Stayed at this hotel with husband and 2 teenagers from USA. Hotel was perfect. It was the hottest week of the year in Rome and we were grateful for AC in the room. We got in early on checkin day and the lady at the front desk allowed us to get into our room early. It was lovely.

Zimmer 400 war ein sehr grosser langgezogener Raum. Alles sah top aus, nur schade dass die Tür nicht schallisoliert war. Im EG und an der Strasse hört man alles. Auch hatte es nur 2 kleine Milchfenster, die jedoch zu einem Nebengeschäft oder Gang führten und die kein Licht hindurchblicken liessen, leider nur Krach. Diese sollten auch schallisoliert sein. So schade für diesen Raum. Ausstattung war super. Whirlpool funktionierte leider auch nicht.

Very nice staff, very nice hand made breakfast on a nice rooftop terrace. Helped with taxi transfer as well. The room was to a backyard, but that kept temperature really nice and the room was spacious and comfortably furnished. The biggest plus aside of the hotel is the place where it is located in town. Perfect starting point.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une des nouvelles chambres et c'était super. Chambre très spacieuse, avec baignoire/spa, très appréciable après avoir passé nos journées à marcher dans la ville. Le personnel très gentil, l'agent d'accueil nous a commandé un taxi pour rentrer à l'aéroport etc Par contre, le quartier est extrêmement bruyant, nous entendons absolument tout : les voitures, les gens, les bruits de bouteille en verre déversées dans les containers... vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est impeccable.

Du bokar detta hotell för lägets skull. 5 min promenad till Piazza Navona och Campo di Fiori, 10 min till Trastevere, 15 min till Vatikanstaten och Pantheon, 20 min till Capitolium. Rummet är varmt, ingen AC finns. Bor du i nya delen så har du egen ingång direkt till rummet. Det är aldrig tyst i en storstad och det blir du varse här. Bra säng och stort badrum samt liten kyl. Helt okej frukost för en svenska, rikt utbud för en italienska och en väldigt vänlig frukostvärd. Underbar glass hos Sweet Life runt hörnet. Bästa pizzan (napolitansk) hos Mariuccia på Campo di Fiori Bra mat på Trattoria La Moretta, ser kanske inte så mycket ut för värden utifrån men dit går lokalbefolkningen.

Nice room, Suzy was very nice and helpful. Only issue was that our room was across the street from the hotel on the street level and it was noisy at times (not a hotel problem). Our room was very clean and we appreciated that.

The rating would have been higher if some of the desk staff (specifically Alessandra) had been more professional and competent. They had major computer systems issues. But the room was clean and the hotel is superbly located in the heart of Rome. A "shout-out" to Giovanni and Julia for exceptional service. Good value but I'm not sure I would recommend it. The breakfast should have been included in the daily rate. But then again, every tourist wears an "ATM" sign on their forehead in Rome :)

We weren’t able to stay at this hotel. We had reserved 2 rooms, and upon arrival to the hotel at 9am there were no rooms available. I had reconfirmed our reservation on 2 different occasions, so the hotel automatically found rooms at a partner hotel. They paid for our cab ride 20 minutes away, and we had lovely rooms at the Hotel Trevi Group. I believe it was an upgrade, and Hotel Rinasmiento comped breakfast for our trouble. So I have no complaints, because they took care of us. There were two very upset groups of customers who arrived after us and were not provided rooms. I would not book at this hotel again, due to the lack of a guaranteed reservation, but I am grateful the hotel staff accommodated us in other facilities.

We can not rate the hotel since we were never there. We landed in Rome at 1:00 am and we taken to a different hotel on the other side of Rome No notice from the hotel and there was plenty of time to send an email since we didn’t arrive til 1:00 am!!! We specifically chose that hotel for location and the moved us to a “ sister” hotel with no rate decrease or compensation for the inconvenience. Not happy !
