We spelt 3 nights before our Globus tour started. Property looks good but is far away from the Roma center of the action. Breakfast is good. Staff attitude and helpfullness is a mixed bag. Our # 85 room was very small, forcing you to walk like an Égyptian to get into the bed. Bed quality was very good. Bathroom was also very small and the shower was designed for small people as well. Although there was a coffee machine, your allowance will be pods, no matter how long you stay!! Extra pods are for sale @ Eur 1.5 each. We never experienced this in hotels of this price range. Are we booking this hotel again or recommending it? No.

Beautiful hotel, but the front desk manager completely ruined the experience. I reserved the suite for my wedding through my wedding planner directly with the hotel over the phone, yet when I arrived, I was told the suite had been given away because it was “not confirmed.” The front desk manager had no reasonable explanation and handled the situation very poorly. Although the suite became available on the wedding day, she failed to understand the urgency of prioritizing our room for cleaning, despite knowing we had very limited hours to get ready before the wedding. Instead, I had to switch between rooms while getting ready because the suite was not cleaned in time. We had to complain multiple times before anything was done. We had also booked several rooms for wedding guests, yet she made check-in unnecessarily difficult for everyone. The lack of professionalism, organization, and common sense made an already stressful day far worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. / Ariam

Have stayed many times. Convenient location for Mater Dei hospital stays. Staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is very nice, many healthy options. Our choice hotel in Parioli neighborhood.
