Aleph Rome Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton earns strong praise for its central, walkable location and genuinely warm service, while feedback on facilities is mixed due to a small, seasonal rooftop pool, limited hours, and extra fees for spa access.

Although everything was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were disappointed that there was no indoor pool for kids (there is indoor one in the spa but only for adults and you pay 50 Euros/day). Our main reason of booking at that hotel was that our 20 months old kid to enjoy the pool and their website said there is an indoor pool while there was not.

Spa closed for unknown reason (without pre-info nor warning at booking) / This is by far not a 5* hotel (except for the price...) from every aspect

The staff went above and beyond, the upgraded room, the spa services were incredible, the food and whole experience. Best hotel we’ve stayed in and we’ve travelled a lot! We have family of 5 and young kids. This truly was a luxury and we would chose this hotel over and over again!

Terrific location and good service. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, helpful concierge. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool looked like it would be great in the summer. Had an issue with the air conditioner that even after being repaired by a technician was quite anemic -- would not bode well for the summer. Lobby had strong unpleasant smell. Strange ticking sounds occurred intermittently that sounded uncannily like light knocking, which made us check the door many times. (This happened in both rooms my family stayed in.) Despite some shortcomings, would still recommend.
