The stay was lovely and cosy! The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing, 5 minutes away from Trevi fountain and lots of places to eat. The rooftop bar was great again thw staff was attentive and lovely. Overall, rooms were great, even on the busy nights you couldn't hear crowds outside. The only downside there is one lift and its just to ages to get it. Everything else was truly beautiful.

The location is in the center of Rome. The attractions like the Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon are short walking distance. They have a breakfast buffet with good selections . The hotel elevator is small and slow. You can only fit about 4 people comfortably. The hotel price is pricey. Our average rate was $289 a night. The room is small with two tiny night stand. The front desk is helpful.

Fantastic location, helpful reception team helped us to book some wonderful restaurants and our airport transfer, along with helping with other queries during our stay. Located near a piazza and a busy shopping street, we were able to easily walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Foundation, Spanish Steps, Collosseum, Forum and even areas like Travestere and the Vatican weren't too far. The rooftop bar and breakfast is fantastic - such a great asset to the hotel.

This hotel has everything you need and is in the most fabulous location. Walkable to everything, room was spacious for Europe and very clean. Breakfast was great, and served on the roof with indoor and outdoor options. The rooftop bar has great views and super cute place to hang out. The staff is amazing, very helpful and professional. Great place to stay in Rome!

Amazing location in the heart of centro historico next to all the major spots. Rooftop bar is excellent the bar staff is absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean and nice and wifi worked well. Air conditioning AC worked well too.

Everything was spotless. Location is amazing. You can walk to many major landmarks in under half an hour. This room is perfect as a base for exploring, or for taking a nap as it's in the middle of everything and you'll pass by it on your way to everything else. Very attractive room as well. And Very quiet.

The rooms have been renovated, but cleanliness could be improved. On some days, I had to ask more than once to get the room cleaned. Noise was also an issue, mostly due to the doors in neighboring rooms slamming because of the way they close. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the sweet options were mostly packaged low-quality items like muffins, pancakes and donuts. It would’ve been nice to see some fresh Italian pastries at least once during my stay, but no luck. There was no personal touch or warm welcome from the hotel when I arrived, which made it feel a bit cold and impersonal. Honestly, an Airbnb might’ve been a better choice, this place just didn’t have much character. The best thing about the hotel is its central location, which made exploring the city easier.

The hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain areas. The rooms are modern and clean. We had an issue with severe mildew small in Room 210. When we brought it to the hotel’s attention they moved us to a room without this issue. The only issue is one of the male front desk workers is very passive aggressive/aggressive. After we moved rooms stated that there was nothing wrong with the previous room, and perhaps we caused the mildew and the floor to buckle in our 12 hours in the room. He was very unhappy that I rated my check in process low for Expedia too. I won’t stay here in the future because of the front desk staff.

This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms. The first room we checked into was horrible and too small for a queen bed and a double sofa bed. The sofa bed reached the wall so you couldn't move around the room freely, and there wasn't really much room for the luggage either. The bathroom lock didn’t work, and the flush broke and dispensed water continuously. They sent someone to fix it, who was able to temporarily fix it after some time. There was creaking everywhere, the bathroom door, the cabinet door, etc. Being on the first floor above a restaurant with tables outside, it was very noisy as well. This was a 2-star hotel experience and very disappointing considering the price. We were considering cancelling our stay. However the staff were very nice and friendly and they arranged for us to check into another room on a higher floor. This was a proper room for 4 people with a working flush, and somewhat less creaking doors. The hotel had two very small elevators barely fitting 4 people each, but I think being in the historic part of town maybe that is somewhat to be expected. Now to the good: The location was great. It was a few minutes of walking to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good (8/10) with a beautiful terrace with a good view. Would I go back to again? Only if I'm guaranteed not to get a room like the abomination we got first time.

Perfect location and room for our family. Separate living room for our child worked out so well and helped all of us sleep better. Room looked just liked the photos, cozy, clean and charming. Location was amazing, easy to walk to everything. I will say that even with the windows and shutters closed it was pretty noisy due to motorcycles and cars outside on the tiny roads - trade off for being in the center of town. Highly recommend.

