The area was set back and secluded. Loved the natural setting and that it was away from the busy road. The pool was not busy and the staff was very friendly and kind. Our room floor was dirty and the area outside had garbage cans that were overflowing and they were not changed ever so a lot of overflow on the grounds. But the bed and linen were clean and we had a lot of fun!

We travel extensively and have stayed at many hotels. We grabbed this room last minute on a holiday weekend. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but this place was great. It’s super clean, roomy, not transient and a little tucked away. The owners take a lot of pride in their property and the price can’t be beat. The pool was clean, the room was one of the largest I’ve stayed in and housekeeping came every day to freshen room and change towels.

Room had places to put luggage off the floor. Bed was comfortable but sheets keep coming loose. Internet was spotty. Television frequently lost signal. Water remained hot in shower but pressure was weak. Soap was in dispensers. Had to use a lot to feel clean. Parking in front of room and traffic light at entrance allowed good accessibility to hotel. Occupants of room above were loud until 2-3 am.

Scary, unlit parking, unable to read room numbers on 2nd floor, back of building. Difficult for wife to access. Large room, no carpeting so acoustics negated understanding audio on TV. The staff are always very nice the pool is well kept. The rooms are decent for the price, could use some upgrades but everything was clean. Quiet location convenient to restaurants and attractions and a short drive to the beach. Not the first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last.

I would say the floors hadn’t been cleaned in 8 months or more. My son spilt something so I wiped it up and my wipe was solid black. The whole places smelled like mold and mildew. They have had bedbugs at some point in time because the stains on the pillow cases and sheets showed that. They didn’t even have the decency to throw those away. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there. The staff at the front desk wasn’t friendly either. She gave me an attitude because I had to come back twice because my key stopped working. 0/10 do not recommend.

Hair on towels. Fridge didn’t work, sheets was dirty. Also pee stains on toilet, definitely was not clean at all. We cleaned the room and bought sheets and pillowcases from Walmart. Don’t recommend staying

They room as soon as you opened the door smelled like mold & must. I spilt water on the and towel i used was black. Obviously the floors where not cleaned at all. The blind on the window side frame fell off when we pulled the blind down.

As soon as you open the door to the room you were hit with smells like mold/mildew. It was so bad there was a dehumidifier in our room that we had to empty 4 times and we were only in the room maybe a total of 6 hours (and the majority of that was spent sleeping). There were roaches everywhere. But it was like 1 in the morning and we just figured we would tough it out for the night because we wouldn't be able to find another hotel. Then, when we go to leave we were checking the room over making sure we weren't leaving anything and we happened to move the bed covers back and there was mold on the sheets. MOLD on the sheets we JUST SLEPT ON. And not just mold, there was dirt or something else at the bottom of the bed. Like super dirty at the bottom of the bed. I'm just praying and trying to convince myself that noone else slept in that bed before we did. I knew this hotel wasn't going to be great but this was awful.

I knew going into this that I shouldn’t have high expectations, however I thought that I should at least be able to walk on the floor without my feet getting nasty. Not to mention all the unknown stains on this chair. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and get a nice hotel.

We stayed in room 115 there was roaches and ants. The tv would not shut off. The shower had no safety rubber it was very slick. If it was not 11pm and we drove 11 hours we would have left. We will never stay there again!

Disgusting. Bodily, bloody fluids on both bedspreads in the room as we entered. Management did not offer to move us in spite of plenty of rooms available. We slept in our clothes on to of the comforter. Coffee in the lobby late to be made on both morning we were there. Way overpriced for what it is. Do not stay here.

Our stay at Red Roof Inn was very unpleasant. The grounds were dirty. The sidewalks had what appeared to be spills (soda, beer, liquids) that were very dirty and sticky. Upon entering the room we noticed a smell. The floors were very dirty and sticky. The sink would not drain. At that point we attempted to find a different hotel with no luck. We were traveling with a little dog and it was late. We had traveled over 500 miles already and were tired. I reported the floor and sink issues to the desk with no response. We did stay for several hours to sleep enough to drive again. This hotel needs a lot of attention. Thank you Gwen Martin

Service was great but upon arrival my room smelled of cigarette smoke. Attendant promptly sprayed air freshener. Cigarette ashes were on furniture and this was a non-smoking room. Guests beside me and above me were extremely loud.

