The girl that works front desk as the receptionist id a robot that didnt know what to do to help even the slightest bit. My hotel room was very very small. The shower made me feel like i was in a tight phone booth it was so small. Lack of amenities. dirty/gross floor. and the cleaning crew knocking on my door aggressively more than once was highly unappreciated @ 10am, one hour before my check out. And speaking of the cleaning crew, please tell your cleaning crew to keep the noise level down in the morning when some of guests are trying to sleep. All that slamming of doors and knocking stuff over loudly was very annoying. And, i wont even go into detail on how they lock the front door on your at the hotel after midnight so if you go out to party, you gotta wait for somebody to come open the door for you which isnt a hotel but more like a boarding school with such a rule. This place is awful

He estado en este hotel con mi familia 4 noches.Es bastante antiguo pero todo estaba impecable,la habitación y el baño muy limpios,nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días,el desayuno es buffet y está bien,hay de todo para cargar las pilas y disfrutar de Roma.La estación Termini está muy cerca y la parada del metro a unos pocos minutos te acerca a las zonas más turisticas aunque también se puede ir caminando.El personal de hotel son de 10,encantadoras las recepcionistas,las camareras de piso y las que atendían el comedor. Si vuelvo a Roma no dudaré el repetir en este hotel.

Gostei da estadia, fomos bem tratados, em especial pelo Tarcísio que foi maravilhoso conosco e ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A única reclamação é que nos três dias que ficamos lá não limparam nosso quarto e o café não é o melhor de todos, mas dá pra comer.

We booked a family room and when we arrived at night and were check in a room we didn’t like, so we were moved to another room, with a wobbly toilet seat, the lamps were dusty and spider webs on the ceiling. Air con was not at its best. Breakfast was alright. But they could have done better with the rate they charge per night. Thumbs up to Jovana at the reception she been nice to us.

smallest room i have ever been to.....if i say sardines cane i would be generous. Staffing is so nice and friendly though and It is cheap and that can worth your money so I won't say I spent much :) close to everything and front desk is open 24hours which is awesome

It was quite inconvenient that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, which was bothersome. However, they promptly resolved the issue with the shower drain the next day, which was fantastic. Nevertheless, a suction holder for soap in the shower would be beneficial.

El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, el servicio está 24h y se quedan con tu llave en recepción hasta que vuelves, por lo que es muy cómo y seguro para no perder tu llave. lo peor es que la localizacón es al lado de las vías del tranvía, el aire acondicionado es centralizado y se controla desde recepción, por lo que si quieres cambiar la temperatura o encenderlo tienes que estar llamando a recepción.

Reception was top notch. Always helpful and service minded. Kitchen worker always helpful. Aircondion was good. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good, With the basic bread, egg, yougurt, milk, cereal, fruit. all kinds of coffe, The, juice, and always some kind of cake. Also some kind of new dish every morning. Was very good. We could stay there again. Tv at room. good toilet, shower.

This hotel is actually a little gem … however, just after I had arrived for a 6 night stay … a group of maybe 15-20 teenagers arrived and were there for the same time. They were very badly mannered and were so noisy all the time they were there … partying til 4 am most nights causing so much noise and shouting down corridors, banging doors and just behaving so badly. When I approached the reception they told me that they expected to be noise after 10pm … and indeed there were notices up to that effect … however they seemed incapable or reluctant to do anything about the chaos that ensued every night. It really was intolerable, and so disappointing given the price I had paid for the break. I also could not understand why the reception kept turning off my air conditioning … without me asking and without them telling me. Given the extremely hot weather and the very hot communal areas and corridors the air conditioning was essential. Finally, breakfast … practically every day the Coffee / hot water machine wasn’t working … and was told to use one of the other machines … only wanted hot water for a cup of tea … the staff looked at me in horror that I should want a cup of tea for breakfast … one member of staff boiled some water for me on a couple of days … but I think she will have got in to trouble for doing so as she was doing it as a favour for me. Very disappointing as I believe the hotel is on a good location and could be extremely good. Not good on guest satisfaction

This is our first trip to Rome. And the stay here couldn’t have gone more wonderfully. Everyone from front of house to the house keeping team were so kind and friendly. Our rooms were kept in tip-top condition whilst we were out. We came back to remade beds mopped floors refill on toiletries and fresh towels wow. Breakfast buffet was plenty with vegetarian options and great coffee and seating area. I can’t wait to book here again! Do remember to leave your keys at front of house so they can tidy up for you and bring around €40 for your city tax for roughly 3 nights stay. Taxi from here to Ciampino airport is approx €30 euro and Rome central waking is about 30 min walk. Termini station is 15 min walk. It’s perfectly aligned to get you where you need to be.

