Our phone in our room did not work, bathroom was dirty, there was construction going on constantly hard to sleep, propels couple Doors down yelling and cussing.. some outlets didn’t work

The pool was disgusting and the rooms are small. Not enough room for ladies to get ready to go out. Both ice machines were out and the room phone didn't work.

The room had a whole wall that looks like somebody had been thrown into several times , and they attempted to patch the drywall .. The pool , which is one of the reasons for picking the place was green our whole stay.. did t look any better the morning we left… We were given 2 towels.. one for each of us! Hope you don’t need one for your hair too!! Breakfast was very limited.. just the bare necessities.

Went to the desk several times no one was there waited more than 5 minutes even at check in!! Mattress on the bed was HORRIBLE!!!! Lobby one time smelled like weed bad.Pool was nice but it didn’t have any lounge chairs to get sun. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working entire time we were there. Room in general was not to bad not a lot drawers for clothes but again the mattress was absolutely horrible. Breakfast wasn’t the best either it was either over cooked or cold didn’t have simple things like grits

The room is was okay, very dated. The window a/c didn’t work, but there was a smaller one plugged up, the filter needed to be changed, and it really didn’t work. Thankfully it was cooler this past weekend so that really didn’t bother me. The tv remote didn’t work except to turn on the tv, couldn’t change the channel or anything. Parking is also terrible. If you arrive late you will have very limited parking if any.

The smell was pretty bad and the hotel had a lot of old furniture just laying around the outside

The bathrooms were not clean there was hair on the tub. The bathroom also had a large hole behind the door that looked like they tried to plaster Sheetrock, but hole was still partially open. The area is nice the pool was clean. The mirror for bathroom was terrible.

Okay there under renovation so paint was on a lot of stuff in the room like the air conditioning the towel rack and had strong paint smell but I will say the rate was cheap so I wasn’t surprised and I was only there one night

The only thing that was a negative is that we had to run a dehumidifier forxour entire stay. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. We didnt use the pool but the water was clear and the area clean. The breakfast was a nice added benefit as well.

Moldy bathrooms. Garbage under stsirway. Not well lit at night. Breakfast had no juice in machines or milk for cereal. Very niosy. People had towels and clothes hanging all over the railings outside. Very disappointed as you had this rated as a good hotel

The room was terrible. It was hot, had a strong musty odor, bathtub had mold around the edge, the bath fixtures were green, the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The bathroom was full of black mold. We were moved to another room and that tube had mold all around it and on the floor. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel. Desk clerk did not give me any cancellation paperwork or any documentation. She said Expedia would be sending me an email confirming my refund. Still waiting for Expedia to confirm my refund.

Our sink stayed stopped up. Roaches in bathroom area. Rust and mold/ dust all over the bathroom area. Room dehumidifier was not attended before stay and staff were not at all eager to help with anything. They almost seemed annoyed. Except for the gentleman who checked us out. He was nice

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The pictures on the website are not the same as the property. There was mold in the bathtub, the baseboards were loose and hanging. The worst part was finding a dirty rag in the shower. I brought it to managements attention. Their response was they will try to do better next time. Needless to say we did not stay and they refused to refund our money.

Mold on the sheets, mold on the curtains. Roaches every where in the room and in the microwave. My das was given a part for the toilet for him to fix because we told them the toilet kept running and they handed him the part to fix it him self. Never again will we be going here. We evacuated due to the hurricane Milton.

Dirty black mold in bathroom. Even the beds were moist and your feet stuck to the floor. Ceilings patched from water leaking. Never stay here.

There was blood stain on the bedspread. Shower curtain had mold on it.

The location is great. Next to Tanger Outlets. The refrigerator had mold and bug in the tray. Wall, bathroom door stained, rusty, tissue holder rusty, mirror black stains. Bathroom floor dirty.

Room appeared clean but had to get up to use bathroom in middle of. Igjt, light on and roaches scattered! So disgusting!

