The hotel is an ancient hotel (one of the oldest in the city), it is upgraded however it is not for people with any mobility issues. They have one very tiny slow elevator, and there is a lot of steps with no ramps. The staff are amazing and the location is outstanding (right in front of the Pantheon). Note: there is no vehicle access to the front door of the hotel as it is in a piazza.

The only problem we had was that the air conditioning is not turned on often and it was way too hot for us most of the time. Sleeping was difficult and too hot.

Hyggelig resepsjon( selv om de glemte å bestille transport til flyplassen). Vi har bodd på hotellet tidligere og var nok litt skuffet denne gang, prisen tatt i betraktning.

Perfectly positioned and extremely, safe, comfortable, clean and very friendly and accomodating hotel. We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. The view from our window of the Pantheon was second to none, and the air conditioning was welcome given the heat even during early autumn. The elevator is a bit rickety, but that was also part of the charm of this hotel situated in an old building.

it's an excellent hotel in a good neighborhood. Staff was always friendly, breakfast was very good with variety of bread, fruits and beverages. Although in a noisy "piazza", you cannot hear a thing when windows were closed. Clean and updated. Will come back!

It was a second stay in this hotel for us. Last time we been here 3 years ago and we loved the place and service. Now hotel is totally renovated and even better as it was! Helpful staff, tasty breakfast, clean rooms. We will come back here one day for sure.

The location was spot on, literally central to all of what Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere, no need for a cab to see the sights. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The view from our room felt as though we were living a dream! The square of the Pantheon was just outside our window. This breathtaking view was truly the icing on the cake to a beautiful vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. I’m already dying to book a trip and go back.

Booked three separate rooms with “pantheon view”. All three rooms did not have a view of the pantheon, no matter how you were positioned in the room. When approaching management regarding this matter, they insisted I needed to lean out of the window and look to the left. That’s unacceptable (and not safe) especially when you pay a premium for the “view”. Otherwise every hotel on 5th ave could say they have an Empire State Building view. I was told management would contact me (Alessandro) to rectify but never heard from them and was charged full price. It was obvious the establishment was all about charging top dollar while taking advantage of it’s guest because of the surrounding area. I am hoping this review helps those who are skeptical about the property. Plenty of other options in Rome! You pay a premium for

The property is in an amazing location. We stayed in a suite overlooking the Pantheon, which has one of the best views in Rome. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My only complaint on this property is the price. Although you are paying for the view, the price is a bit steep for a room that small.

Absurd ringe oplevelse. Vi har boet på hotellet 6 gange før men der er kommet ny ledelse og de er absurd ubehagelige. Det lader til at personalet i receptionen er overbevist om at der bor flere i lejligheden. Vi har haft gæster i lejligheden (der er en tagterrasse med 8 stole men nu må der kun være 3 i lejligheden). Det kulminere med at vi bliver bestjålet af personalet som gennemsøger vores ting mens vi er i byen. Receptionen afviser også vores klage over dette. Vi har været i Rom 20 gange og boet på dette hotel mange gange men aldrig mere. Hold jer væk. Der er fantastiske alternativer lige i nærheden til lavere pris.
