Nice hotel in a great location. The room itself was very spacious. The bed was uncomfortable - it had a topper, but it was very lumpy - not the worst sleep, but really no support at all. There were mold stains on the ceiling near the A/C - I'm sure that's just the intense humidity contrast with the placement of the machine - but it should be treated before it becomes worse. The breakfast which was included had a good variety and was a great touch before going out in the heat for the day. The working area downstairs was lovely. The internet connection reliable. The AC in the room worked perfectly and was heaven sent - especially during our stay as it was over 35 degrees every day. The room itself was surprisingly noisy during the day (you can hear everything through the walls and windows) but thankfully, at night, it was perfectly quiet and we slept well. My husband is particularly sensitive to noise and he also slept well. Would definitely return. If you can upgrade to a room with a tiny terrace - it is worth it!

The area of where the hotel is nice but the inside the room was a dirty. We were three people and there was only one chair and we had no place to sit. Could have been much better for the price we paid. There weren't enough clothing hangers even though there was a lot of room on the walls. It was like the room was incomplete.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Europe- we thoroughly enjoyed it and loved the location! I would stay there every time if I could- perfect! Wish we would have found something like it in Paris.

The property and room were fine. The location was in a nice area, but not necessarily close to any of the main attractions. My big complaint was with the customer service. It was our honeymoon (following our vow renewal) and our son & his girlfriend's 5-year anniversary. We were also traveling with our little girl. I called before coming and sent an email about putting some special items in each room. A note, chocolates, wine, or balloons. Something on our daughter's bed and in our son & his girls room - a special touch if you will. When arriving, the front desk knew nothing of this but promised it would be taken care of that evening when we stepped out. It never happened. The following morning, the staff said they would handle it, but it never happened again. The same staffers were there for the next two days, and neither offered to correct the situation. I just turned off by the lack of customer care as a vacation rental host myself.
