Property was fine but there is a parking lot on the rear of the property that at night is poorly lighted at best. We grabbed our luggage and made haste to the front entrance. I went into the hall of my 3rd floor room to get a visual on my vehicle several times at night. The room was clean and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. From the location to the amenities. I used the washer and dryer and had no problem. There is construction across the street but was NOT a problem at all. It didn’t wake us in the morning. The front parking at night gets packed and you have to use the back but again not a problem. It was overall a great stay for us.

The room was clean and very spacious. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant. Pool was nice. It was a little cool, but expected this time of year. The gym had weights and cardio machines. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Beautiful beach is just across the street. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Upon arrival, the floors were not cleaned. There was sand all over the floors. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the whole room was very humid. Other than the cleanliness, the staff was very nice and professional.

The bathroom didn’t have conditioner, it had 2 shampoo bottles. The bed was hard, there was hair everywhere and all over the towels and in the shower, there was a terrible cigarette smell on the whole floor and it was affecting my breathing. I called the front desk and the lady said she would spray something. The breakfast area was horrible with with little food variety. I probably won’t stay there again.

Nice pool area. Breakfast was ok. Walking distance to public beach. We had a suite (Rm 612), it smelled so musty. Fire alarm was going off at 3am due to the guest in 512 lightning a candle. Alarm went off for 15-20 minutes.

The room was nice. It was quiet. However, the A/C in the bedroom wasn’t working. Only air from the main room was cooling the unit. So the bedroom was warm. And the mini-fridge was only slightly cold and the control knob was missing so we couldn’t turn it up.

A gentleman named Michael checked us in Sunday evening; super efficient and friendly. Each employee we came across had a friendly Hello as they passed us by. The rooms were surprisingly quiet although closing room doors tended to be loud - the way the locks work I guess. Super enjoyable stay in a location we'd never been to.

The facility was conveniently located near a work conference. Building appears to be fairly new or renovated, HOWEVER, I would be careful because the room we got had apparent humidity issues and we were told we had to keep the air set to the 60’s. Upon getting more comfortable in our room I noticed mold all over all the ceilings. When I asked to be moved and explained about the mold I was told there was no where else to go( which is not their fault) but was offered no other solution for the mold. Front desk clerk said it was “surface mildew” as if that’s better. Management, although admitted to humidity issues, stated, “it could be any kind of discoloration.” I left without spending even one night there after coming back to my room with the door ajar, when me and my guests KNOW it was locked when we left. Staff was not helpful. Honestly messed up the whole weekend for me.

The old lady that works there at front desk had a very nasty attitude with us about towels .. SHE WAS VERY ARGUMENTATIVE AND JUST RUDE OUR TOLIET HANDLE WAS BROKEN SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS SENDING SOME THE NEXT DAY AND OUR BATHROOM FLOOOR WAS FILLED WITH WATER BECAUSE THE SURFACE FROM THE SHOWER AND FLOOR ARE EVEN THATS WHERE THE ISSUE CSME ABOUT WITH THE TOWELS THE ROOM WASNT CLEAN PROPERLY IT WAS OLD KEY CARDS AND DUST AND SAND EVERYWHERE WE SHOULD MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM OR REFUNDED OUR MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER STSY THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY

Overall great stay - fast, friendly check-in, clean & spacious room, comfortable beds, nice outdoor pool - convenient distance to beach; Hotel is not technically beachfront but is across the street & there are a few condo complexes that may block some of the view. Breakfast is ok. Nothing spectacular but a nice free option with several different choices & saved my family of 5 some money. Housekeeping provided service & fresh towels daily during our stay.

We stayed here two nights when we came down to the Wharf to attend a concert. We loved our view over Gulf State Park, the walkability to the beach, the lovely pool on the property, breakfast included, and the great staff. The property is really nice and newer - this was a good value. Highly recommend.

Hotel was immaculate and stylish. Staff were all quick at checkin. Room was large and well appointed with comfy beds. Breakfast was pretty sad. Mediocre coffee, thin waffle batter which made substandard waffles, stale muffins, sour orange. The hot omelots, scrambled eggs and greasy sausage were just ok. Beach was great and less than half a block away.

Check in was simple. The room was clean and neat. No complaints. The only shortcoming was in the doneness of the breakfast sausage/patties. Yes, it is a "continental" buffet. Yes, it is going to contain institutional fluffy eggs, but the sausages and sausage patties looked anemic. Whileno doubt they were sterile and safe, they had the appeal of a slapped haddock in a box. Perhaps invest in some with fake brown coloring. The cadaverous grey was too in tune with the current Halloween season to be appetizing. Great stay otherwise. Seriously. I will be recommending you to others. I had to dig deep to find a fault, and even thst was a stretch. Thank you!

This is our second stay here and we have been very pleased. Our only complaint is breakfast cuts off at 9:00. This is far earlier than anywhere we have ever stayed. Breakfast needs to be until at least 10:00 on weekdays and 10:30 or 11:00 on weekends. We would like to enjoy breakfast without feeling rushed.