La struttura è in una buona posizione, centrale vicino alla stazione Termini (e quindi alla metro A e alla metro B) e vicino anche a due snodi importanti della comunicazione, porta Maggiore e le Ferrovia Laziali. Palazzina ben tenuta, pulizia molto buona. Personale gentile, disponibile ed estremamente professionale. Camere discrete con letto comodo e possibilità di scegliere tra due cuscini. Bagno buono con doccia con box in plastica rigida. Colazione discreta, buona scelta , macchinetta del caffè (e delle altre bevande) di buona qualità. La struttura è in una buona posizione, centrale vicino alla stazione Termini (e quindi alla metro A e alla metro B) e vicino anche a due snodi importanti della comunicazione, porta Maggiore e le Ferrovia Laziali. Palazzina ben tenuta, pulizia molto buona. Personale gentile, disponibile ed estremamente professionale. Camere discrete con letto comodo e possibilità di scegliere tra due cuscini. Bagno buono con doccia con box in plastica rigida. Colazione discreta, buona scelta , macchinetta del caffè (e delle altre bevande) di buona qualità. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva, sicuramente da ripetere. Un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Great location to walk Rome. Used this hotel as a base to walk Rome. 30 min walk to Colosseum, 40 to Trevi fountain and other attractions just over 1 hour to Vatican. But metro line and buses nearby too. 30 min from airport taxi €31. Comfortable practical clean rooms, we used just to sleep having left at. 9am not returning till 11pm. Staff very good and housekeeping everyday. Small continental breakfast included.

O quarto tinha ar condicionado, mas o comando (controle) era central, ou seja, era preciso solicitar para ligar o ar na recepção. Telefone pra falar diretamente com a recepção não passava de um item se decoração, pois não funcionava. Box para banho era individual de tão pequeno. Wifi oferecido por eles funciona apenas na recepção, nos quartos não. O café da manhã era bom, mas limitado. Apesar da falta de estrutura, os atendentes foram muito prestativos e gentis. A localização é boa, perto dos transportes públicos (onibus, metrô e trem) e de fácil acesso.

Es un alojamiento a unos 25 min andando al Coliseo. Me parece buena ubicación para pasar unos días visitando Roma. Además la habitación está muy bien para lo que es. La única pega es que había un ruido en la habitación que molestaba para dormir, pero el resto bien. El desayuno poca variedad, pero de muy buena calidad. Recomendaríamos este hotel para visitar la ciudad!

He estado en este hotel con mi familia 4 noches.Es bastante antiguo pero todo estaba impecable,la habitación y el baño muy limpios,nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días,el desayuno es buffet y está bien,hay de todo para cargar las pilas y disfrutar de Roma.La estación Termini está muy cerca y la parada del metro a unos pocos minutos te acerca a las zonas más turisticas aunque también se puede ir caminando.El personal de hotel son de 10,encantadoras las recepcionistas,las camareras de piso y las que atendían el comedor. Si vuelvo a Roma no dudaré el repetir en este hotel.

Reception was top notch. Always helpful and service minded. Kitchen worker always helpful. Aircondion was good. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good, With the basic bread, egg, yougurt, milk, cereal, fruit. all kinds of coffe, The, juice, and always some kind of cake. Also some kind of new dish every morning. Was very good. We could stay there again. Tv at room. good toilet, shower.

This hotel is actually a little gem … however, just after I had arrived for a 6 night stay … a group of maybe 15-20 teenagers arrived and were there for the same time. They were very badly mannered and were so noisy all the time they were there … partying til 4 am most nights causing so much noise and shouting down corridors, banging doors and just behaving so badly. When I approached the reception they told me that they expected to be noise after 10pm … and indeed there were notices up to that effect … however they seemed incapable or reluctant to do anything about the chaos that ensued every night. It really was intolerable, and so disappointing given the price I had paid for the break. I also could not understand why the reception kept turning off my air conditioning … without me asking and without them telling me. Given the extremely hot weather and the very hot communal areas and corridors the air conditioning was essential. Finally, breakfast … practically every day the Coffee / hot water machine wasn’t working … and was told to use one of the other machines … only wanted hot water for a cup of tea … the staff looked at me in horror that I should want a cup of tea for breakfast … one member of staff boiled some water for me on a couple of days … but I think she will have got in to trouble for doing so as she was doing it as a favour for me. Very disappointing as I believe the hotel is on a good location and could be extremely good. Not good on guest satisfaction

Hotel basico con habitación pequeña para ser cuádruple (no habia espacio ni para abrir las maletas), limpia, aunque algo anticuada al igual que el baño. El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, el servicio está 24h y se quedan con tu llave en recepción hasta que vuelves, por lo que es muy cómo y seguro para no perder tu llave. lo peor es que la localizacón es al lado de las vías del tranvía, el aire acondicionado es centralizado y se controla desde recepción, por lo que si quieres cambiar la temperatura o encenderlo tienes que estar llamando a recepción.
