Albergo Chiusarelli

This hotel is in a great location. The staff at the front desk was wonderful! They went out of their way to be helpful and gave good recommendations. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There is no elevator to access the upper floors. We had 51 steps to go up/down every time. Luggage was a challenge! If doing stairs is difficult for you, this hotel might not work for you.

Positives: Easy check-in; on-site parking; convenient location just outside the no-traffic zone; good bed; good breakfast; pleasant old-world ambiance. Suggestions: 1. Give guests the ability to turn on air-conditioning even in colder weather in order to circulate air in the room. Without air, the room gets stuffy (and you can't leave the windows open because of the traffic noise). 2. Add a dresser with drawers.

Nice and clean place, conviniently situated - a walking distance to the Duomo, Fortezza & numerous osterias, trattorias & restaurants.

Very nice hotel located right at the entrance of Siena’s old town. There is parking which is always a plus. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special but a good option to get some coffee in before more serious meals during the day! Would recommend.
