Boa. Roupas de cama, chuveiro e sr condicionada ok. Gostei da localização, bons restaurantes próximos e alguns comércio. Uns 20 minutos para Fontana de Trevi. A tarifa mais alta que a média! Não tem café da manhã. Tv poucos canais, podiam liberar uma tv com Netflix e Amazon.

The room was small with a small shower, the aircon was noisy, and the hotel had no provision for breakfast. That said, there were plenty of places on the street to have breakfast and the staff were lovely and helpful. Overall it came across as tired and a bit small.

The only thing good about this hotel is its a 5 min walk from the termini station. This is a terrible hotel, it is more like a hostel level. Upon arriving trying to use the tiny elevator, the doors closed and it didn’t move, after it finally opened we were still in the same place. The clerk had to be reset. You can telll he wasn’t happy about it. There was no hot water, no breakfast/ restaurant,the beds are hard. This hotel also makes you leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel(they say it’s for your safety) I’ve NEvER had a hotel make you do that. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

There were outdoor restaurants nearby, which was good. Not far to go for something to eat. Walking distance to the train station, however, was quite challenging with a large suitcase and carryon on the uneven sidewalks. Very happy that the wheels on the suitcase didn't break! Front desk staff were kind. Have never seen such a small elevator before though! Could only fit 1 person and 2 large suitcases. But apparently this is common in Italy.

Gute und zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von hier gut zu erreichen. Warum man den Zimmerschlüssel beim verlassen des Zimmers den Schlüssel abgeben muss weiß wohl nur das Hotelpersonal. Badezimmer extrem klein. Einrichtung abgewohnt. Frühstück nicht möglich da der Speiseraum renoviert wird. Bei Buchung dazu leider kein Hinweis.

O quarto para 3 pessoas era absurdamente pequeno, não tinha lugar para colocar as malas, tivemos que deixar tudo no chão. Banheiro - parte do box bastante feio. A única coisa de bom é a localização, bem oerto da estação de trem Roma Termini. Não seria um hotel 3 estrelas como consta. Nem cafe da manhã tem.

Room would normally rate 2-stars, but I was absolutely eaten by bedbugs. The staff did switch rooms after the 3rd night and refund a couple of nights we spent in the bug emporium, but I was just covered in bites. I managed to kill a few & show to the front desk so there’d be no argument about what was going on.

The lock on the door didn’t work, we asked for a change of room and got it But the sheets were stained and honestly it was equivalent to staying at a bad motel. We were just there for one night before we had ti catch the flight so made it through Wouldn’t recommend booking here to stay at all

Hotel is located within walking distance of Termini station. All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of around 20-30 minutes. The metro is also close by and makes transport even easier. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful, reminding us to make use of the water cooler in reception. The room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and spotless, bed was firm but comfortable. The hotel is absolutely perfect for a short break. We didn't hear any noise from the street. Noise from other guests depends on how courteous they are when they're walking around the corridor. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. For what we paid I couldn't fault the hotel in anyway.

O pessoal da recepção é bem atencioso. O chuveiro demora um pouco a esquentar a água e o box é minúsculo, uma pessoa grande não conseguiria tomar banho ali. Como foi para apenas uma noite, nos serviu, mas não recomendamos para ficar mais tempo que isso.

Hotellet var helt greit. Det var rent, men var preg av å være gammelt og slitt. Rommet ble vasket hver dag. De i resepsjonen var hyggelige og de hjalp oss bestille taxi til flyplassen da vi skulle hjem. Airkonditionen fungerte bra. Dusjen var veldig liten og sengen er den hardeste jeg noen gang har ligget i. Det føltes som madrassen manglet, da man kunne kjenne alle fjæringene under seg. Vi bodde i 4. etasje nærmest heisen og opplevde ingen støy. Bortsett fra det var det greit sentralt, vi gikk overalt og trengte ikke annen transport for å komme oss rundt. Området virket trygt. Helt greit hotell for noen dager i Roma, da prisen var god sammenlignet med mye annet med bedre standard.

The room was really nice and super close to everything we wanted to do. The only issue we came across was the wifi not working in our room but that wasn’t super important cause we were just using the space to sleep. The room had nice amenities so we didn’t need to get or bring anything extra. Staff were also really nice and easy to deal with.

