Due to handicap status and lack of access to the elevator, I found it is difficult to get back and forth to my room while the elevator was down the last night of my stay. I felt this was the only issue that I wish could have been resolved before my checkout time.

We liked the spacious room and full kitchenette. We especially liked the breakfast options including the updated pancake bar and 24 hour coffee kiosk machine. Housekeeping was amazing, our room was cleaned with plenty of fresh towels by the time we returned from breakfast. Although we did not have time to use (attended family reunion activities in Gallion) the small outdoor pool looked very inviting and is a bonus. Highly recommend.

The interior of the building looks refreshed, clearly having had a recent facelift, which added to the comfort of the stay. Breakfast was decent, though a bit limited due to the pancake machine being out of order. Still, it covered the basics. Overall, a nice stay with helpful staff and a clean, updated environment. Would consider staying again!

When I check in they had already gave away my room to my brother because we have the same last name they got the reservation wrong. Even when I showed them my Expedia booking. After calling Expedia they offer to switch rooms after two nights in the room we just stayed instead of moving everything. Hallway need cleaning

This hotel is a gem--clean, friendly staff, good rates. We were guests for two days--and they actually provided housekeeping services on the second day. Bed made, fresh towels, soap, etc. Incredibly friendly staff at check-in, and the ladies who prepared and served breakfast. I have not had this level of kindness in any hotel, at any price, in the last three years.

The staff here went above and beyond my expectations. Our child left their blanket behind after our stay. I called the hotel and a front desk clerk( I can’t remember her name) quickly found the blanket with the cleaning crew. Ashley, the manager was so kind to ship the blanket to us. She supplied me with cost, tracking number. Very professional and above all, they were both very kind. Thank you so very much for your sensitivity. Excellent people here.

We were very impressed with this location! Rooms were neat and clean. Beds comfy! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Miss Nettie was amazing! She was so gracious and made us feel so welcome. Her breakfast was a highlight and a great way to start our day! Delicious!! We are looking forward to staying again! Great team of people!

The breakfast was hot, fresh and had lots of options (the pancake maker was very cool and something we'd never seen before) Ms. Nettie was one of the best parts of our stay. She was very tentative and kind! The hotel was clean, quiet, had great staff and we loved our room! We especially loved the steamer as an option in addition to an iron. The only thing I didnt like was the placement of the toilet paper holder beside the toilet. That was just a minor issue. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!
