Loved the garden area where I could enjoy a drink from the bar with a cigar. Also, the valet parking was great option. I had to leave at 5 in the morning and my car by the hotel as requested on time. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I discovered the Grand Hotel Sitea when we visited Turin as part of a wine and food tour. The hotel had lots of old world charm and was well maintained and stylish. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a wide range of wonderful food. We also enjoyed a romantic drink in the characterful lobby bar. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Turin.

This hotel is in an excellent position and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a classic double which we did find was a little too small but it was our choice. The facilities within the room were fine and found the hotel quiet during the night. Slight criticism of the room would be that the tv only has CNN as English speaking which was poor and thoroughly depressing to have on, we do like background tv in our room when we're in. The breakfasts we enjoyed and we found there was plenty of choice. We used the hotel bar each night of our stay and it was very popular. We did feel the bar should offer a drinks price menu as it was unclear if the cocktails early evening were an offer or their usual price and we did have a misunderstanding with a member of the bar staff over the price of wine. We ate in the restaurant several times and found the outside seating area quite private given it was a busy street, food was good but possibly could have done with a few extra main courses to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we would happily recommend this hotel.

Five star in all respects in a very convenient central location - 5 minutes to Egyptian Museum, 15 minutes to castle. Well appointed room with extremely comfortable bed and complete amenities. Luxurious lobby and lobby bar and very helpful staff. I skipped the high end resturant in favor of the bistro which was just ok. Difficult to find if you're driving, but valet parking offered.

Located just a short walk from fine shopping and the superb sights of this interesting city, this excellent hotel was a good base for exploring Turin. The very professional and attentive bartender in the hotel’s handsome bar makes a great Negroni.

Superb. Fantastic large room for 3 adults (my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter) and dog. Very comfy beds and lovely large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful after a very long journey but lots of parking close by if you wanted to do it yourself. Turin was a revelation - didn’t realise it would be so lovely and everywhere walkable from the hotel

The room was fantastic we had a room for our luggage and clothes. Another room for the bathroom and a huge bed and separate sofa. The breakfast was excellent the only slight downside having to pay extra £6 if you wanted fried eggs. The location in the centre of Turin was great for getting out an about. An excellent restaurant for evening meals. although plenty of choice for other food close by. The staff were great and very informative. I would definitely book this place again.

Everything about this day was excellent except they turn the air conditioners off after a certain time of the year found my room to be warm at night. They brought a fan in and that helped. Other than that I have nothing negative to say and would stay there again. Great location excellent restaurant recommend ed

Air Conditioning is turned off after October 1. We had to order a fan from Amazon to cool our room. When the window was open for fresh air, it was so loud from the street at5:30am woke us up and it consistently smelled of cigarette smoke. Check your bill when you leave, someone charged the bar to my room that I never used.

After a good first stay at this hotel, when we went back the room was tiny and the hotel told us it was the larger room class, so I'd say it's hit or miss on the rooms. The breakfast was bad, and there are nice cafes for way less money close by. A little disappointed!

The room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning, since the weather was quite warm. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great! The hotel has a central location in a beautiful part of the city.

A nice hotel overall in a good location. Room was very small for the price and it took several requests to get a second luggage rack. Excellent breakfast. Safe was broken and two visits from technicians failed to fix it. We did get a 10% reduction upon checkout because of the safe.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is one of my favourites - the location is great, the staff are friendly and I've never had a bad room or cause to complain. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Turin.

Overall very good. No dining or room service before 7:30 was not optimal. Laundry lost a shirt but management was very responsive. Room was excellent. No phone service while they convert to digital was inconvenient. Most staff was very nice and helpful.

Easy to get there from train station. It takes 10-15 minutes walking. Located in the heart of the city. Nice, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of dining options. Very polite, friendly staff. Good delicious breakfast.

Hôtel dans le centre piéton, très bien situé (nous avons posé la voiture au parking et avons tout fait à pieds). Personnel charmant, souriant et agréable. Chambre confortable et propre avec un bémol : chambre familiale à 3 avec seulement 2 verres, 2 tasses, 2 peignoirs… Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et de qualité. Si l’occasion se présente, ce sera un plaisir de retourner au Grand Hôtel Sitea.

A fabulous location and lovely staff. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts and restaurants. My only issues were that my VPN kept warning me the hotel wifi was an unsafe network and not to use it. Also the telephones in rooms didn’t work for the entire six days we were there. I’d still recommend it as an excellent hotel.
