First major issue. No air conditioning. We opened the windows hoping that would help. Then comes the second problem. Terrible neighbourhood. It’s incredibly noisy (being next to Roma termini) and we couldn’t sleep properly for all the 3 days we stayed there. We could see people fighting and throwing bottles at each other in the nearby street (at mid night as we couldn’t catch any sleep and looking out the window what was going on)

Very clean room, great breakfast buffet, quality of service and professionalism from the staffs and above all, close to Metro, dining out, shopping and tourist spots, that walkable within the walls of Rome! I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you!