Draw backs were that it can be quite noisy with many restaurants, shops and people just outside the hotel. The small street in front of the hotel is highly travelled by tourists so expect loud music and yelling into the night. Lastly the Wifi in the hotel is horrendous. It’s really slow and would lag constantly. I don’t understand how this is still an issue in 2023. Other than that it’s a convenient hotel close to the attractions.

The property is located in a prime place and easy walkable distances to a lot of places. There are plenty of resturants and choices around for food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only complain we have is their beds, they were making a lot of noise when turning around at night. Wish they fix the beds to be less noisy. The AC in one room was not working , they gave us fan.

Located in Centre City, a minute walk from Trevi fountain. Since youre near a main street it is very noisy until about 1 AM. If you need quiet, this place isnt for you. Other than the noise I was happy with the stay. No real complaints. I travelled alone to explore the city and was just looking for a simple room to sleep in.

The hotel location was great. Service was excellent. However the bed was very uncomfortable. My back and chest was hurting bad and I had to get up every hour of the night. At night it’s so loud that it’s impossible to sleep.

The room was extremely basic and not worth the cost. There were only USB plugs bedside, so if you have a USB-c charger you couldn’t charge your phone. There were only 2 plugs in the room, not in convenient locations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel a spring popping out. The front desk person on the morning of 5/18 was not willing to help us change our taxi reservation after a flight delay. The only cool part about this hotel is the rooftop bar that isn’t even affiliated with hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. We flew over night and were very tired and so happy Dayana was able to help us get into our room early! Great location! Very walkable to major sites. Clean with a nice staff and great rooftop for drinks and breakfast. Great spot.
We enjoyed our one night stay here. We flew over night and were very tired and so happy Dayana was able to help us get into our room early! Great location! Very walkable to major sites. Clean with a nice staff and great rooftop for drinks and breakfast. Great spot.

This is a truly nice hotel. The staf is Amazing and the hotelroom and breakfast has all you need. (I have had the pleasure to stay at this hotel tour timmes this year due to my son study in Rome and it has been so good every time)It is walk distance to many land mark as Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.. The top Rolf bar is perfect if you want to relax, nice food and drinks but even mire i portat the atmosphere and staf are so friendly.

The check-in was horrible. The receptionists was extremely rude and un-accommodating. Great location but a very rude staff to Americans. Make sure if you book this hotel you arrive when they allow check-in at 3pm.

Great hotel, with a phenomenal location. The staff was great, and provided timely service when needed. The hotel location is in the heart of the city, allowing you to walk to all the sites without the need for taxi service. Will stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain areas. The rooms are modern and clean. We had an issue with severe mildew small in Room 210. When we brought it to the hotel’s attention they moved us to a room without this issue. The only issue is one of the male front desk workers is very passive aggressive/aggressive. After we moved rooms stated that there was nothing wrong with the previous room, and perhaps we caused the mildew and the floor to buckle in our 12 hours in the room. He was very unhappy that I rated my check in process low for Expedia too. I won’t stay here in the future because of the front desk staff.

Located near a piazza and a busy shopping street, we were able to easily walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Foundation, Spanish Steps, Collosseum, Forum and even areas like Travestere and the Vatican weren't too far. The rooftop bar and breakfast is fantastic - such a great asset to the hotel.

9hotel Cesari is a great hotel if you are looking to walk around the sites of Rome. The location is the best aspect of the hotel as it is between the trevi fountain and the pantheon. The staff went out of there way to help with any issues we had. A special thanks to Dayana at the front for her kindness and readiness to make our trip special. The rooms are clean and well appointed and it has a nice rooftop bar. I recommend reservations as it does fill up fast. The only minor complaint would be the elevators are slow but that is not to big of a problem. Our experience at this hotel was excellent.

Very centrally located. 5 minutes from the pantheon. Many dining options steps away. I must say it is a bit noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper you may not get any sleep.

Hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar is quite lovely. It’s a good jumping off point to see multiple sites. The breakfast however was average at best and one elevator was taken out of service and limited to staff use only, which would make it more challenging for families with smaller children or elderly people to reach rooms on the top floor including breakfast.

Very nice stay at this hotel, vacinity to most attractions, most areas are walkable like the Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia, Basilica di San Marco al Campidoglio and much more including reastauants, markets, scooters, bikes, etc. The room was spacious and area clean. The breakfast selection was everything you would want and at the rooftop. Definitely recommend this hotel
