Breakfast is nothing special and the coffee from the auto coffee machine was mediocre at best. However, the coffee from the bar area was much better, until the machine broke!! This is not an elegant hotel. But if you just need a place to rest at the end of a long day, the third floor was quiet.

lovely hotel, really pleased with the room and air con was much appreciated! bathroom great and had a mini fridge great location loved this hotel!!! (breakfast pleasant too)

Booked the hotel through Expedia, got there and the rooms available all smelled and were dirty and had black mold in the bathrooms to the point I could not even dare to bathe my children. Refrigerator and wifi did not work. Hotel manager said I could cancel the reservation at no cost since they had no other clean rooms for me to stay in. I booked another hotel with Expedia. Later Expedia contacted the property and they denied the refund. Expedia did not even answer me when I said if they expect me to pay for a room where I cannot stay and the hotel has no more clean rooms. This hotel should not even be a one star hotel

Hotel is good overall, room was clean, location is great a few meters from Via Nazionale, close to the Opera house and the Termini. Breakfast was poor, expected more for the price. No toaster nor fresh fruit. You are paying for the location which is excellent.

The property is well located to walk from Termini train station to the hotel and from the hotel to Fontana di Trevi. Our room was ok, and the AC unit was very noisy but it does the job. Breakfast was simple but enough. Overall experience was great.
