Great accommodations, the pool was accessible; however the gym and the breakfast was not so great. The eggs was mixed with meat; which made the breakfast choices minimum for those who doesn’t eat meat. The potatoes were dry giving the only option waffles, boiled eggs and yogurt. For the rate of the hotel, Breakfast could have been better.

Wonderful stay. Pet friendly and very nice helpful staff. We were provided literature for all the places around town that were dog friendly as well. The view of the sunset from the odd number rooms on the backside of the hotel was awesome! Great location for fishermen or just passing through on your way to Florida.

Out of the 5 to 6 hotels in the area this is by far the best. Last December 2022 we stayed in another hotel just up the road and while it was good hotel there is a difference between good and great. No complaints here other than heavy footsteps from the floor above!

The TV was in an awkward position in relationship to the bed. It was challenging to see the screen even after swiveling it as far as it would go. Staff were amazing - special shout out to Brandi, Rian & Tracy. They were attentive to our every need & gave iur pup Spice extra attention.

The A/C made a beeping sound...realized as we were in bed. Beds could be more comfortable. I hate the sliding doors for the bathrooms...too loud and doesnt hold in smells/sound very well. The overall hotel was clean though and in good shape.

Check in was okay. Unlike other hotels that i have stayed; i was misinformed about pet fee. I was told that it was a $75 nonrefundable. I was charged that everyday of my stay. That was not conveyed AT ALL. If i knew that i wouls not have chosen this hotel. 4 DAYS prior to this stay i was at Townsuites and that was not their practice. Transparency is lacking. The bed is postioned in a weird spot. The design has you having to lay on your side to watch tv unless you sit on chaise to have direct view. We ran out of shower gel on our 2nd nite there. Breakfast was nice. $225 for a pet fee in addition to our hotel room fees and taxes was a definite thorn in my side. The amount i paid total did not equate to the quality of my stay. Terribly disappointed!

The desk clerk was not at all inviting We checked into our room and the heater was not functioning correctly. We called the desk and she said she would come and check. After 30 minutes we packed up and went back to lobby. She came out from a back room (I’m sure she forgot about us). Eventually we were moved to a room that was nice and warm. For the price we paid, $170, our experience with check in should have been better. The hotel itself is nice and the morning staff were great.

Nice room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The check-in and check-out times were different than what Hotels.com said (later check-in, earlier check-out), so that was disappointing. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to leave and return later to check in. The room was nicely decorated and I especially liked the spacious bathroom. The hot breakfast was really good. There were eggs, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, and lots of bakery items. The location is right next to Walmart so that was convenientfor shopping. Overall it was a pleasant stay except for the room not being ready on time.

I was in town for a half marathon and was beyond pleased with my stay. The lobby, breakfast area and other common areas were clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and made accommodations to feed those of us racing early before the normal breakfast hours. My room was comfortable, clean, spacious and well-maintained. There is a Walmart conveniently located within walking distance and a few fast food options close by. I would highly recommend this location and will stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. The pillows were way too soft for us. The food at breakfast was not very satisfying. The potatoes were undercooked and crunchy, the oatmeal was as stiff as concrete, the waffles were very good because you cooked your own. The apple juice and passion fruit juice seemed to be at their end because they were watered down. Lastly, the coffee was very weak and lacked flavor. We are frequent visitors to Hampton Inn and we were quite surprised to find that these things were subpar.
