The place was lovely, particularly the courtyard. The breakfast was well covered. The only drawback was trying for get into the place after 8pm as there is no one at the desk after 8 till morning. It is very dark and trying to find the information etc. was difficult. Our phones were also dead from the long journey and you needed data to open up instructions.

I enjoyed the quiet restfulness of this inner hotel room Il Limone and the lovely garden with fruit trees and roses, tables for eating breakfast or just being a tranquil place to go from the August heat. At night there was no security person on site; entrance code access was shared as digital key to use with my cell phone. A convenient, good location in Trastevere neighborhood for walking to local restaurants, gelaterias and from Rome’s historical center.

Very friendly stuff. Nice location in Trastevere, good breakfast, nice small indoor garden. Rooms are clean but a bit too simple. No mirror for example. No place to hang the towels. No stairs just a very very slow elevator so it takes a while to get to your room or go out.

All staff we saw during our stay were friendly and very helpful, it was obvious to us how committed they are to ensure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely a gem, beautiful, common courtyard to be enjoyed and enable guests to chat and get to know each other.

Exceptional location, price and service. Upon arrival, the front desk was overly friendly and helpful; very much appreciated when traveling in a new country and city. The hotel is beyond charming with a courtyard and wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was as expected with delicious pastries and the option to eat in the breakfast room or in the courtyard under the Olive tree. Location is steps from the plaza with multiple restaurants and bars, however, with that comes noise late into the evening.

It was a very clean and nice place. A good, central location. When I booked online it showed outdoor patio and that kind of vibe. But when we arrived and checked in, our room was outside that area in a different building, next door, and felt a bit enclosed in. So that was definitely unexpected. I preferred to be in a room that led me the outdoor vibe patio, rather then a separate building. if I wanted to get hold of the front desk i would have to leave that location and go next door. Overall staff are accommodating and friendly, and Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ottima accoglienza, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliatissimi. Zona trastevere con possibilità di parcheggio in zona, cosa non da poco se si è a Roma con l’auto. Camere pulitissime, ottima colazione. Super anche l’accoglienza per il nostro barboncino, struttura Pet Friendly!

Un endroit exceptionnel. La localisation est parfaite, à distance de marche de tous les sites principaux. Le personnel est attentionné, sympathique et excellent dans leurs recommandations. L’hôtel et notre chambre étaient d’une grande propreté et le petit déjeuner était parfait. Nous y retournerons assurément lors d’un prochain séjour à Rome.

As soon as we arrived, we felt at home here in this great little hotel. We were welcomed by Cecilia who was really helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had access to the online key which is used by the premises. The hotel itself is really clean and small enough to feel really intimate. Our room was a decent size with a lovely vaulted wooden ceiling as well as having extras like a kettle and coffee/tea being made available. Another member of staff on reception was Antonio and he too was a pleasure to speak with and was both friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out which was really useful. This hotel is a fantastic haven of peace, yet just a few minutes walk from lots of bars and restaurants in the local area which was a delight and only a steady 15 min walk from central Rome across the Tiber. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would without doubt return. Thank you.

The property itself was very beautiful inside and the staff were very friendly. However, the walls are paper thin and people constantly coming and going all hours, it was very noisy. Great place if you are younger and enjoy late nights.

The room was very comfortable. And the place is charming. Very good breakfast. I would highly recommend. The only comment is that there is too much light inside the room (emergency sign.,etc). It would be better to have this beautiful room without those distractions.

I stayed one night and it was the one day there was no WiFi. My phone wasn’t working unless on WiFi so the stay was worthless. There’s no fridge except a super small fridge attached to the wall. While WiFi is a tech issue, it meant, no tv, no communication for me, and I tried to switch but Expedia could not call them because their phone lines were down. I only booked this hotel because it was near my previous hotel in trastevere but I definitely would not stay there again. Having WiFi is crucial for people to work and communicate and had I known their WiFi was down I would not have booked it.

The property is in a noisy area and there is a lot of street work that happens during the night. It's in a great location and the staff is very nice. I recommend the location but I also recommend the hotel let future guest know when there is construction happing on the street by the hotel.

