Great hotel with family room for us and our 2 children right in the heart of Rome with only a 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had 1 issue where bathroom door handle broke but the staff fixed it in a timely fashion. They helped organize our taxi from hotel to airport and were generally very helpful and accommodating

Perfekt beliggenhed. Man kan gå til det meste og ellers kører undergrunden + busser tæt på hvis man skal længere væk. Lille hyggelig hotel med meget serviceminded personale. Vi havde værelse på 5. sal med stor tagterrasse. Ikke specielt hyggelig (gamle møbler og ingen planter) eller luksuriøs terrasse men skønt at kunne komme ud og sidde. Værelset var fint, lidt hård madras. Morgenmaden meget standard men der var det der skulle være og skøn kaffe.

This hotel was pretty dumpy. Absolute bare minimum in the room. The bathroom was fine. The bed was lousy. The worst part was that it was on a major road and there was a lot of noise all night. Nice location-a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. Lots to do there. No terrace. Not clean enough. Breakfast was nice. The people were very nice and someone was at the desk 24-7.

Definitely well located with lots within 30 mins walking distance, and staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the room needs some refurbishment/repair (including the terrace door). The walls are very bare - no pictures or anything (making it unwelcoming), a tiny TV screwed to one wall and a cheap wardrobe. The shower flow was also very weak, the toilet seat was loose (one hinge missing) and the safety deposit box was locked in an open position, so not usable. Perhaps hotels in this area are normally very expensive but at around £135 per night - in mid February - seems to be way overpriced, and the poor rating reflects this. I cannot understand the Expedia rating of outstanding/very good.

Upon arrival in Rome, we experienced a heatwave. Our hotel room had a malfunctioning air conditioner with an "insufficient coolant" error and a temperature of 28°C. After reporting it to the reception, we were upgraded to another room, but it had the same issue with a temperature of 29°C. We couldn\'t sleep due to the heat and noise, and the windows wouldn\'t close properly. The next day, we reported it again, only to be told the air conditioner was working and a technician would come "sometime today." After calling an Italian friend to translate, we finally got a room with a working air conditioner. The staff spoke too little English to resolve the issue effectively, and the new room was also noisy.

Absolutely amazing staff at the reception, so helpful and informative. Staff is absolutely worth coming back for! The room was small but it had everything we needed. The bed was very hard. A lot of noise, but we chose the side to the road and was made aware of this beforehand. Location is amazing, walking distance to everything and alot of nice places to eat and drink.

Air conditioning did not work. the room was hot and stuffy so we really could have used it. we informed them and they told us it was working fine the day before. they kept telling us it was fixed now (about 5 times) but it never was. I cannot recommend staying at a hotel that has either incompetent or dishonest management. a simple apology and even a slight discount for our inconvenience could have prevented this review

Concernant le petit dejeuner, il est très basique et à 9h45 il n’y avait plus rien, alors que plusieurs chambres sont arrivées d’un coup. La dame du petit déjeuner est gentille mais n’est pas très attentive aux clients et à son buffet. Le prix du petit déjeuner est cher pour ce que c’est.

Centralt och trevligt hotell! Kort promenad till både Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi. Mysig och god frukost och fint att se gatan nedanför rummet. Väldigt hårda sängar och lite slitet generellt men rekommenderas!

I am requesting refund for July 3rd 2025 as we checked out in the morning on that day. On July 2nd, the housekeeping took my personal belongings and left room door unlocked while he went downstairs to get something. I walked in to get something without the key. I reported to Geogia at front desk, they apologized and explained it was the housekeeper's 2nd day, he didnt know. Then I asked to checked out that very next day which is 7/3 because I don't feel safe at their hotel. Not sure what else the housekeep have taken from me. The manager and all front staff knew about it and told me there should not be issue to refund last night's charge. Which I paid total $742.77 for 3 nights at checkin on 7/1/25. I sent email with payment receipt before we left hotel but until this morning, haven't gotten anything. I emailed them again this morning, they said I need to cancel with expedia first. I need your help to get refund.

The hotel was a perfect location for walking everywhere and so close to the Spanish steps. The front desk clerk was the best, she was so friendly and helpful and spoke great English, she even offered us cold beverages when we got back from our walk in the blistering heat. It’s a must stay, and great value for the money for the location alone!! 👍

El hotel estuvo excelente. En medio de todo lo que queriamos y a pocos minutos caminando a la fontana de Trevi. El servicio espectacular, sobretodo Armina en el lobby. Hay personas que te hacen sentir especial, a pesar de haber otros huespedes, y Armina es una de ellas. Volveriamos al hotel.

The staff was phenomenal. They made our stay super special and surprised us with a very warm welcome. The girls working the front desk and the ones in the breakfast area were fantastic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Exactly what we needed very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps. We also walked to the colosseum and Vatican City from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants around the neighborhood. Staff is wonderful!

Café da manhã fraco, com pouca variedade, um dia chegamos faltando 1hora e 30 minutos para acabar o café da manhã e quase não tinha mais nada, isso aconteceu somente 1 dia. Quarto é bom, silencioso, mas a cama não é muito confortável, mas sem problemas. Fomos com nosso filho de 7 anos e nos ofereceram um quarto duplo, que foi excelente. A localização é perfeita para conhecer os pontos turísticos a pé. O staff é muito agradável.
