Our comfortable room overlooked an inner court yard and you could hear birds singing in the morning! Coffee, water, snacks and a small bottle of bubbly provided. Staff helpful and considerate. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Wohnung. Im geräumigen Zimmer wurde ein kleines Badezimmer eingebaut. Das Fenster geht auf den Hof, so dass es keinen Verkehrslärm gab, dafür hörte man manchmal Gespräche von Nachbarn. Es ist ein kleines, sympathisches Haus. Vom Bahnhof Termini aus liegt es nur zweimal um die Ecke.

I really wanted a boutique style hotel for our stay in Rome. The rustic doors, marble stairs and pretty courtyard added to the charm, and the air conditioning was much appreciated in July. Convenient to Termini train station and we were able to walk to our destinations. I would recommend La Casa di Amy. It enhanced to our Roma experience!

The accommodation is a room in a set of apartments in a lovely 1883 building between Termini Station and St. Mary Major Basilica. The location is convenient to public transit, and there are many excellent food options for any time of day. Our room was small, with very little storage space and limited counter or shelf space in either the room or bath. The bath is very stylish, but not the most practical. The shower is quite narrow, and there is little counter space of any kind, but we made do. The beds are more firm than we are used to, but not as brutally hard as in most Italian hotels. We were able to sleep rather well, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from. The linens were very nice, and the room was clean. There are limited electrical outlets in the room, so charging devices could be tricky. The television did not work properly. The walls are very thin, and we could hear every word said in nearby rooms, as well as footsteps, etc. The proprietor was helpful and kind. The biggest problem was having only one set of keys. There are three doors to traverse to get to the room, and the doors lock automatically when leaving, so with only one set of keys it is essential for one person to remain in the room if the other wants to go out on his own. During the day the proprietor is on the premises to open the doors if needed, but not at night, so know that this can be an issue.

Close to Termini train station and many eateries. Felt very secure- 3 access doors to get to room. Only thing we didn’t like was that the coffee pod machine had never been cleaned - slimy water tank. Also tea bags should have been replenished daily

This property is in a building that has other private apartments. The room was clean, air conditioning was great, and there was a Nespresso machine, champagne, water, and snacks in the room, all included. It is extremely convenient to Roma Termini station, so easy to catch trains and metro to other areas of Rome or Italy. Would recommend staying here.

로마 숙소가 다 비슷할꺼라 생각이 들기는 하는데, 좁고, 테르미니 역 근처라 시끄럽고, 제일 힘들었던 부분은 방에서 와이파이가 안되었다는 것이다. 문 밖에 나가야 와이파이가 되었다. 다만, 처음에 물 두병 주시고, 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셔서 좋았다.

tivemos uma excelente estadia aqui. o espaço era confortavel, com uma mini cozinha e geladeira. amenidades de banho e toalhas foram disponibilizadas e nossa acomodação era limpa e a cama feita todos os dias. a localização também muito boa, próxima ao terminal Termini. realmente recomendo essa acomodação.

We loved our stay here! We were in Rome for 12 days and this was a very comfortable and nice place the whole time. The location was perfect for getting around Rome and taking the train for some day trips to other cities. The room was better than we expected. Air conditioned, comfortable bed and several comfortable chairs, and a little kitchenette so we were able to cook. They have many different rooms so If you are only staying a night or two you might be in a smaller room with a mini fridge and no kitchen, maybe. We could tell that they obviously saw how long we would be there and gave us what we think is one of the bigger rooms. They clearly put a lot of thought into accommodating people they best they can. They were always friendly especially Yuri who we talked with the most. He had great recommendations for anything we asked, including food, nearby attractions and day trips to beaches. We were made to feel like family and are very glad we chose Casa di Amy for our first visit to Italy!

We really enjoyed our four night stay in October. Hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The room was good and nice bathroom. Quiet at night. TV had no English channels. No BBC or CNN. Wifi was good. Air conditioning was good. Friendly staff. I would stay again except I know there's no English TV. The area is a little bit rough but we always felt safe. Lots of restaurants around. Easy walk from train station, Termini. Metro around. There are many hotels in the area.