Cutest hotel ever! And customer service is the best! They left a handwritten note and a bottle of Prosecco for us in the room as a welcome. The room was beautiful and the most comfortable bed I slept in the whole trip. Highly recommended!

The Garden rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional Note there is a night club across the street so it was noisy several times through the night. The complimentary procesco was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed sitting in the garden sipping and visiting with other guests. We would stay here again

The staff went above and beyond. I had a hard time finding the hotel and the front desk attendant answered my call and stayed on the phone with me while he waited outside in the street. He carried my bags all the way to my room, which was spacious and clean. Exceptional job, I will be returning.

The staff were unparalleled in their genuine pleasant and helpful attitudes. They were helpful in every way imaginable and super friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room amenities were nice. Good shower. The breakfast (and breakfast staff) was wonderful. We don't have a single negative observation about our stay.

Terrible check in experience, took 45 mintes to check in and he didn't even know where our room was. There's an online link to check in which work terribly. They also booked us a taxi without telling us which we had to pay for. Do not stay here.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Easy to get to via train to Trastevere and taxi. Front desk was very helpful arranging transfer to airport and providing us with breakfast to go because we left very early. Small but cute rooms in the annex.

This hotel is a charming gem situated in the vibrant Trasvetere area. Great for transport links and good places to eat. Lovely helpful staff and a very good selection for breakfast. Our room was well equipped. We particularly liked the charming courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in the heart of historical, charming Trastevere neighborhood. Great public trasportation options, including a light rail/tram station accross the street (Line 8) - we took it every day and were Piazza Venezia (walking distance from all major attractions) in less than 12 minutes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they gave us many useful tips and recommendations for dining and transportation. The property is gorgeous, indoor courtyard included. We enjoyed having breakfast there every day, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had traveling abroad. A lot of shops and great restaurants steps away, very safe and lively atmosphere. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying there again next time we are in Rome.

This is a very quaint place and is not at all what I expected when I checked in. The hotel has great management and is well run. The room was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is close to over 900 places to eat and public transit. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast. Just a great place to stay and I preferred this to staying at a large hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here, such a beautiful building & staff were super friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with freshly baked pastries everyday & scrambled eggs, sausages & bacon. All the major attractions were close by & public transport on the doorstep. We would love to come back here again.

We enjoyed our time and found the staff to be most helpful and kind. The room was a decent size and the bathroom spacious enough with good water pressure. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. It was buffet style. On our way from the terminal station to the hotel on a crowded bus , 2 stops from the hotel I was pickpocketed by a clever woman. Without credit cards was upsetting but the staff at the hotel were particularly kind and allowed me to use their phone etc to cancel credit cards.

Relais La Clarisse and the staff made our trip to Italy like staying with family! Great location, easy to get to most sights via walking (bus service not too reliable), or taxi. Great breakfast every morning and wonderful advice. Antonio and Beatriz were so pleasant and we had some great conversations, Giancarlo and Cecilia were also wonderful. Flea market just outside the door provided some easy shopping for both thrift and new clothing. Trastevere is a lively area with so many dining options, hope to return here one day!

Exceptional location, price and service. Upon arrival, the front desk was overly friendly and helpful; very much appreciated when traveling in a new country and city. The hotel is beyond charming with a courtyard and wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was as expected with delicious pastries and the option to eat in the breakfast room or in the courtyard under the Olive tree. Location is steps from the plaza with multiple restaurants and bars, however, with that comes noise late into the evening.

This hotel was so perfect for us, we stayed 8 nights. Great breakfast with nice staff. So quiet with our own courtyard. There are so many restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. The tram #8 takes you to most popular places in Rome. We will recommend this place to anyone, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will stay here next time.

It is not your typical Rome city center hotel. It is located across the river. The neighborhood is a little scratchy, e.g a homeless person sleeping in a tent on the street by the hotel front door. Lots of graffiti on the walls in the neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms are small dark and musky. On the bright side the staff is helping and responsive.
