Don’t waste your money. I was not informed at checkin that the elevator was inoperable. When I asked the lady at the front desk she merely pointed to a piece of paper taped to the top of the counter 5 feet away and says” You didn’t see that?” After lugging my belongings up the stairs to my room and coming down for a second load to take up I asked her if there was at least an ice machine on the second floor and she said yes. Get settled and go to get ice…… ice maker is inoperable as well. To top off the Labor Day weekend the pool was…… you guessed it. Inoperable!!!! For $175 a night it was definitely not worth it! Days in down the street will serve you better

The property has been updated and has a wonderful staff. The breakfast area and breakfast were great. Very clean indoor pool. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet hotel in a very quiet neighborhood/part of town. The only improvement I would make would be to add more lighting to the hallways. This would make this location more inviting and safer for quests.

Room was dirty. Hair, food and garbage through out floor and food left in fridge. Request to actually clean room after day two which was just new towels and throw comforter over top of bead. Elevator not working and pool closed for maintenance.

I killed four roaches inside the room, the elevator was broken, the toilet was cracked, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, breakfast did not offer bagels but did offer sliced bread.

Out of all the places ive stayed, I've never felt it necessary to leave a bad review. This is the first time. The condition of the American flag outside the hotel should've told me what I was in store for. The A/C unit in the room leaked causing the floor to be soggy. The shower rod was sagging, causing the curtain to bunch up in the middle. The soap holders in the shower were very dirty. There were french fries in the folding sofa bed. The pool was not functioning. The washers and dryers were not functioning. The hotel ran out of coffee packs for the room. The luggage carts were very dirty and stained. I know its not the Ritz Carlton so i dont expect opulence - but I do expect to get what I pay for.

Property is dated. Ceiling had paint peeling off and property needs an upgrade. Overall I was satisfied because of the price. One major annoyance was only one luggage cart. Most places have several. Someone just kept the single cart so we had to carry all our stuff to the room. The staff was good.

Tried to leave extensive review but comment field has a character limit so this has to be brief. Desk clearly rude at checkin…barely a word spoken. Room smelled a little moldy…some lights inside the room not working. Shower water BARELY Luke warm, tub had rust looking material showing thru floor. German cockroaches visible several times…small but there. Throw pillow size pillows on bed…not real pillows. Breakfast hot but def nothing worth remembering, limited choices. Computer in lobby not working, needed to print work papers, wireless printing option not functional, msg said “network error” AM desk clerk had me email to him so he could print(which I appreciated) stay away…this place is very subpar for a Comfort suites

I have stayed here before and had a very pleasant stay. However - this time was different. My room, specifically the bathroom, was dirty. Within 5 minutes of arriving I killed 3 roaches, one of which was in the refrigerator. In the bathroom there was dirt piled up behind the toilet and door, someone who previously stayed there had left their nose ring under the sink in plain sight, hair in the shower, urine behind the lid of the toilet, and something grimy on the sink faucet. In the living room area, there was no way it had been vacuumed because there were small pieces of paper and string (I’m guessing) still on the floor. I’m not one who likes to complain, so I decided to just deal with it. On the upside, the staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great. Grounds are kept up nicely.

We had a nice room previously, but this time, the floor was filthy, and the headboard was dusty. The wall covering was pulling away from the wall in the bathroom. When we got there, their system was down, so she didn't know what to do. She called someone for assistance, and then, we got stuck with a dirty, rundown room.

Very clean and nice room, the best we’ve had in a hotel so far on this trip. Front desk lady could not have been nicer. Very quiet also, that counts big time for us. Would very much want to stay here again!

The room and bathroom both needed a good cleaning ! The toilet bowl had a ring around the waters edge. The floors were littered with tiny bits of trash and needed to be vacuumed desperately. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower. But upon entering my room, I found a had a tub with a shower. I was advised by the front desk that my request could not be met.

First the only pro was the room was large for the price. No one at desk upon checkin. Clerk finally came out and was not friendly. There computers were down. No internet during my stay. Bathroom was dirty. There were brown spots at bottom of toilet. The sink had mold under the lip. The bathroom floor was sticky. The complimentary breakfast had very little choices. Terrible stay.

Outside security light blinked all night. Closed the curtains didn't help, made the inside of the room look like a huge lighting storm was in the area. Pillows on the bed, were half size and should be replaced.

Where do I start well there was No internet, no wi-Fi the elevator was not working the two day we were there, the bathroom was not clean hair on the floor no ironing board in the room. When checking in I asked about being compensated for the inconvenience but was told if service was not restored the next day they would have to see what they could do. It was not a good experience this time. We also found out that management had changed since the last time we stayed there, which was 2023, so over a year the service has gone down really bad.

The hotel was clean and there were no obvious issues but as night fell we realised there was no light in the bathroom, the sink faucet wasn’t attached to the stone and the 8am knock from housekeeping was so frustrating. We were in town on vacation and wanted to do in. When we went for vacation the cleaning lady asked us when we would be checking out. She knocked again at 10 and said she was only waiting on us! We left at 10:30 even though we had till 11am. We felt so unwelcome and that we were a burden. On the desk I brought these complaints up. There was no business cards or ways to make a complaint so the manager was called on the phone. He didn’t respond even one word. I was willing to make the complaint in person and not online but he responded nothing and offered no apology or explanation. Very, very unprofessional.

I was willing to make the complaint in person and not online but he responded nothing and offered no apology or explanation. Very, very unprofessional.
The hotel was clean and there were no obvious issues but as night fell we realised there was no light in the bathroom, the sink faucet wasn’t attached to the stone and the 8am knock from housekeeping was so frustrating. We were in town on vacation and wanted to do in. When we went for vacation the cleaning lady asked us when we would be checking out. She knocked again at 10 and said she was only waiting on us! We left at 10:30 even though we had till 11am. We felt so unwelcome and that we were a burden. On the desk I brought these complaints up. There was no business cards or ways to make a complaint so the manager was called on the phone. He didn’t respond even one word. This was a great hotel and I stayed in a king bedroom suite. I was totally surprised how nice it was. The help were actually very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good for a continental. Only small thing I saw that could have been a little better was some touch up work on the grout in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

First the only pro was the room was large for the price. No one at desk upon checkin. Clerk finally came out and was not friendly. There computers were down. No internet during my stay. Bathroom was dirty. There were brown spots at bottom of toilet. The sink had mold under the lip. The bathroom floor was sticky. The complimentary breakfast had very little choices. Terrible stay.

This was a very nice suite. They have a really good hot breakfast. We stayed in this room on our way to Florida and stayed again on our way back home from Florida. We enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay again just a week later. This will be our go to room, when going through the area.

Second floor hallway smelled strongly of weed. Used Q-tip outside my door from the time I checked in until check out. Inside the room, a corn cushion for toes was stuck on wall. Pennies and small pieces of trash on floor. Refrigerator made a terrible loud noise nonstop. Lady at front desk was nice and the breakfast was well presented and area was very clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Just wish our room had been cleaned better.

The staff was very friendly. The condition and cleanliness has gone down, however, over the last year. We found molded bread in the cabinet of our room, and my aunt's room had a peeling ceiling. This hotel is too new for that. The hot breakfast choices were awful. The cheese omelets were inedible. This is still one of Eufaula's better lodging establishments, but they really need to improve.
