Unexpected parking fee. Hotel being remodeled. We should have been notified about construction before booking. Noisy in the afternoon when we arrived. Followed by being woke up at 8:00 am to the sound of power tools in a room nearby.

Yes, they have a pool. No, the pool is not functioning. When picking hotels, we picked this one over others based on the fact it had a pool. We normally stay at the Waters by Hilton (amazing hotel), but this time we were traveling with 2 kids and having a pool was a plus! When we first asked about the pool being closed, we were told it was temporarily closed for cleaning. When we asked again, we were told it was closed for an undetermined amount of time due to a part needing to be ordered. We were also told, since we booked through Hotels.com, there was nothing that could be done about the inconvenience. That if we had booked directly through the hotel we could have been compensated. The room cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom sink and counter had hair from past guests and the floor didn't appear to be vacuumed. When we moved the small ottomans in the living area, there was trash underneath. Overall, we weren't pleased with this hotel and won't be staying here again. We expected a lot more given that it's a Hilton brand hotel.

The only problem we had was parking. There are not enough handicap parking spots for those in need of closeness. No valet parking. Otherwise, things were good. Thank you.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the manager's reception and we got dinner each night there as well. Only thing i would say was a concern was they charge $10 per day to park in lot that a lot of the lot os blocked off for construction crew. Should mention there is free lot across street at check in.

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations upon our arrival. Check in line was long and chaotic. The staff checking in was not very friendly. After we finally checked in we learned that the fitness center was closed but the pool was open. However, it definitely needed some attention as dirty towels were all around. Made to order breakfast was ok but seating was chaotic due to renovations.

Really enjoyed our stay, the area was great, super convenient and walkable to the spa/"Strip" in Hot Springs. The staff (Jasmine at the front desk) was also super helpful and friendly. some of the downsides to the stay I admit/understand are unavoidable. They were doing some construction so there was a bit of tarp, and no gym (they did offer using Planet Fitness' Gym if needed), a good portion of the parking lot was unusable due to construction equipment and also there was a cheerleading convention going on while we stayed so using the elevators was a bit annoying... That being said though, the room was nice and quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the location. Would stay again if we ever find our way back to Hot Springs AR

We wound up staying the same days as a cheer camp - nowhere on any hotel events page nor even the convention center's website (attached to the hotel via a skybridge) was this event mentioned. Because of this, & supposedly some glitch in their booking systems, the room we had booked was over-sold & they could not give it to our family of 6. They instead wanted to put us in A room that might sleep 3 before we had to make pallets on the floor or 2 separate rooms; they eventually found a set of connecting rooms, & I was told they would comp the second room since they couldn't give us our original room. Found out the 2nd night of our 3-night stay that they were supposed to tell me they were only comping ONE night of the second room and "had us checking out of the second room the second night." Um...NO. The number of people on our reservation did not change from the original reservation, so why would the front desk staff have marked us down for that? They argued it had been explained; I rebutted it had not. So they comped nights 1 & 2 of our stay for 2nd room, & charged us $159 extra for the last night of our stay for the second room. At no point was our original room booking offered as a way to only have to pay for a single room, but they thought having 4 minors with nowhere to sleep was reasonable. 1 out of 3 elevators was nonfunctional. No extra bedding in the rooms for the hideabeds. King beds highly uncomfortable. No shuttle services available. Pool room insufferably hot.

The room was clean and smelled clean but the restroom smelled of mildew and the tub was rusted. I could out take a bath, the put a towel down in the tub just to take a shower. Very disappointing. With the amount of money I spent for two days, I would expect better.

One of our two rooms that was reserved. Wasn’t ready when we arrived during check-in.then when we got our room, the bathroom toilet was broken and was not clean. There was quite a bit of hair and dirt on the floor had the staff clean the restroom they would’ve uncovered the broken toilet the air conditioner barely worked in the room, Breakfast service was an hour long because they didn’t have enough staff to handle the capacity that they had at the hotel. their laundry service dryer was broken, and I was unable to do laundry. They did not offer laundry soap for purchase nor did they have coin for their laundry service When I went to share my feedback as I checked out with guest service member, Mo, she was very rude to me. And acted as if I inconvenienced her by sharing my feedback.

Newly refurbished hotel. Room was clean with a comfortable queen beds and an excellent shower. Staff were courteous and friendly.Breakfast was the usual Embassy Suites fare and was also great. Would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stop again.

Our room was dirty so we switched rooms. The room next to us had several loud children all night long and early in the morning. Our air conditioning unit made a banging noise every 20 minutes. The elevator broke while we were in it.

For the price... I was not impressed. The room had a weird smell. The beds were comfortable but had the smallest pillows on them. The shower had large shampoo, conditioner and body wash built in but the conditioner and body wash were both empty. There was no ice in the entire building. However, the staff was very friendly, the lobby and lounge were beautiful and it is in a great location.

The hotel is under construction. It was a mess. Our room was so dirty when we arrived that the front desk moved us to another room. Thankful they were not fully booked. The bathroom did not have a vent to remove the steam. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa bed. You have to pay for WiFi.

Upon check in we were told our room was given to another guest. They advised because we booked through Expedia we have no guarantee of a room. We’ve booked through Expedia several times and never heard this. They found a room for us but after opening door it was not habitable due to water damage and construction. We waited in lobby for over half an hour for them to get permission to give us a room on 8th floor….the second room was stinky, smelled like animal urine. We had no other choice so had to stay there. I woke up every morning with bug bites on my chest and found several bugs running around the bathroom. All though the hotel went through major renovations recently that are still not complete the hotel is dirty. The floor in lobby and dining area looks like it’s been weeks since the white tile was mopped. The pool was discolored and trash all over. Pizza trash was there the first night and still 3 nights later. We stayed for 3 nights before we left to go to another hotel and they never cleaned the lobby. Another disappointment was the attitude and rudeness of the front desk. We were told we couldn’t have a key to our room due to their checkin debacle but a key would be delivered to us next morning. It wasn’t and when I asked for it I was met with a terse and rude front desk staff. The kitchen and food staff were wonderful on the other hand. We’ve stayed at several Embassy Suits and have never had an experience like this.

