We were on the first floor right by an outside door and that door did NOT lock. All good other than that. We got stay over service without asking. They brought us towels, etc without my having to ask. So great service!

This hotel is not in a very good location..parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere..no trash cans..hotel is not that clean..staff was fair..a few were friendly..but several were not. Parking was not good. I don't recommend staying here.

Trash outside people dropped. Clean hotel but worn a bit. We didn't like the set up of the bed right nest to the air conditioner which blew on us all night. Shower head didn't work right. The breakfast wasn't good

My Son couldn’t play his PS4 the internet wasn’t set up for games he was very disappointed for his birthday which was that day.. THEY POOL WAS GREAT AND WE ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST I HAD A NICE STAY

Room had dirty linen on beds. I talk to front desk and she gave me fresh linen in which I had to change myself. She advised to speak with the owner the next morning. The morning front desk clerk stated owner wasn’t in yet but will be in around 11am. I went to check out and the owner who claimed she wasn’t the owner was rude and didn’t seem to care. She told me to call her the manager, Jackie M, even though it’s her hotel!!! I will never stay here again!!!

I was very disappointed that when we go to room I was told they had great cleaning team and the counters on all tables were not wiped down. I couldn\'t call the front desk because phone didn\'t work. Walked down to ask for someone to clean the tables and bedside tables and they handed me a disinfectant bottle spray and dirty wash clothes to clean it myself. They said "hold on", and came back with that". Disappointed because I always said years ago I would not go back to this hotel and now I remember why. Never again!

Great location; convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. but very quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Everything was spotless clean. This is my favorite hotel in Foley when we come to visit family. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a little variety to the breakfast menu…cinnamon rolls, perhaps.

We were traveling from Arizona to Foley for personal business and stayed 3 nights at your property. I fell short of an excellent rating because: bathroom GFCI and living room desk USB/power station need replacing, not functional. Sofa has small stains but nothing major. Positive was our room was exceptionally clean! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in! Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

I liked the location of the property. I did not like the wet, dank, mildew smell that was in the hallway. The smell intensified in my room. The room smelled almost as if it had mold in it and my husband and I both started having issues with our allergies.

This is in the middle of summer in Alabama. The days are hot. The air was set to 77. We checked in at 6. We had to leave for a few hours, in hopes that the room will cool off. When we returned it had only dropped down to 74 at 9 at night. Don’t feel the air should be set so high. On a good note. Check was great. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was in a good location close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our rooms smelled great and fresh, but we did have issues with the air conditioner. Our room was so hot. We only got relief at night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious however, it had an old, musty smell to it as if it had been closed up, not receiving any fresh air. Once I sprayed it with lysol (several times), it was bearable. I would definitely stay at this property again. The location is perfect. Staff was friendly.

The property is in a prime spot:just down the street from the Famous Lamberts Restaurant, Tanger outlet, OWATropical Falls. I wish that the city would construct sidewalks down that entire strip

Everything was AMAZING. Starting with the staff, who was very welcoming to me and my family. My room was absolutely GORGEOUS. I wish i could have stayed longer. The location was perfect. Plenty of shopping stores and restaurants (in walking distance). BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I would choose this place over the Sheraton, ANY DAY.