First, the staff was lovely and super helpful with things we needed. The place was certainly not booked up, we arrived early and they let us check in upon arrival. The room itself was clean. It was basic necessities, no frills. That is what we expected. The bathroom, however, was in need a serious help. There was mold and mildew around the bottom of the toilet and seams in the tub, the toilet seat was peeling badly, and was just all around somewhere I wouldn’t want to shower or bathe. The mattress was very comfortable but pillows were incredibly flat. The front desk provided additional pillows with no trouble. When we settled for the night to watch television and relax, the TV did not work and the remote was missing the cover for the battery compartment. We again checked with the desk and the gentleman on duty was helpful and came to the room and located the sensor that had been hidden behind the TV. After he left, it still didn’t work from the bed. We had to untie the sensor and drape it across the furniture piece to get it to work properly. Breakfast was lacking, waffles and cold sausage. Microwave was unplugged and the plug was bent so badly it couldn’t be plugged in anywhere. Warning tray for sausage was not turned on. No eggs or hot water for oatmeal. The waffle was tasty so we were good. Overall, despite some minor issues, we got exactly what we expected, a place to sleep for a night. I would stay again, we didn’t expect perfection; customer service goes a long way.

The door wouldn’t open when we got there, had to get the front desk worker to finally get it open. However, the beds did sleep good and did the job for our one night stay.

Overall for a quick, last minute need, it fit the bill. Price wasn’t horrible especially for last minute. Cleanliness in the bathroom was sad, dirty, shower could’ve been cleaner, floor didn’t appear to be swept, etc. room wasn’t bad, basic set up, coffee maker (single cup maker), etc. dehumidifier needed to be emptied, and really needed to be cleaned well. It was moldy. AC worked great, kept the room cold all night.

Room was newly remodeled except the bathroom. Remote for tv didn’t work, and we were only provided with two sets of towels for a family of four. When we asked for more towels the staff was not happy to give us any but eventually gave us two pool towels (but no additional face towels). Lots of workers hanging out outside on balconies did not make us feel very safe. Also, old camper parked in back did not make us feel safe either.

Our stay was not the greatest. First off we had no heat whatsoever. The room stayed 59 degrees all night. We got there so late and were exhausted and didnt have the energy to change rooms again when after an hiur we noticed it was getting colder and colder not warmer in the room. The light over the sink didnt turn on. The water in the bathtub didnt drain. It was just not a great experience for us!

The hotel is very convenient, next to Wendy's and the outlet mall. The thing I'm concerned about is the room security, my card key can open the next door room. It was by accident I forgot the room number and the person inside looked very surprised when I opened their door, I felt really bad. The other thing is the place was crowded when I stayed there on 4th July, and the place is not very clean, I closed the bathroom all the time to make me feel better. The AC and humidifier are loud but overall we have a good sleep until the next morning

Got to my room and the toilet didnt flush and the sink did not drain. Luckily the lady at the front dest moved me to another room buuuuttt the toilet didnt flush in that room either so i got moved to another room where everthing worked great the door lock was a little busted but it worked. At about 2:45 am some one desided to knock on our door and run away. But besides all of that the 3rd room was pretty clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

Upon entering, no staff was located at the front desk. Every time I called the front desk, I got no answer. The turntable in the microwave was broken. The refrigerator racks were rusted. The bathroom shower needs updated.

Check in was slow, did not go to the room until 11:00pm and found the room had not been cleaned after the former guest. They apologized and offered the only available room but the room would not accommodate us. Ended up driving an hour and a half home.

The first room had bugs in it. The second room had bugs in it. I had to leave. I was there less than 30 minutes. 2 days later and over 3 hours on the phone, I have still not received a refund.

After spending less that an hour at the previous hotel I booked and being so disgusted… the move to Quality Inn was amazing. The staff was super friendly and even allowed me to see the room in person before paying. Breakfast was served daily and overall my family enjoyed the property and the staff.

I’m actually the daughter of the the couple that stayed. They enjoyed their stay once the kinks were worked out but the first day was extremely stressful and difficult. The hotel staff stated there was an issue with the hotels.com payment and was threatening to kick my senior parents out of the room while they weren’t even at the property. Even though we had proof of payment and the issue wasn’t on our end. They were basically suggesting a double payment to correct the issue and knowing their policy would not refund what we had already paid through hotels.com. This being my parents first trip away without me there to handle everything, I was 4 hours away having a panic attack while working with hotels.com reps who could not get the hotel to answer the phone with multiple attempts. I even tried and could not get through. Then I finally had to escalate to a hotels.con supervisor who after more multiple attempts finally got the hotel in the line and was able to correct whatever the issue was and get my parents all settled. I believe the hotel should have offered them a free future stay after all that mess because it caused some major stress! Other than that my parents weren’t too disappointed with their stay and did like theirs room.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be upgraded but overall they are clean and very comfortable.

