Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed my 1 night stay while hiking the Via Francigena. Many sites, stores, and restaurants are nearby. FYI, the hotel does not have an elevator.

Fantastic location and generally good service. Parking is very limited so need to be careful. The parking is also not obvious and not easy to access. Need to drop a person off to organise parking.

The staff is wonderful, location is great. The negative experience is that there is no elevator (lift). Siena is beautiful and peaceful. Nice change to get away from a lot of going’s on in Rome.

Hotel in posizione strategica vicino al centro , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto riservato . Ci sono scale per raggiungere la stanza ma il personale aiuta nel portare le valigie in stanza . Buona la colazione, bellissima la sala colazione e le terrazze a disposizione dei clienti . Reception gentili e, cordiale ed efficiente . Di buon livello la pulizia in stanza , dettaglio da non trascurare.

We had an amazing time at hotel Chiusarelli. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, everything was very clean and the location of the hotel is great for visiting the city centre. They have a parking for guests but also there are a few free parking places nearby.

The pictures are great. When you get inside your room, you get in a little shock. The shower pan is black, not because it’s dirty, but because it was washed toooooo much. The shower door is broken, it literally falls on you when you close it completely, broken tiles, bad AC. But the biggest thing is when at 9:30am a cleaning lady just opens the door, without knocking. I’m sure there are other hotels in the area that are way more well maintained. Have to give a credit to the front desk staff, they were great, nice, and helpful, overall condition of the property is sad.

Great hotel in the heart of Sienna, absolutely beautiful. Staff is super nice and was very helpful in helping find parking (there is very few at the hotel) and restaurants Breakfast is included and very good Only negative point is that air conditioning was not working properly and it was too hot to get a good sleep.

The hotel is in a great central place in Siena. Accessible by car or taxi. We could comfortably walk where we wanted from the hotel. Some of the male front desk staff seemed less than enthusiastic about greeting and interacting with guests. The rooms were sufficient, but seemed tired and needed some updating. They definitely needed more storage for people that stayed more than a day! The housekeeping did a fanastic job. The room was always clean each day well before noon. We were there for over a week, and while the breakfast was good overall, having a little variety would have been nice. The eggs and meat(bacon, sausage)were always cold. The pastries were very nice, and the two coffee machines were amazing.

Ok hotel hverken mere eller indre, Men I den grad skuffet over service i receptionen derfor den lave karakter. Hotellet anbefalede at holde rundt om stadion hvilket vi gjorde, informerede os ikke om at onsdagen var der marked der, hvorfor vores bil blev fjernet af politiet og dermed ekstra omkostninger på næsten kr. 2000. Skiltningen er så dårlig så man kan ikke umiddelbart se det ved indgangen og selv hende der stod i receptionen den dag det skete have selv fået fjernet sin bil og flere a deres gæster også. Det er så ringe at man ikke lige gør os opmærksom på det, når man ved det,, hvis det ikke er mangle på service ved jeg ikke hvad det er.

The location for the hotel was amazing and very centrally located! We went for an early walk/run to the fort and realized it was just around the corner, where you also get great views during sunset. We received a 10% discount to the restaurant on the premises and the food was good. So nice to not have to leave the hotel after a long day of walking,

This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction. On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem. The breakfasts were not really great.

Pontos positivos: Quarto de bom tamanho, apesar do banheiro ser um pouco apertado. Bem localizado, próximo da entrada do centro histórico. Espaço suficiente para malas e roupas. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Hotel bem decorado e perfumado. Pudemos fazer o check-in mais cedo e estacionar o carro na área gratuita. Pontos negativos: Acordamos por causa do rangido de portas logo cedo. Os dois pratos que pedimos no restaurante estavam insípidos e longe da qualidade esperada na Toscana, além de virem em pouca quantidade. Café da manhã regular.

This hotel was a very good deal considering the price. The staff were welcoming and helpful,and breakfast was fantastic. The best thing about this hotel was that unlike most hotel rooms which are dark, this hotel’s room lights are bright. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
