I cant say enough about the service here. So good and breakfast was amazing. Great location behind the parthenon. Top notch. Ac worked. Safe and wardrobe and desk and refrigerator. I had a large veranda/balcony top floor. Elevator small so if someone is using it you wait until they are done. Veranda if room is facing the street. Inside racing garden no veranda. Awesome.

Rooms in need of complete renovation. Many rooms including our not accessible by eleavator withou a dozen stairs. Lighting in rooms very poor. This felt like hotel from 1980s. Completely depressing. Don’t stay here until it is renovated

Location of property was great! Hotel is an older building with interesting route to rooms, we were on the fourth floor which required the use of two different elevators and a maze-like walk plus some stairs to reach our room. However, the room was excellent - updated, good size, great amenities, spacious and updated bathroom and powerful AC which was fantastic! Across the four hotels we stayed in during our European vacation, this was the best one. Breakfast was also very nice with a wide variety in the spread, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Front desk staff was very helpful in calling cabs for us and arranging airport transfer. Overall a great hotel that I definitely would choose again and recommend to friends.

Would highly recommend. Room was on the small side but well appointed with a very large closet and large bathroom. Great water pressure. Much variety in the breakfast. Very pleasing common areas and a quiet reading room stock with various books. Location is central to everything in Roma. Right behind the Parthenon. Will stay here for next trip to Roma.

This hotel has all of your basic needs. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great. While ASC hotel didn’t really have a great bar- it was located next to a modern hotel which had a romantic roofdeck with a sensational sunset view.

This is such a lovely hotel. The amenities are fairly basic but very clean. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful and really go above and beyond. This is perfectly located for just about all of the tourist highlights in Rome. It basically backs on to the Pantheon. The Vatican is a 30 min walk away and the Colosseum about 20 mins walk- both even quicker if you take the bus or the metro. This hotel is very good value for money and perfectly located.

This hotel is a very good property for business and academic travel with a serviceable breakfast and small bar and lounge travel. The staff is professional and efficient, dry in a business hotel manner. If one enjoys having their hotel being a part of their enjoyment of a vacation and the location, this would not be the hotel for that interest. It has value for many travelers, just not for those wanting a "hotel experience".

Right around the corner from the Pantheon, this hotel was right in the middle of Rome and within walking distance to many of the historic areas. A few stairs to tackle, but the central location is what really stands out with the Albergo Santa Chiara. Good selection of foods for their breakfast offering.

Location of property was great! We stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights. Very convenient location walking to Patheon, Plaza Navona, Trivi fountain, Spanish steps.. etc. staff is very efficient and helpful. We had an issue with the safe at our room and they sent two guys to fix it in a very timely matter. We requested a quiet room before arrival and they delivered beautifully ( room 324). The only issue we had was the AC system. We could not get the room cool enough to sleep. Also there were a couple of flying bugs when we were there despite the room was made daily with clean crispy sheets.

Great hotel. Location was the greatest!!! You can literally walk to all major attractions in Rome. Very clean. My only complaint was the size of the shower. Extremely small. A large person would most definitely have a problem getting into the shower.

I really enjoyed this hotel, service was amazing and the room was nice. The breakfast selections were delicious. The only thing I had to complain about was how firm the bed was - I’ve got an injured shoulder and the bed was too firm to get comfortable at night. If you like firm mattresses for sure this hotel is for you!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i rom 101. Tror dette er det reneste hotellet vi har bodd på i Roma noensinne. Stille og rolig, selv om det ligger ganske nære Pantheon. Vi hadde ikke frokost, så det kan ikke bedømmes. Senga var litt i hardeste laget, men det er ofte slik i Italia. Rommet var stort, med to sovesofaer i tillegg til stor dobbelseng. Personalet vennlige og hjelpsomme. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!

Literally right next to the Pantheon, and walking distance to all major attractions. Cannot beat this location. Because it's right in the middle of the action, there is some noise from the street at night. The single room was a bit small, but was very clean and had everything necessary for 1 person. The staff was very kind and made me feel safe traveling alone.

I just left yesterday. I just wanted to first thank them for an amazing time, easy check in/check out, and helpful staff when needed. After seeing Rome for a week, I wouldn’t prefer to even think about staying anywhere else, when I do return. It’s in the middle of everything. A/C worked great even in summer temps. I can’t wait for my return. Thank you and be well.

It has a high rating and deserves it. Shower is a bit cramped, no problem for me though. They let me leave luggage there for a multi day trip out of Rome - for free. that was so helpful. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious and pretty fancy.

Staff wasn’t the best. Gave false info around laundry options made things more difficult for me; I ended up having to go to a laundry mat. Also wasn’t allowed anyone in my room because I was a single bed even though was a friend. Very strict wasn’t pleased.

Perfect location by the Pantheon. I was pleasantly surprised by how new the bathroom is and the nice fixtures. My room overlooked a private courtyard with a lemon tree, which was also a nice surprise.

This hotel was unbelievably close to all attractions. We walked to the pantheon in an incredible 30 seconds. We walk to the Colosseum in 15 minutes we walked to the trevi fountain in just a few minutes and to the Basilica in about 20 minutes. All around you are cute shops and streets, and great restaurants. The hotel is a cute little bar, which is very well priced for a hotel bar. The hotel itself is one of those older nicely made nicely appointed hotels with wood, paneling and marble everywhere. Yes, the rooms are a little bit older but so comfortable and so clean everything shines. The breakfast is great everything you could even ever want, and the staff are wonderful

I used to go to this hotel years ago and I loved the hotel. I went back in December 2022 and I was fully disappointed by the comfort of the hotel. The mattresses were in terrible conditions and so hard that it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom floor was not really spotless. The breakfast was overpriced. The staff was nice though. The strength of the hotel is its location; really, behind the Pantheon!