For a Red Roof, the property wasn't too bad. Many are run down but this one is in reasonable condition on the outside and in the immediate area around it. Although it's near a major highway, it's surprisingly quiet, a plus. My room, however, was a more typical RRI. It was kind of shabby and the floor was disgusting. The towels and bedding were well worn, wifi was spotty and the frig lacked a freezer. I found someone''s used Q-tip on the floor in some greasy mess. The housekeep came by later and snagged it, a good thing, but left the mess.

We have stayed at several Red Roofs before, and usually we have a very good experience. This one, not so much. We have children, and chose a non smoking room, but as soon as we walked in, it was clear the room had been smoked in heavily. It smelled awful. We didn\'t realize until the next morning housekeeping had not even noticed the previous guests had tied a plastic bag over the smoke detector. We had arrived very late and we were tired, and were only staying one night, so we just went to bed anyway. My oldest woke up with a nosebleed, I\'m guessing from sleeping in a room full of stale cigarette smoke. Also, had a badly stained towel, which normally i wouldn\'t let bother me, but everything kind of had a grungy feel in our room. Told staff about the smell, my son\'s nosebleed, the towel, and the bag over the smoke detector the next morning when we checked out. I showed her pictures i took of the towel and the smoke detector, and she used her phone to take pictures of my phone, and i got a half hearted "sorry that happened" and she literally shrugged at me. Also, be aware there is no elevator at this property, so if you cannot do stairs, make sure to request a ground floor room. The woman who checked us in was very sweet, however. I also liked that the room had a mini fridge and hair dryer.

It was okay. The room was good for the price. We had to wait around 15 minutes for someone to come in to check us in to our room. He snatched things out of my hands and tossed them back. I didn’t love that. Overall, the stay was fine, however we won’t stay at this particular location again.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4. Was told our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 5! THE YOUNG LADY WORKING THE DESK WAS HORRIBLY RUDE, I repeat, HORRIBLY RUDE! The floors in the room were NASTY. Could not walk around without shoes…the bottom of my feet were literally black after about 10 minutes. My husband and I would NOT recommend this motel to anyone!

I had general expectations for a Red Roof Inn but I was let down for what I walked into the room and saw. To begin, the office was close. I had to go to the Motel 6 to check in. That front desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciated her. The room was filthy. There were stains on the walls and on the door. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was one small towel and not two. I went to plug in the dresser and there was a hair ball clouding around the the plug--disgusting. The room can absolutely be cleaner. The ice machine was nasty was well; slimy mold/mildew on it. The office attendant that came to the room at 11:06am to remind me that I was supposed to be out of the room already could have extended some grace. I had no intentions on staying another hour later let alone another night. Overall, I was very disappointed in this stay.

Asked for days to clean our room and sweep the floor, they would not. Our door would not shut and they would not let us have a different room or fix that. The WiFi did not work at all the whole trip, the bed was dirty, & the entire staff was horribly rude.

Front desk ate an apple while I was checking in. She was also on a personal cell phone call during my arrival and was speaking and laughing to them in another language while I stood there. Returned the next day for fresh towels and she made me go back up to room to get my dirty ones first, then follow her to laundry and dump them myself. Unbelievable

Coffee pot did not work in the room. And was told they was not going to make any in the lobby no continental breakfast when it shows online when I booked!!! no towels were in the room when we arrived and was told there was none available and every day we only got one towel for a total of four people in our room so thank goodness we had our own personal towels that we brought or we wouldn’t have anything to use the drawers on the dresser would not open and had to ask for help to get them to open and was told they were just jammed and I took out my own trash to the dumpster so the service was horrible

It was clean and looked nice. Did not offer breakfast, when the site said it did. Jusr coffee. Only towels for one person, had to get the rest. Over all the hotel was clean and ok, but not for the price during the week and specially the weekend. I could of pay for a really nice hotel. Still cheap place to stay and easy access in and out.

Arrived around 4:45pm and room was not ready. The lady behind the counter went out of her way to check and get our room. She was a most helpful desk clerk. You guys have an excellent employee in this beautiful person. Would definely stay again and would recommend it. Our stay was excellent except the buffet was not kept up.
