Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

We wanted to use the pool It’s the reason why we booked at this property. The Manager said the pool is locked and we can’t use it. I believe it’s because of a labor shortage I stop by to check the pool the next morning and it was locked as I suspected

The bedsare way too high short people or people with disabilities its hard to get up in the bed. Pool was very small.

From a straight forward customer: Check in was Great! Sarah was great. She made it very easy. We got to the room and there were spider webs on the desk. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door that was not fixed. Paint from the ceiling was chipping into the bathroom floor. We would have asked for a refund but truthfully was to tired to deal with it. I did talk with Sarah about it. She stated to leave a review and it would help. someone maybe offer some upgrades to the place or fix the issues she has asked about. The next morning the new lady at the front desk boyfriend was hanging out with her the next morning. He smelled like weed, She struggled keeping breakfast stocked. She heated up her personal food in the microwave for several minutes while customers waited to use it. The breakfast was terrible, with little to choose from. She had her head phones in while I was trying to get her attention to have an extra room key from her. The pool was great, but small. We did enjoy that. I feel like this hotel was a rough hotel for the beautiful city of Hot Springs. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Not able to use pool it was very dirty. Had to sleep with light shining through window all night.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast was horrible, there were not breakfast it was just juice and coffee. The swimming pool was nasty looking not fit was swimming. There were not no ice bucket in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Basic extended stay type of hotel.....staff was helpful, friendly and attentive.....LOVED the fact it had a elevator. Only negative....Vending area was non-existent , so sodas and snacks had to be brought in

Took a bit to check in. The clerk was in our room watching TV! Couldn't turn volume down. Lobby smelled like lighter fluid. Someone above us moved furniture half the night. Person beside us yelled on a phone call in the middle of the night. Car honking it's horn before sunrise. No soda or snack machine. You can go to a gas station across the street if you want to cross 5 lanes on a busy street. Wasn't pleasant & hopefully won't be staying there again.

This property is advertising there is a functional pool and that is not the case. It was so disgusting that even bugs didn't want to get in. The staff and rooms are great 👍! Just very disappointed in the pool and lack thereof. Also not happy about having to pay a deposit, that is refundable, but none the less I wasn't informed prior to check in.

The room was not supposed to have been rented. The air conditioner was on 62 and the room was sticky. There was no curtain in the window and staff had to put a blanket up. We asked for a refund and they refused. The hallway always smelled of smoke and marijuana and I was charged a deposit for smoking, which i have never smoked. When arriving in the parking lot there were younger guys that appeared to be doing a drug deal. The swimming pool was nasty and never opened while we were at the motel. Housekeepi g was fantastic and kept the trash taken out, and clean towels in the room.

They didnt have any drinks and there ice machine wasnt working

The room appeared to be okay at first but it was definitely noticeable the bathroom floor had not been cleaned since whoever stayed in the room previously and I was only provided with a single small towel that I believe was unwashed and just folded the bed was comfortable enough but who knows how dirty everything else was based on the condition of the bathroom

The front desk employee was really helpful. She was kind. The room was clean. I've stayed here beforehand on my last business trip to Hot Springs. I will be returning

Upon arrival to the room, the bedding was stained and had not been cleaned plus there were bugs in the bed. I asked for another room and there was not one available. Nobody will even talk about a refund. NEVER stay here!!!!

To begin with the hotel looks nothing like the pictures posted. When we opened our doors to the room you could see paper and dust bunnies on the floor. Floor was absolutely filthy.

The bath tub had mold around the edge. The edge around the bathroom wall was off, poor condition

The icing on the cake was the couple 2 doors down fighting at 1am — slamming doors and screaming at the top of their lungs at each other for nearly an hour. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every bit of the world outside of your room. We didn’t really feel safe or comfortable here and would rather pay a little extra to stay somewhere nicer next time.

The room its self was nice BUT the bathroom was horrible…. Room 113 had MOLD all around the tub…. Made it VERY uncomfortable to shower, in fact we rather not shower and wait til we got home. Everything else was ok

The first room they tried to check us into was dirty. The tv kept disconnecting & channels would occasionally turn off (not the biggest deal). Cleanliness was okay at best.

the tub drain really slow so it was filling up while taking a shower. They had flimsy plastic cups for the coffee so hard to hold and not suitable to hold coffee. Plus there was a penny laying on the bathroom floor showing me they did not clean very well. For the price I paid it was not worth it at all.

