The pool was not functional. (The listing included pool In advertising). Property was not well kept or maintained. Cluttered extra storage buildings on property. Landscaping and exterior tun down and neglected. Staff was excellent. Room was clean.

Nothing like the pictures pool didn’t even have water, room was cool upon arrival definitely could have been cleaner but we were stuck from traveling. Pillows and bed super uncomfortable/ceiling fan caked in dust doorway had duck tape up top and you could see outside from the sides of the door did not make you feel very safe. Woman @ front desk was friendly and polite however the entire property was littered and unkept would not recommend

A pool was advertised, but the pool was not available for use, was green from algae, and looked like it had not been available all summer - big bummer for 3 kids after 9 hours on the road. Room was dirty, with accumulated dirt in corners, stains on the walls, and multiple dents in the door. At breakfast, there was egg and cheese covered bagels that were left out at room temperature, and there was no batter to use the waffle maker. Quite an unpleasant experience, and I was already there for a funeral.

First of all, they called us like a day before to see if we were still coming cause they overbooked themselves. Second, there was no swimming pool. It hadn’t been in Used in over a year third the room was not handicap proof by any means too dangerous for any of my handicap, people who were with me to use this shower . Fourth mold pieces everywhere on the bathroom door black mold it look like too. The baseboard were coming and peeling off and it was mold. The sink in the bathroom was leaking on the floor enough to keep the floor, damp and wet with since it’s tile is dangerous for slipping purposes

I am writing in reference to our stay I had two rooms booked with Children in them…your hotel and our experience was awful. The rooms are disgustingly nasty! One room had black mold in it, lots of dirt and grim and LIVE cockroaches!!! The other room was equally as nasty….I had to go and ask for clean bed linens the ones was covered in blood and dirt! The entire room was nasty…and has exposed wires and LIVE cockroaches!! This hotel should not even be allowed to operate! The smell of some one smoking marijuana was awful! I am attaching pictures! We had no other choice but to stay at this hotel!! I am requesting a full refund for both rooms! The black mold and exposed wire would get you shut down in our town! It was so bad until we had to go and buy wash clothes and pillows just to take a bath and sleep a few hrs which we did not turn the lights off for fear of roaches getting in our stuff! The shower curtain had mold on it the walls were terrible I asked for new shower curtains because I was uncomfortable the lady told me it would be a $25 service fee for her to do it.

I will not return and would never recommend. Carpet was filthy, crumbs on fridge and bench when arrived, door doesn't close right, dusty, TV was disgustingly dirty. Ceiling paint falling off/chipping, not a little a lot. Bathroom doorknob falling off and no fire alarm, just a hole where it should be. I'm pretty sure this is against code. I went and bought Lysol wipes to clean myself. On top of it all we had no water for a bit on Saturday and when I went to office not even an apology just that the city was called and should be back in an hour. Not to mention the cleaning person came in, brought new towels, did not make up beds or hang towels, left them on the desk and never removed trash.

The entire hotel was nothing like it was advertised. The supposed to be white towels were dirty. The floors were nasty. The continental breakfast was definitely a no for me. There was a spider in the room crawling on the nightstand. Hearing noise all night and early the morning. I didn’t enjoy the motel at all. 10/100 score!

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. there was urine in the toilet, used tissue, and trash left in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable walking on it, and the walls looked grimy and neglected. The entire building is in desperate need of renovation. When we went to the front desk to report these issues, the receptionist was completely unbothered and unapologetic. She offered to switch us to another room, but based on the condition of the first one, we were already completely turned off and chose not to stay. To make matters worse, we couldn’t get a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. it’s the kind of place that feels unsafe and poorly maintained. Avoid at all costs.

You get what you pay for. It was adequate. My husband and I went down for one night so wasn’t looking for “nice” hotel. It was clean but had a musty, smoky odor in the room. Bed was firm but we slept ok. Lady at front desk was very nice and quickly waited on us.

I needed a disability room with a walk in shower and got a tub, plus the people next door were smoking and talking very loud. Went to the desk clerk and asked him to talk to them, he did it twice with no response from them. Finally my daughter banged on the door saying “ it’s 1 o’ clock in the morning go to sleep already. We left that morning couldn’t handle another night like that.

The hotel was suitable for a quick overnight stay while traveling for the cost. We needed a bed and hot shower, which we got along with a nice TV and A/C. The ceiling fan was functional but dangling from the ceiling. The room was only partially vacuumed and needed a more thorough cleaning.

We were on a spur of the moment road trip, found this place to stay, shower, high pressure, nice hot water, beds were clean and comfortable, easy access for the internet. Quiet place friendly staff. If you stay here, go to the Red Barn to eat, great food and friendly people work there too!!

Doors locked and had to ring a bell for service at 4:30 in the afternoon. Had to wait for several minutes before anyone responded. Had a reservation and still had to hand over drivers license and credit card. Room had a strong air freshener scent to cover other odors. I would give the room a 6 out of 10.

To be honest with u this place was terrible, I informed the receptionist when i got there my wife wanted to look at the room before we check in, I stayed there about an hour waiting for her to give me the key to check out the room, she said the computer was down and she couldn’t make the key, I asked her didn’t she have a master key so I could check the room out, she gave me a keyand we went to the room, it was terrible, bad smell, I informed her we didn’t wat the room she said that she was going to charge me for one night because my wife wash her hands, I informed her that I wasn’t going to pay for a room that I didn’t stay in, I found out she charged me for the room anyway,

Rooms needs to be upgraded for as the doors bed mattresses base of the wall..also they need to have better breakfast choices. What is a waffle without eggs bacon/ sausage? Last but not least the value of the motel is not worth the money