Check in was quick and the lobby was clean and welcoming. my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Area where the hotel was quiet and there are several restaurants and shopping close by. When we went for breakfast, the coffee was out and some of the food, but I brought it to the front clerk's attention, and she immediately took care of it.

Sid at front desk was very accommodating.

When I was ready to check out there was nobody there left a day earlier than expected my overall experience was bad staff was not friendly, the bedding always looked dirty, floors were not mopped in the week we were there, there was mold on a lampshade and nothing was done about it. I do not think I will stay at this location ever again

Rudest staff. Requested a late check out of 12 noon day one rude female staff banged on the door requested our towels and said she would bring clean ones. She never brouht towels. Day 2 same Rude staff began banging on door at 1115am demanding to know if we were checking out. Same at 1130 and 1145. 1209 pm as i was leaving the room same witch stormed into the open door yelling " when are '"you people' getting out?" I told her to leave and she continued to be aggressive shouting "you need to leave now you were supposed to get out at 12and its after 12. I told her again to get out so i could get my property. She contunued to yell and be aggressive that she had work to do. As i placed my belongings in my vehicle she was yellong from inside the room " dont ever come back! Your people are not welcome here! Her attack had clear tracial over tones. As a senior citizen with mobility issues, i felt threatened for my safety by this irate staff member. Note: other guests witnessed this verbal attack and i could clearly see other staff still cleaning rooms. As a world traveler i have never experienced such disrespect and humiliating treatment!. This woman has absolutely no business working in hospitality. If this is a sample of service at Wyndam properties i will not continue to patronize their properties and can not in good faith, recommend anyone else stay there.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and it is centrally located. Check in was easy. Perfect for what we wanted.

Close to a lot of eating places and outlets next door just the bed ate a little hard other then that we enjoyed our stay

Everything was at an easy access shopping dining and getting to the beach

The location of the property was good, we were a few minutes away from all attractions. Stores and food places were walking distance. However the Hotel itself was unpleasant!There was trash all amongst the walkways, the smell of the room was horrible, mildewed chair, Rusted areas around the shower, toilet, and sink! Also there were several spiders and roaches spotted. The environment felt unsafe and we were definitely ready to go! On a positive note, the two ladies that worked the front desk were really nice and helpful!

The breakfast was the poor..no jam or jelly for toast, no fruit..

You get what you pay for! Cheap price for a cheap hotel. The breakfast was ok but not a large variety. TV didn't work. Dirty floors. No towels. Pool was disgusting. Paint missing from walls. Mold in the shower. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Every single time I was in the room for a long period I would start coughing.I couldn't sleep.I was tossing and turning coughing coughing coughing. There was a humidifier in there, but it was constantly turning red, saying it need to be fixed but no one ever fixed it. I would leave the room to go out to dinner or go to the beach.Go shopping and I would be fine.No coughing, no nothing as soon as I would get back to the room.It would start within fifteen to twenty. There has to be some kind of mold or something in there.That's messing with the room.Please be very cautious.The staff seem to be okay , but they don't seem to really care about the property or the rooms itself. Breakfast was like five sausages , maybe a little bit of cereal and a waffle. Their breakfast is very much to be lacking. I don't think they celebrate any kind of holidays because they didn't decorate nothing.It looks very bland it's just a very dull hotel motel.Whatever you want to call it. I don't recommend this hotel compared to other in the vivity for just a few bucks more. minutes

Charged me twice, put us in a handicapped room, sheetrock was coming down from ceiling, tv was small, remote didn't work and they wouldn't fix it, breakfast was not great.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Hotel was not busy as all yet the breakfast area was limited and not kept up or stocked . The towels that were swapped out daily turned into the pool towels that are very hard and worn. The bedding was very worn. When checking in the lady stated the room we were to be in had an issue with the remote to where we would have to physically get up to change channels. I asked for a room that had a working remote so she did change the room .

The breakfast is good (small but good). The walls in the room had splatter of something gooey on them and the ceiling was peeling. It was good for the price, but the gunk on the walls were nasty.
