Great hotel with amazing staff. Big breakfast options, room was already cooled when we arrived. 2 min walk to the bus or 15 min walk to the metro which both get you right to downtown. Food in the restaurant was excellent as well.

This was an average property. Desk staff was very helpful. We had no need for room service with our short stay. Restaurant was never available as it was catering to groups with no consideration for other guests. "Shuttle service" was convenient but slightly more expensive than normal cab rates to airport.

I booked a Super room for my stay from 21st May to 24th May 2024. But when we arrived they gave us a standard room (mostly the bathroom is meant for disabled occupants). The bathroom was unclean with a smell that was unbearable. I think they havent cleaned the room before giving us the key for the room. Though we have booked a Super room they gave us a standard room. So we have to complain about it at the front desk. But they refused us to give a Super room saying the hotel is full and asked us to stay till the next day. This is unacceptable after paying extra for a super room we got a standard room.Also that standard room had a horrible smell and we had to ask them to clean the room again as we couldnt stay in that room. Why are we charged for a Super room and given a standard room. We need compensation for their behavior.

Beautiful hotel, I had a nice room on the forth floor with a little terrace on the rooftop. The room was modern and clean. I wish I had more time to enjoy the room, but it was really just a place to sleep and enjoy the sights of Rome. I had my own car so convenience wasn’t an issue if I could walk places. I would stay here again!

Rooms are very mouldy and dirty. The phone and switch are not working. The sink is blocked. We used the bathtub to wash a hand. We stayed one night and booked two rooms and the second room is worse than the first one. Second room bathroom is very dirty. Worse than over imagination 😪.

Room was small and the AC did not work for the 2 nights we were there. We complained about it and was given a fan and was told we could not move our room but then when we were checking out we were offered a room to change what a disaster sleeping in a very hot room. Why were we not offered the change of room until check out unbelievable

The hotel staff called the taxi for us. We Could hear people in the rooms beside us & the street is loud if you aren’t used to the city noise.

The Smooth hotel is a nice, modern looking hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast is complete catering for all tastes and diets. Fresh fruits and greens, some cooked options as well. A great stay after all, which would have been even better if there would be at list a chair in the room and a place where to open and store the luggage other than the bed or floor. Some hooks for towels in the bathroom would be helpful as well.

Bis zu den Tagen ohne Wasser, war der Aufenthalt gut. Leider wurde die schuld an einem schaden auf der Straße gegeben, was nichts mit dem fehlenden Warmwasser zuvtun hatte. Mussten bis spät abends draußen bleiben um sicher zu gehen das wir Wasser für die Toilette hatten. Auch eine Beschwerde bei dem Leiter hat nichts gebracht. Nicht entgegenkommend. Eigentlich schade, nie wieder.

Very nice staff. Always available staff. Our flight got delayed and didn’t get to check in till almost 1am and it was fine. The metro is 0.7 mile walk away.

the hotel was really clean and seemed almost new, nice employees that were helpful when we had questions! the breakfast was really good, not even exaggerating. What was a little bit more difficult is the public transportation, there is only one stop near, if you miss the bus you will have to walk 17-18min every time.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma dato limporto pagato mi sarei aspettato un maggior servizio. Dentro ka stanza c'era il bollitore e due bicchieri per prepararsi una bevanda calda, peccato che non.c'erano alcun bustina di the o altro prodotto che normalmente trovo nelle strutture che pretendono un centro prezzo per il proprio servizio.