Generally we enjoyed our stay, from the very courteous and helpful welcome to some very thoughtful touches in the room. Our room was larger than others we've had in Europe. It was quiet at night and the crowds near Termini always made the area feel safe.

We’ve had a very unpleasant experience with La Casa di Amy. First, the person in charge of the hotel, who called himself Miky, overcharged us the Local City Tax upon check-in. Then he put us in a room with no TV signal. When we pointed this out, he was offended and became extremely impatient. He said that he had no time for this, that we didn’t need TV because we didn’t understand Italian. He asked us to pay heating、coffee maker、bottled water and snacks in a revenge manner, even though his assistant had told us all of these were free like other hotel guests. In the end we were switched to another room with no closet、no safe and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The room rate was cheaper than we had booked. This hotel doesn’t deserve a high rating. To make up to some people and look down on or even bully others is a shameful behavior that should be condemned.

Excelente hotel atencion, especial agradecimiento a Yuri a micky y a Alina, excelente trato con nosotros. El hotel muy bien ubicado, todo cerca estacion termini a unos pasos , lugares donde comer muchos y de todo tipo, todo lo que hay que visitar realmente cercano, mil gracias

The owners Mike and Yuri, were very kind, friendly and flexible, allowing us to store luggage on our final day after check out. Nice small eatery across the street. No issues, stay was smooth, room was clean and they even left snacks and a bottle of bubbly for us in the room. The only thing that happened was Mike allowed us a later checkout and the cleaning guy was rushing us that morning to leave; other than that annoyance we were very happy

We were so impressed with Yuri and the way he greeted us and made us feel like family. He answered all of our questions, gave us directions, offered recommendations for dining, and even scheduled us a ride to the airport. His graciousness and helpfulness were such an added bonus that made our trip to Rome memorable. The room was quaint, stocked with complimentary goodies, and felt cozy and safe. We enjoyed the area, as it was close to the train station and many places to eat and drink. If we return, we would stay here again!

My sister and i loved staying at Casa de Amy. We got lots of help to navigate Rome from the hotel, even calling us taxis. It is safe and a great location near Termimi. I would go back again and recommend!

We really enjoyed our four night stay in October. Hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The room was good and nice bathroom. Quiet at night. TV had no English channels. No BBC or CNN. Wifi was good. Air conditioning was good. Friendly staff. I would stay again except I know there's no English TV. The area is a little bit rough but we always felt safe. Lots of restaurants around. Easy walk from train station, Termini. Metro around. There are many hotels in the area.

The three owners are brothers whose names make the acronym Amy. We dealt with Mickey and he was super nice and helpful. I’m glad we stayed there. It’s just two blocks from the train station and it was super easy to get from the airport to the hotel via the train.

We had an incredible stay here while in Rome for 3 days before heading out in a cruise. Clean a d comfortable rooms, 5 minute walk from Termini and 20 minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum. Family owned hotel and they were so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

This pleasant guest house is a quiet oasis is this busy and chaotic area of Rome. Although just minutes away from Termini, you would never know it. Our comfortable room overlooked an inner court yard and you could hear birds singing in the morning! Coffee, water, snacks and a small bottle of bubbly provided. Staff helpful and considerate. We stayed in 3 different places similar, but this was our favorite. Not only is the staff friendly and the room nice, but the little complementary items made a world of difference! From being able to make coffee or tea in the room to a razor kit and dental kit waiting in the restroom. They let us leave our luggage free of charge on our checkout day so that we could catch one last tour. If I come back to Rome this will be where I stay.

Casa di Amy was great. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Rome, and it would be an easy walk from the train station. We felt safe walking around the area where the hotel was located, and there are planty of restaurants nearby. Miky at the front office was very helpful amd responsive. They set up a driver to and from the airport for us which was 70 euro (cash only) for two people.

Great location near Termini. We stayed in.a room the had a balcony to courtyard and heard no noise at all. Great AC, in room fridge, and amenities. The staff was amazing and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. They helped with shuttles and restaurants.
