Older Boutique hotel. Spacious pool, two hot tubs, two steam rooms with aroma therapy and cold plunge pool. Sauna, chromatherapy lavender shower. Required to purchase bathing caps to use the pool. 3 euro ea. public spaces were decorated nicely; traditional style. Lovely terrace and lounges. Beautiful breakfast room and large buffet with many offerings. Room was spacious and comfortable but showed some wear. Elevator is appreciated; note it is very small and the floor depresses when you step in. It worked fine but felt questionable. The immediate area outside felt questionable but was fine and an easy walk to sightsee. I would stay here again.

The only thing we found a bit difficult is the parking, as the parkng the hotel recommends is located a couple blocks away from the hotel, which makes the check-in less smooth than desired, especially after a long drive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic spa. If you are a lap swimmer, this is your place. The pool has two jets which turn an otherwise really nice pool into and endless swim pool. Perfection. Breakfast was great. Service was great. We’d stay here every time we are in Turin.

Hotel Victoria is a beautiful hotel, excellent service and breakfast. It is situated in a little courtyard off the road and has a beautiful courtyard in the centre of hotel adjoining the beakfast area. We were there in August and were very disappointed to find the pool spa was closed for maintenance. They informed us the had notified Hotels.com but the message was not passed on to us. So if you are looking forward to a swim as I was, please check with Hotel. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Das Frühstück war nur mässig. Um 8:15 Uhr waren viele Platten bereits fast leer, nachgefüllt wurde sehr langsam. Wir haben das Hotel früher verlassen. Leider gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Aufmerksamkeit, obwohl wir einen Geburtstag hatten – etwas, das in anderen Hotels immer mit einer kleinen Geste gewürdigt wurde. Beim Check-in wurden wir eher gestresst empfangen.

Quite nice old hotel with a spa in the centre of town, but it needs sprucing up to bring it to more international standards. For example the jets in the jacuzzi bath are not strong enough to serve any purpose and the luxury bedroom we stayed in, although niceish, could do with some upgrading, coffee and tea facilities and a quite fridge: ours was so old and loud we had to disconnect it at night. The area is quiet, but still close to lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. The breakfast doesn’t offer enough fresh produce, but the staff are very attentive.

It's definitely a cosmopolitan hotel; I heard at least 5 different languages spoken among the guests while we were there. Turin itself is beautiful and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you like a classic place filled with antiques. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But, there were good and some not-so-good things. The good: The common areas are charming. The garden is beautiful and so is the outdoor patio with lots of cozy seating. What really makes this place worth it is the spa and the breakfast. The spa staff was above and beyond helpful. The staff in general were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They speak multiple languages very well and it was helpful when I could switch from Italian to English as I'm still in the beginner stages of speaking Italian. The not-so-good: The heat was turned all the way up and it was suffocating in our suite. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and woke up to mosquito bites. In addition, I requested the option to reserve online and pay in person and that request was not honored. It significantly complicated my situation and I was not pleased at all. It would have been nice to find staff during the breakfast hours to request something other than drip coffee and tea. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they did not make themselves visible while we were dining (around 7:40 am). Some things are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (like the ancient elevator).

Wonderful charming hotel in central Turin. Easy walking from all the major sites and near the Egyptian museum. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speak English (which was very much appreciated). They have a pool and spa which is a rare find in a Torino hotel. The breakfast is included in the price, comes with a wide variety of options, and served in a charming Old World style dining room with attached patio for outdoor dining. They have an expansive reasonably priced bar that is open in the evenings where the staff is very helpful. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Turin.

If you love a boutique hotel, but wish it had more space, this is the place for you. The quirkily designed rooms and public areas are immaculately kept and much larger than you'd expect them to be - the lounge and breakfast room (with patio) especially are surprisingly sizeable. The breakfast itself is constantly replenished by the lovely staff, who will happily make you an espresso or cappuccino if you ask. Oh, and there's a spa - and what a spa! Often, these are dingy spaces that aren't well kept, but this one is sublime - great pool, hot sauna/steam rooms and the jets at the end of the pool and in the jacuzzi... wow. They're probably doing themselves out of money, as you won't need to pay for a massage with the pummelling they can deliver. The location is ideal for Porta Nouva station and many of the main sites you'll want to see. You really can't top the Victoria for the price point.

Für 4* eher ausbaufähig in einigen Bereichen: Empfang: nicht besonders herzlich und die Auskunft ist eher lustlos. Frühstück: in Ordnung, alles ist da keine Frage. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen ist sehr gut und die Auswahl groß, aber bis der Cappuccino kommt, das dauert etwas. Zimmer: Einrichtung eher älter und nicht high End, d.h. im Stil passt nicht alles zusammen, vom Vorgänger habe ich einen leeren Tablettenstreifen neben dem Schränkchen am Bett entdeckt. Bett: sehr gut, weich und bequem mit guter Bettwäsche Auch die Handtücher im Bad waren sehr gut, neu flauschig und mehr als genug vorhanden Insg. macht das Zimmer und Bad einen gepflegten Eindruck. Hotel Räumlichkeiten: Sehr schön und geschmackvoll SPA Bereich: Sehr schön, gepflegt und gut organisiert Massage: Empfehlenswert und entspannend, das war richtig toll Fahrradverleih: Super Service vom Hotel Mitarbeiter, Francesco, war sehr nett und freundlich