First off, the hotel requested a deposit of 100 dollars at check in. Then i was given q room key and when i opened the door, the room was full if others belingings. Sobi went back to counter and requested a empty room. The room i was given had a messed up lock that i was shown how to use. That was fine until that evening when the wine hit and it took forever to open the door. Now into the room day1 check in. The shade had broken off the window and was in the floor. I took this straightway to front counter, and it was not replaced. There was a car lot next door and the room wasit up like an airport all night. I reqyested first thing day 2 morning fir it to be fixed. After day trip return, i found a blanket hung over the window. Which did work. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood spkatteted on bottom of the wall in the bathroim under the toilet paper holder. The blow dyer did not work. The comp breakfast, had 0 cooked food. No dairy free options at all. Can cokes for purchase at front counter for 2dollars each. Due to lack of ashtrays by pool, thete were butts everywhere outside the entrance gate. They put me on the first floor and family with kids (stomping kids) above my room.. so noisy then there was the guest who SLAMMED there door shut in the middle of the night multiple times..

Have stayed here before but on top floor. Was on second floor and heard constant noise throughout the night. Bedspread had burn holes in it.

Room smelled like moister was sitting in the walls. Sounded like elephants moving both on the floor above and next to room the entire time. Did offer granola bars and muffins for free breakfast

Window shade was broken and a car lot was next door with bright flood lights. Other guests were very noisy.

Issue with the AC, it was terribly loud, room went from cold to hot depending on if the air was running. Could not open the shades on the window. Someone had a dog barking beside us in the middle of the night.

Located near enough thr major shopping and such. But out of the way. Hotel was nice and clean. However, the appearance is very dated. The TV had limited channels, and not even the few it listed under guide. Bed was firm and comfortable, clean and spacious.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything looked good but the shower needed some extra cleaning in some places you only see down low. The internet speed was hit or miss. I recommend it if you aren’t super fussy.

Horrible service rude verbally abusive staff, very unprofessional and very little I.Q. to the point of arguing with customer that Chase (JP Morgan) top 10 banking institution in America was not an actual bank.

I booked the room through the app and chose to pay at the property. When I got there my card was declined but when I had her do it again it was accepted but wasn’t able to check in nor did I get the room because the card said pending and it was pending for 4 days and then finally the transaction was approved and showing on my checking account that super 8 transaction was approved for $132 and some change and I never got it put back onto my checking debit card and never got a room and this hotel will not make it right I will never stay here again

I booked the room for that night and the guy working the front desk wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm the following day and that wasnt when I needed the room I needed it for that night and had to cancel the reservation and it was already paid for and didn’t get any money back or compensation

The lady at the front desk was so rude. Luckily we had no issues but the way she trested the people bedore us was embarrassing for this organization.

The hotel was a great price and clean. The bed was comfortable. And staff were friendly. Safe area. And close to the lake. There is a sweet breakfast and lunch diner just down the road called the English Muffin. Where we had brunch. All in all it was a great trip. There were a few minor things that i will mention. They were not bad necessarily just different or kind of odd. The sink faucet dripped water on the floor when we washed our hands, thankfully the floor is laminate and not carpet. And to get clean towels I had to carry our dirty towels back down to the front desk before she would give me clean ones, I thought housekeeping would have replaced the dirty towels for clean. But I'm also okay with the fact that no one went in our room while we were out. So it worked out. The elevator is a bit noisy as well. Like I said no major issues or complaints. It was a good hotel. It met our needs at the price point we wanted. And I'd even say that it was a bit nicer than i expected for the booking price. The bed was definitely more comfortable than i expected it to be. I definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced property that has a good location and is comfortable.

Just a convenient place close to attractions.

I actually really enjoyed it. Despite all the bad reviews they got. Customer service and my room was great. The only thing i would suggest and change is using better toilet paper. The toilet paper was way too thing i went through two rolls on two days. Other then that I thought the price was right and the location is very ideal if you wanna be 15m from the main strip and not be around all the hustle and bustle of all the tourist.

The property is in a good location close to everything. However, it does need some repairs here and there. The room we stayed at smelled like cigarette the moment we entered even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking. Overall, it was comfortable and value for money.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, the tub was not clean and the breakfast was not good at all. We chose this motel because it had a breakfast option.

It was okay, but good price. Room smelled a little odd and breakfast was not the best but they did have a decent selection. I would stay here again.

One of the best sleeps that I had in over a year. Comfortable bed! The breakfast had 5 different cereal(two hot), coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, milk, yogurt, and muffin. I am probably missing some items here.

There were boogers on the walls by the bed that clearly could have been cleaned. Staff was rude on the phone about a simple check in question, and the listing said nothing about a $100 deposit.

You could hear everything going on inside and outside didn’t sleep good and breakfast included cereal with a gallon of milk in refrigerator and that was it couldn’t wait to leave we actually booked another hotel for the last two days of our stay

A good stay for the price. They had only a cold breakfast but we planned to eat out anyway.

Tub slow to drain, very limited breakfast items, have to put your dirty towels out in the hallway to be picked up by housekeeping.
