Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb der City und daher muss man mit dem öffentlichen Bus 11 Stationen zur Metro fahren. Aber wenn man es ein paar mal gefahren ist geht es eigentlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich. Wer hier nichts findet um sich satt zu essen ist selbst Schuld. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was etwas umständlich ist, ist das man sich für dem Shuttle Bus vom Hotel zur Metro an der Rezeption anmelden muss um ihn zu nutzen. Und zum Abendessen im Hotel sollte man auch reservieren. Aber alles im allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte da.

Nothing was too much trouble - the reception staff were excellent and always willing to recommend how to best get the most out of our time there. The shuttle service to the metro and free underground parking were also very useful 👍 I would certainly recommend staying here.

Very nice room, staff in all areas were excellent. Same breakfast everyday so got kind of boring, but it did what it needed to do. Needs a better snack bar, the vending machines just aren't enough.

Hotel and staff were amazing! I would definitely stay again! There is a free shuttle to the metro, which was very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is not in the nicest of areas but for a city stay and a shuttle to Metro it is very ideal, just not a place to explore the local area. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel comodo e confortevole con stanza pulita e buona colazione .Personale della reception e della sala colazione gentilissimi. Ho messo 3 stelle (ne meriterebbe 1)alla valutazione perchè è INACCETTABILE che dalle ore 6h/6h30 del mattino le inservienti delle pulizie cominciano a fare rumore con i loro carrellini e addirittura questa mattina mi hanno anche bussato alla porta (ALLE 6H30!!!!!!!!) Avete una scelta... o cambiate l'insonorizzazione delle porte oppure fate cominciare le pulizie non prima delle ore 8h in quanto un cliente ha diritto di riposare!!!!!!!! Sicuramente non sarò mai più Vs cliente. Vi ringrazio per il disagio che mi avete arrecato

Struttura molto comoda e dotata di parcheggio auto al coperto. Consente, con l'auto, di recarsi alla vicina metropolitana, stazione Laurentina, per poi visitare a piedi il centro di Roma. Se non sbaglio, l'hotel ha anche una navetta che consente ai propri clienti di recarsi alla metro, distante circa 2 km. L'hotel è in stile moderno, con camere ampie, buona colazione a buffet, buona cena (se si ha il trattamento di mezza pensione). L'unica pecca è stato un deciso odore di varecchina (o detergente similare) presente nella camera; però ciò è anche indice di pulizia. Da ritornare se dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Roma

The inside is quite fine, with completely remodeled modern rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a decent selection of fresh food. The rooms are air conditioned and clean. The neighborhood is quite dirty and neglected. Getting to the hotel by public transportation is a challenge. I wish we knew about the hotel free shuttle in advance. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten von der Metrostation Laurentina entfernt, aber das Hotel bietet einmal stündlich einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice in beide Richtungen an. Das war super. Die Zimmerwände könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Wie würden hier wieder buchen.

Our stay was wonderful. Reception desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions and even guided us on how to navigate the public transportation system. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only thing that made the stay have anything negative I would say was one of the meals we chose from the hotel restaurant. It was a chicken meal. It was around 20 euros and it literally was a chicken drumstick the size of 2 fingers and 2 , two inch flat square pieces of I believe some kind of vegetable. Basically a child snack size of food and it didn’t taste very appetizing. Other than that the stay was wonderful. The breakfast was great and the waitresses and waiters all were very hands on in making sure you were comfortable while eating.

quite noisy from unknown electronic devices. Noisy guests from neighbouring room produce significant amount of noise from 5:45ish and the room doesn’t have good noise cancelling function. Friendly staff!

We checked in 9.40pm. Reception was so welcoming & let us go straight to restaurant to order a meal before they closed & then come back & finish checking in. Kitchen & wait staff so accommodating & amazing service. Food brilliant. Cleaners great. Thank you. Could not fault anything. We back at end of our tour.

Ogni dettaglio si è rivelato impeccabile, dal personale alle camere, e anche quando abbiamo notato una mancanza in camera, hanno risolto il problema in soli 5 minuti! Per chi, come noi, cerca un parcheggio e desidera sicurezza in termini di pulizia, design e comfort, questo luogo si configura come la scelta ideale, offrendo anche un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. La posizione è perfetta per chi deve raggiungere l'autostrada, trovandosi a pochi minuti di distanza. L'accesso alla metropolitana è reso estremamente comodo grazie al servizio navetta gratuito, che impiega pochissimi minuti. Le camere sono accoglienti e spaziose, fornite di tutti i comfort desiderabili. La doccia, in particolare, si distingue per la sua generosa ampiezza!