This is an older hotel in need of attention. Our room had stains on the carpet and shower curtain. Kitchenette sink has a faucet in need of repair and a slow drain. Bathroom has damage to the baseboard level tile. In terms of cleanliness, the shower curtain had a nasty mildew smell, there was soap residue on the soap tray in the shower. We had booked a room for four people and only 3 towels were provided. We were turned away for service at the hotel restaurant because the kitchen was "backed up." There is very little parking on the hotel property. They charge you $10 a day for parking regardless, and you have to tell them to take it off your bill at checkout if you had to park elsewhere and walk, which we did. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable bed, nice pillows, very roomy, friendly staff, Breakfast great, pool great, nice towels, clean area, love the open space in the lobby, love the suites w/two TV's, love the complimentary appetizers & drinks. One can live there. If any one negative thing I would say is that the refrigerator didn't have a freezer for ice cream. We will return to Hot Springs and when we do we will stay at the Embassy suites.

This is an exceptional hotel. Being a corner room, my suite was more spacious than other suites. It was scrupulously clean and quiet. A very comfortable bed, nice furniture, and modern finishings. As always, the happy hour with 2 free drinks and the free breakfast including made-to-order omelets were a big plus. The staff were very polite and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Hot Springs.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we were provided plenty of towels and all the amenities we needed. Best room we had in over a week's worth of travel and hotels.

I wasn't in my room pretty much but to sleep, but still comfortable even when had to sleep on pull out in the other part of the suite. Wish the whole middle wasn't open because you can hear people talking inside the room from all the way below. So glad the room had a fridge as that seems to be less common these days.

Let me start by saying our family usually stays at Embassy’s if they’re available. This one, unfortunately is at the bottom of the list. We got in at 1pm, not expecting our room to be ready, it wasn’t. Came back at 5pm to a line that was about 10 people deep. Finally got to the desk, room STILL not ready. Claimed they were short staffed in housekeeping. (This is THE theme of this hotel). So I got right back in the 10 person check in line again. (Only 2 people checking people in) Carla was the wonderful lady that I got this time, she made sure our room was ready. Big shout out to her. Clarification, The people that were working were very hard working & pleasant!! I believe the problem is with management. Positive: we booked a corner suite & it was huge. I read reviews before we arrived that the hotel was dated & after staying here, I concur! We had an ant infestation in ours. For fear of having to wait for a new room we would just smush them everytime we saw them. I know mgmt reads these, so, head on up to Rm 704 on the counter above fridge, you’ll see them along the wall. Breakfast was equally as frustrating as check in. They had 1 chef cooking omelets for the whole hotel. Again, they worked as hard as they could. But, come on, get at least 2 back there! And don’t come at me with the red, green & yellow busy times. We were there at 7am one morning & 8:20 the next. Same issue both times. I could keep going but I’m out of characters! Easy fix! Mgmt!!!

We arrived after the horse races there was only one person working to check people in the line of people to check in was to the door and took 45 min. to an hour to get checked in. The poor person checking everyone in was doing the best she could. That has to be a busy time why didn't they have more people working? Other than the wait to check in the service was good.

The service was dismal. When you call the lobby, you only get an automated message. You can't reach a real person. We needed to contact maintenance and we never got through to them. We had to go down to the lobby in person to talk to someone. In the same manner, we couldn't ever reach room service. Unbelievably bad customer service.

30 mins to check in standing in line with no air conditioning was crazy. Noticed when checking out that there was drink coupons I didn’t know about. Lady at desk was friendly and room was clean. Wish indoor pool wouldn’t have been cold.

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. The check-in staff seemed put out when we arrived and when we asked for anything. One of the rooms was too smelly to sleep in and we had to move rooms The staff was completely overrun with breakfast the next morning. There were no spoons and things were in complete disarray. We would not recommend, nor will we be staying there again. The price was far too high for the eagain experience.

Very friendly staff. Great free full breakfast and happy hour drinks. Great location for getting about Hot Springs's best spots. If you park across the street in the public parking lot, you will save $10 per day.

Facility was adequate and up to Embassy Suite standards, albeit on the low end of that. Biggest complaint about the location is the limited parking on the immediate property. There was plenty of parking across the street (which wasn’t busy), but the are backing up to THAT parking lot looked a little sketchy. Good location though in terms of being walkable to downtown. Although they seemed to allow a homeless meth addict to just hang out all day and night out front, but Hot Springs had quite a few throughout. That said, the staff and facilities were nice enough, and it’s ALWAYS nice to have that extra room and TV for when people are on different sleep cycles. We’d stay there again, but the Double Tree (in Hot Springs) on the water looked like a more desirable location, IF you’re willing to give up the suite style room, an the always amazing Embassy Suites breakfast.

Picked the property because of the location and they had free breakfast. Breakfast had a good amount of options but it wasn’t great. Location was walkable to downtown which was great. The bar and restaurant were the best amenities that we used! The chicken wings were so good!

Came to happy hour at 5:45 pm - there was nothing available (all gone). Waited around for about an 1/2 hour before anything was brought out. Happy hour was about over before we were able to get a snack. Asked about the resturant and was ignored.

The breakfast is always good at the Embassy! The drinks and comfort of the bar is exceptional. The bed is veryyyyyyy comfortable and the bathroom was great.
