We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptional and made us feel at home. Our car had been broken into in Turin (not in the vicinity of the hotel) and everyone in the hotel tried to help us in any way possible. The car, filled with sporting equipment for a long vacation, was emptied out, gear stored safely, the car was vacuumed by the valets and they even taped up the broken window for us! Despite the break-in, we left Turin with fond memories in large part due to the excellent care by the hotel staff. Grazie!!!

Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. The staff and the reception and at the restaurant are the best. The attention to detail made our stay to fell special. This makes a whole difference makes this a legit 5-star hotel.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. We initially booked one night but ended up staying three. The staff (Christian, Marinella, Martina, Daniel, to name a few) are very friendly and helpful. Each of the three rooms that we stayed were impeccable and spacious. The bed, pillows, bedsheets were so comfy. There were large windows but the blackouts blocked the external lights nicely for perfect nights of sleep. Te spa was amazing and te gym was great for a good workout. The breakfast was generous and high quality items. We will definitely stay again there.

We were upgraded to a junior suite: a really well decorated room in 1930s style! The only weak point was the door between the room and the bathroom which had glass panels that made it difficult to turn on the light in the bathroom without waking your partner. Complimentary access to the spa was definitely a huge plus for us, The spa had everything we like except a clock...we ended staying longer that we had planned! We will come back for sure.
