Overall our stay was great. We wanted this hotel mainly for the views. Those did not disappoint. I requested highest available and was able to get the second highest floor. Views were beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was not great. We have two children and there wasnt any of the pancake/waffles that they love. Overall cleanliness was pretty good. Staff was very nice. Parking is the worst part. Prepare to pay $12 per night for the parking garage on the side of the hotel except 1 street over or $20 a day Valet service.

For the price, it didn’t have good amenities. The bath soaps were cheap bottom of the barrel choices that didn’t work. The conditioner and lotion were not those things (lotion was a different type of soap.. very oily). Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We paid for a $50 room out of necessity prior to this stay and the bed was much more comfortable. The restaurant was AWFUL. Do not eat there. So much $ for some frozen junk food, they didn’t even give my husband the happy hour deal (that they emphasized walking in). I was also told it was “rude” and I couldn’t ask a man outside smoking a cigar to move where the wind wouldn’t blow it right in the door every time they opened it. The 2 waitresses asked her if they could say something and she said they couldn’t say anything. I said well, I sure can - and she said no you can’t that’s rude. What..? Yes, I can move - and we did but its coming in either way. You can smoke outside, fine by me- but she was rude about the whole thing to us. Hotel room was just ok. Clean. Floor was coming up in spots so that hurt our feet when we caught them. Otherwise ok room, but not worth it.

Very nice staff. Great location. Good for business meetings or vacation. Surprisingly good food and a nice well -stocked bar. Near several very good restaurants if you wish to venture out. Most are within walking distance. Good parking.

Really nice hotel, booked here due to Embassy being full but honestly, loved this place better. Definitely will book here again when I visit Hot Springs. Loved the complimentary shuttle service that is provided as well!

Staff was not exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. The complementary breakfast was not good at all and repetitive for days. Scrambled eggs, browned potatoes and onions, sausage links and then a mixture combination of the aforementioned. Like a "casserole". Coffee and juice were good as well as the dried cereal and milk. There is no swimming pool, gym or laundry facilities. The price per night should be more like a Motel 6.

The bellhop staff was amazing. We were offered rides to wherever we wanted to go and to be picked up. They offered to store our belongings since our spa package on Bathhouse Row would last passed check out time.

We liked the location because we were close to everything. The bedsheet had a blood stain. There was a huge roach my fiance found in our room running around, and a dead roach in the light above our room door that was off-putting. The breakfast was ok.

Overall property is absolutely filthy and feels like an hourly motel. Room is dusty, dirty, and sheets had hairs all over them as if they were not even changed from the previous guests. Disgusting. Will never return.

They need to deep clean the room. There’s hair everywhere: on the sheets, in the bathroom, and even on the towels. The AC filter also needs to be cleaned or replaced because it smells unpleasant. The staff, however, is friendly.

The check in was nice, however our headboards in our room were atrocious. They had not been cleaned and are visibly covered in bodily fluid! I do have photos and video to support my claim and would be happy to show them to you

Works as a place for the night but I wouldn’t want to stay for any period of time. We had a cockroach in our shower and the sheets in the bed were visibly worn. The towels had makeup stains on them. This will be a hard pass for me in the in future. Needs a lot of work to bring it back up to standard for the price. The staff were nice but that’s about it.

I like how everything was close to the hotel. The only thing I did not like was there was hair in one of the towels rolled up and another towel had makeup looking smudges on multiple spots of the towel. Other than that everything was great.

Our bathroom was filthy and staff didn’t care nor apologized when I asked if it could be cleaned. They did not clean the bathroom from the prior guest. There was hair that looked like pubic hair in our bathroom sink and a display of long reddish hair on our shower walls. Never will stay here again!

The walls had who knows what all over the wall. The bed sheets look like they were never changed from the last stay . The floor had trash left in it . The bathroom was nasty , not clean. The window curtains have mold and something like fingernail polish on them . The halls and elevator were too hot . Air in them wasn’t working. This was so bad I’d never stay again . We had other people in our party in other rooms that were the same way . One party left and got refunded and went to the hotel around the corner from this hotel

We stayed on the top floor. The large window had a crack top to bottom. That was a first. The room was clean and I slept very well in the comfy bed! The shower floor was very creaky, but overall it was a great stay.

This hotel is close to the downtown shops. What we didn't like was that they put us in a corner room, which is shaped like a triangle and basically half the square feet of a normal room.

Great stay. Very convenient location. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was the adjoining door between my room and the next room was not soundproof. Could hear everything from the guests next door. Hotel should look into soundproof measures for those doors.

I was in Hot Springs for a conference. However, my husband and daughter came with me. They stayed in the hotel room and worked remotely from there while I attended the conference. They were able to stay on the wifi the entire time that they were working without any interruption. That was amazing. The breakfast was great! Lots of good hot foods but also a section of fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins and cereal. There was plenty of seating and the staff was extremely efficient in clearing tables and refilling the food. We didn't have to wait for a table or fresh food. We tried the hotel restaurant on our first night there. It was not very busy because we were there a night before the conference began. The waitress was sweet and attentive. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. We even got some bread pudding that was so good that we had to take it with us to finish because we didn't want to leave it behind. Great stay! Great hotel! Will definitely be back - not just for conferences but for vacation.

Leon is the man… need a ride to the track? Need a ride anywhere? Ask for Leon. There is also some amazing staff that works the front desk. I wish I could remember the super helpful, caring, accommodating lady who helped us at the front desk… she was awesome! Arlington… no thank you… hotel hot springs for me! 👍

Very neat and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing very friendly, informative and went over and above to insure everything was just so. Location is excellent and very close to Hot Springs park and shopping. Easy walk. Definitely will be back!

Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow and answering phone calls rather than assisting guests in line. No place to park to unload. Parking garage is expensive and two blocks away. Breakfast is not complimentary. Very disappointing.

Hotel was walkable to Hot Springs National Park for those capable of doing the six to eight block walk. Parking structure appeared secure and one block walking distance from hotel. Valet is available. Not quite as easy of a walk to the park or bath row if elderly and difficulty in walking. Area appears to be safe.

Nice hotel to stay if visiting downtown Hot Springs. Walkable to bath house row and national park. Only deficiency is parking lot not next to hotel and need to make sure car secure during stay. Free breakfast has good selections.

Overall experience was good. I really loved that the rooms had wood/laminate flooring. I have allergies and this made the room smell fresher than your typical hotel rooms with the smelly carpet in the rooms. There is carpet in the hallways which is understandable to keep the noise down. This place is within walking distance of just about EVERYTHING! The only time we took the car out the garage was to go to Garvan Woodland Gardens, Mountain Tower, and Fisherman's Warf. This place is close to the strip. If you don't mind walking 5-10 mins, this is a great location.

The breakfast was excellent. They did not do the frozen / microwave eggs, bacon and sausage. Everything was properly cooked and seasoned. Location was perfect - right in downtown, easy walking distance to the Baths, restaurants and attractions. We plan to go back.

Overall, it was a really nice hotel. They definitely cut some corners on the free breakfast. Biscuits were like hockey pucks, and nothing really tasted fresh. There were no pancakes and waffles for the kids.
