The property was not maintained. The grass was high and trashy. The elevator was filthy and didn’t work half the time. I lost my room key, went to the front desk to get another, without even verifying who I was she just handed me a room. How did she know I really was in that room. Manager was rude.

The staff was cordial & prompt when needed. The breakfast was not well attended. The supply of food was always running out. The GFI breaker for the TV tripped at least once a day. The elevator quit during our stay. Bottom line, the place was not well kept.

It's supposed to be a no smoking hotel but when I walked in, it smelled of marijuana. Furthermore, the room smelled like someone had peed in the air unit. Our friends staying in another room had to be moved because they room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was fine. The pool deck wasn't very clean or inviting. I probably wouldn't stay at a Sleep Inn again.

The hotel had a bad odor right when we came in. The computer was restarting when we got there so we had to end up leaving and coming back, the receptionist was not apologetic at all about the inconvenience. When we finally got to the room the smell was horrible, it literally smelled like urine. The remote didn’t have a back to it. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. It was dirty everywhere. Stained furniture. The freezer in the refrigerator was froze over. The base of the bed sounded like it was about to fall. If you have other options I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to stay.

The property was gross and smelled rotten. Lots of mysterious stains in the bathroom not cleaned up. Looked oddly like urine in the sink. 10/10 would not recommend. Wish I could get a refund. Breakfast was bad too if you could even call it breakfast.

Front desk staff was very nice and attentive upon arrival! The rooms could’ve been cleaned a lot better! When we first got there I noticed medicine that was on the floor, showing me that it had not been swept. There was also dead roaches in the bathroom. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also not changed, we ran out that day. The beds we’re comfortable and the microwave and fridge was a great accommodation. Large selection of channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi was okay. The front desk clerks at night are not informative! I needed change for the washer and dryer and she said she didn’t know if the dryer worked, it intact did work! I asked for extra towels she said they had none to give out. Breakfast was okay, it was just a grab and go type thing. Only thing good was the waffles. Roaches are also bad, we seen at least 3 live ones I n the two rooms we had. And there was also one on the wall of the hallway I saw as I was walking to the laundry room.

The linens and towels were in good condition. Housekeeping was every 2 days and one was missed during our 7 day stay. I wish the floors would have been cleaned as part of housekeeping. The corners in the bathroom were very dirty. The breakfast was a continental and seemed very sparse. You could make a waffle if you liked that for breakfast. The only protein option was yogurt. Even hard boiled eggs would have been a plus.

Every corner of this place needs to be cleaned. We had two rooms, the elevators and common areas as well, just need to be cleaned. One of our rooms smelled like cigarettes (206) there were no towels in our room when we checked in. The beds were clean and neat. Bedding in great shape.

You get what you pay for. It's affordable and all we needed was a place to shower and sleep. There was no hot water. We notified the front desk and they said it is like that because everyone is using the hot water at the same time. I don't believe that to be true. There were stains on the comforter. The air conditioning was working fine the room had a smell when we first went in and it was pet friendly I saw several animals coming in but there was not bothering me or anything what did bother me was my room was right by the exit door and all night long I could hear the door slamming with people coming in and out.

Place was dirty, was missing a blackout curtain in room 201 so the street lights shined into our room. Breakfast was okay not the best I have had. Bed was really comfortable just wish we didn't have lights shinning in our face all night. Ultimately it served its purpose we were in town for a concert we were in the room very little.

If you have to stop in Alabama for a night, this hotel in Foley is decent. The room was clean with a comfy bed. I will say that the walls are thin. If you are noise sensitive during bed, you may have trouble sleeping. The fire alarm in the room needs to be upgraded. I could tell the age by the yellowing of the box. Don't expect a 5 star resort, but you should be able to relax in peace.

When we first arrived we thought we picked a decent hotel with a nice location. The 1st night we had to relocate rooms due to our AC leaking all over the floor. The second night and in the 2nd room we had no TV and the front desk didn't know how to fix it. Also noticed rooms had mold around light fixtures.

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed and the pillows. The staff was absent minded in reference to anything concerning the daily function of the hotel, since I had no answers to any of my questions; for example: why did someone grab the towels we were using and didn’t replace them with clean ones? or, why did someone come into my room if no room service was going to be performed? or, why did you say that I could stream from my phone to the room’s tv if that was not the case? We will not stay there again.

I have stayed at several Sleep Inns, but this one was a bug disappointment. They did not go out of their way for anything. When asked for items and services to be rendered, it felt like it was more of a hassle to staff. Bedding was not clean there were hairs on the sheets, and very limited towel service. The breakfast bar was lacking to say the least. If you're looking for a great experience this is not the place!

We stayed Tuesday-Sunday. They never changed the beds, cleaned the room or took the trash. All they did was walk into the bathroom and take our dirty towels but did not leave any in return. Had to go to the front desk each day to get more. By Saturday I asked where to take our trash because they had not emptied it. Floor wasn’t swept and since we went to the beach every day, we had some sand on the floor which got worse each day. Breakfast lacked in choice. We went somewhere else to eat. You either got a muffin the size of one bite, a yogurt big enough for two bites, cereal or waffle.