Staff were very helpful and froendly. A big thank you to Jose who incidentally found my passport while servicing our room after departure and promptly handed it in to Roberto at the front desk who returned it to me. 🙏🙏. Great service - thank you 🙏🙏

Don’t go to this property paid for three rooms in advance also arranged for shuttle service to pick us up at the airport.Our flight got delayed and we missed our connecting flights I emailed the property to let them know what was happening they asked to forward the time we were getting in they advised us that the driver would be there with sign with my name.When we arrived at the airport we did not see no one waiting for us I contacted the hotel they advised us they would get in touch with the driver they sent me the drivers number i contacted him by phone and he said it would be 30-40.minutes before he could pick us up I told the to cancel and took another taxi to the hotel When we got there the guy at the front desk told us the cab driver was angry we wait for him.The clerk then proceeded to tell us he was not going to check us in until we paid 120.dollars to the cab guy which we refused to pay.We ended up having to go check into another hotel for days we we there we are working with Expedia to be refunded our money 😒😒😒

Quarto extremamente pequeno. Box do chuveiro/banheiro tao estreito que nao consegui lavar as pernas. Quando reservei tinha cafe da manhã, quando cheguei nao havia há meses. O recepcionista do dia parecia indiferente.

The staff was amazing. I had an issue and the manager did not have to help me solve it, but they did! When your on vacation in a place as touristy as Rome, it was an incredible relief that someone wanted to help us without getting anything for themselves
The staff was amazing. I had an issue and the manager did not have to help me solve it, but they did! When your on vacation in a place as touristy as Rome, it was an incredible relief that someone wanted to help us without getting anything for themselves

Arrived and checked in. Was given keys to the wrong room and went into a room with someone’s belongings already there. Had to return keys to front desk every time we left the property. Made me feel uneasy knowing that someone may also be given keys to our room and enter without our knowledge. Did help book car service which was helpful though.

Staff was excellent! Free water in hotel lobby. 6th floor room facing the street has a balcony you can sit on. Price was excellent as well.

Rommet var rent og ryddig. Ganske lite, men alt vi trengte. Hotellet er veldig nærme togstasjonen, og det var det viktigste for oss. Vi kom om natten, og da var det praktisk med døgnbetjent resepsjon.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Terminal several times in the past few years. The location to the termini is perfect. There’s a couple good restaurants right across the street. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the termini to do day trips while I’m in Rome. I will definitely go back again.

The windows in the rooms were nice to let cool air in. The streets were occasional noisy but it was just because Rome is a very popular place. It was a very nice place to explore Rome and was good walking distance from the Fountain and the Colosseum.

Stayed with girlfriends 3 nights before going to Tuscany! Never used the train but it’s right there if you’re traveling light to and from the airport is a good option. Very basic hotel with nice coffee and breakfast shop within a few steps just outside!😃

Boa. Roupas de cama, chuveiro e sr condicionada ok. Gostei da localização, bons restaurantes próximos e alguns comércio. Uns 20 minutos para Fontana de Trevi. A tarifa mais alta que a média! Não tem café da manhã. Tv poucos canais, podiam liberar uma tv com Netflix e Amazon.

The room was small with a small shower, the aircon was noisy, and the hotel had no provision for breakfast. That said, there were plenty of places on the street to have breakfast and the staff were lovely and helpful. Overall it came across as tired and a bit small.

Gute und zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von hier gut zu erreichen. Warum man den Zimmerschlüssel beim verlassen des Zimmers den Schlüssel abgeben muss weiß wohl nur das Hotelpersonal. Badezimmer extrem klein. Einrichtung abgewohnt. Frühstück nicht möglich da der Speiseraum renoviert wird. Bei Buchung dazu leider kein Hinweis.

This hotel is near the main train, bus station withing 3 min. Walk. A lot of dining, shopping, markets and is very vibrant and safe. But the hotel need sone upgrades. The bed is hard and they need to clean alittle better the rooms i found splashing on bed frame like soda or maybe coffe. Also the bathroom is very small.

O quarto para 3 pessoas era absurdamente pequeno, não tinha lugar para colocar as malas, tivemos que deixar tudo no chão. Banheiro - parte do box bastante feio. A única coisa de bom é a localização, bem oerto da estação de trem Roma Termini. Não seria um hotel 3 estrelas como consta. Nem cafe da manhã tem.

The bathroom was as not clean and the shower was disgusting. It had more of a college dorm/hostel feel than a three-star hotel. We had two rooms and wanted to be close to the train station. The location was good for that, but the property should not represent itself as three-star. It is a good choice if you’re looking for an inexpensive, utilitarian experience.
