When checking in, the scent of cat urine was unbearable. I literally tried to hold my breath while checking in. The towels were dingy. There was no towel rack, so the towels were just chilling on the counter. The comforter was dingy and had very noticeable stains. The toilet is not properly secured to the floor. They could definitely use some upgrading.

Lobby smelled like cat pee. Room had a horrible odor. The desk chair metal was rusting and the big chair by the a/c had tears in the cloth. The a/c unit was also very dirty. The tv remote would only turn the tv on and adjust the volume, it would not change channels.

Pool is closed, which isn’t posted on the site. Lobby is closed, there’s a drive by window you use to check in & window curtains were broken in room. Two women in a sketchy hotel with broken window curtains, we’re very disappointed with our stay.

Arrived around midnight. Parking lot is trashy. Looks like a place where prostitutes bring customers. Lobby not open. Have to use a window to transact business. Presumably because of crime. Didn\'t feel safe outside Room was reasonably clean with the exception of a baby cockroach on the top of the dresser below the TV. Room also smelled kinda of "bleachy" - like an x-rated bookstore. Lighting in room is industrial white - very stark. Lightbulbs should be a warmer light tone.

My room was infested with fleas and I have have tons of bites. No where to sit outside pool area was closed. Staff was great!

This was an unexpexted stay, so last minute booking. I found the property to be very clean. I loved that the room had no carpet, and the floor was very clean.The price was affordable, and the area felt very safe. It was the eve of 4th of July, I truly expected it to be noisy. I was pleasantly surprised that by 10 pm all was quiet.I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed only because it was close to where in needed to be for work. ROACHES are present. A/C vent filthy & appeared to have mold. Lobby smells awful, cats hanging around, but the employees are nice. Place needs to be shut down renovated and exterminated. Sheets were filthy. So I slept on the other bed in the room. Usually don’t write reviews but this place was pretty awful. Keep this in mind before you book.

The hotel room was gross. Very dirty. Stains on bedding and towels. We killed several bugs. We were awakened by men working outside our room at 5 am. Painting, scraping and talking loudly. The room looked like it hadn’t been touched in weeks. Dust and bugs and stained up bedding is ridiculous

Curtain was broken, remote didn’t work because it had been chewed up by an animal, floor was filthy, blood stain on bed, toilet wasn’t fastened to the floor so it was really loud

I killed 3 roaches and a spider in the room on the 1st night. The smoke alarm battery died at 2am and the unit chirped throughout the night. The remote control for the television didn't work so the tv was stuck on one channel. The staff seemed friendly and promised to repair the sensor for the tv remote and change the smoke detector battery before the next guest checks in. I decided to cancel my second night and just go home a day early.

For a budget hotel this is was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating (even at midnight when we checked in) and the rooms have been renovated so everything is new. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable and it had a hair dryer and ironing board and iron, which I always kind of wonder if they'll be available in a room or not. It's just a couple minutes down the road from the college, so it's very handy if that's your reason for staying in town.

I always stay here when I visit my college student. It's a good price and it's convenient for me because there are two grocery stores right next to it and several restaurants. We walked about 30 seconds to the Pizza Hut next door and then just relaxed with a pizza movie night. The owners and cleaning lady are nice. It's nothing glamourous but it's just right for what I need.
