the room was awesome. Gave us helpful hints for the area and was generally pleasant. The front desk personnel were professional and sincerely seemed to care about our comfort and satisfaction. I wish had captured the womens name that was the host for our breakfast each day. She made us feel so welcome we almost extended our stay. She was pleasant, welcoming and remembered us each day. Just a great place to stay in Rome and I highly recommend. One additional point, add breakfast to your booking, it is by far the finest breakfast you will ever get at any hotel, ever. Trust this.

Staff was outstanding! Very helpful. Front desk helped arrange a late check out (child had a rough night, so the extra time allowed time to recouperate); the breakfast staff were warm, welcoming and always smiling; housekeeping delivered extra towels right away...everyone was just wonderful! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic staff, really helpful. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from termini station which I found easy .rooms are great - mine was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is didn’t like being asked at checkout to leave a tip for all the staff to share.

You could not get a better location. Less than 100 meters from Termini (the main train station and access to Metro A & B and the train to the airport) so you can get to any where in the city quickly and cheaply. The staff were great and the room and hotel overall were very clean. I would definetly stay here next time.

This property is conveniently close to the Termini Train Station. Walkable distances to most of Rome's major sites within the Aurelian Wall. Staff will call taxis if requested, and taxis show up within 2-3 minutes. The breakfast has a great selection of food. All staff are friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite (King size bed) on the 7th floor with a balcony. We approximated this balcony to be 22-feet by 5-feet: Huge!!! We enjoyed magnificent views of Rome everyday from the balcony, including St.Peter's Basilica and Santa Maria Maggiore.
