Trails right behind the hotel. Trail head at the hotel. Can even ride to mountain bike park. If your in Hot Springs to adventure this hotel is perfectly located just on the other side of the mountain from down town. Hike to down town.

I feel very safe here since i am an older woman that travels alone. The best part is you have your own private trail into the national.park and can walk straight up to the observation tower.

Great pool!! Nice rooms. Breakfast was a little skimpy but I’m used to a bigger selection. Behind the property is a walking trail. I’ll definitely book them again.

Room was fine. Breakfast was small. Seemed like half the place was being renovated. Pool looked nice, but never got in. I did like the hiking trail right behind the hotel too. I stayed by myself so it wasn’t a big deal but probably wouldn’t have brought my family around. I got what I paid for and that’s ok.

We stayed there twice. It was a great time each time. Very nice people very clean rooms. Pool is great easy to get to the Hot Springs national park and anywhere else there very convenient. Located to everything.

We stayed in a room on the front of the property. Nice and quiet. A lot of parking. Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. Optionless Breakfast. Stayed two nights. Made coffee the first morning in the room. No maid service and had to leave get coffee the second morning.

I wasn't very impressed with this property at all especially the room I was put in I went to put my food into the refrigerator and there was roaches crawling everywhere and very disappointed and expect to hear from customer service soon

There was no soap of any kind in the room much less shampoo/conditioner. There were bugs crawling in the floor in the bathroom and not just seasonal bugs. These were roaches!! Caution when staying here!

The room was clean, however the blanket he burnt marks like someone previously to us staying there smoked and burnt the blanket, there was dead cockroach’s in the bathroom that I hadn’t noticed until the last night

This place had no carpet and floor was dirty and crawling with bugs not just on the floor but also on the ceiling. Rusty old toilet seat, wobbly and rusted front and toilet door. Refrigerator was barely working and microwave must be the first one off the assembly line when it was invented. Bed was decent and clean. TV and lights worked fine. Charging port installed by the bed was broken and internet really sucked.

Stayed in a room where everything was damp, musty and smelled like mildew. The air conditioning was cold, but the floors were wet and slick. Too much humidity or something. We were too tired to complain and had checked in late. Staff was friendly at check in. Room was nice sized and stocked for all four of us.

Everything was damp upon arrival. They put a dehumidifier in the room and changed the sheets. Dehumidifier filled overnight and stopped working. Woke to wet floors and condensation on the walls. I had the thermostat set where the front desk told me to. 68-70. Mold on the lamp shades over the beds as well!

The remote and Tv gave us trouble. The staff solved a programming issue at our room! Overall for the price it was okay take a shower first or hot water will be warm only! Toilet seat was loose and the wall at the electrical outlet you could hear next door!

I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. When I arrived and entered my room, I immediately smelled the residue of cigarettes lingering in the room. When I entered the bathroom, I was greeted by a chipped and stained bathtub. The bed was ok, but the pillows were flat and hard. None of these problems were a big deal, however the chief issue are the paper thin walls. You can hear every little thing going on in the rooms around and above/below you. Unfortunately for me, my first night I was awoken at 4am by a couple talking loudly directly behind my bed. They did not lament for hours. On night two the same room (maybe the same people) jolted me from a deep sleep at 3am with the sound of fierce intercourse. It was not normal sex - this was aggressive and rough - with loud moaning, spanking, and thrusting that shook the walls. It lasted for hours. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They called the room and told them to quiet down, but they did not. I then requested to be put in a new room - by this time it was 5am. I was told by the attendant that I could get a refund for this night which I felt was fair. However, when I followed up on this, the hotel gave me the run around and wouldn't let me speak to the manager directly. Eventually they only offered 25% off of the night but I have yet to see the refund. Overall a bad place to stay. The lack of sleep and comfort cast a dark cloud over my entire visit to Hot Springs.

When we walked in the room smelled like w33d immediately, the pool was larger but the bottom of the deep end was really gross. The beds were hard as a rock. We did not eat breakfast here so no comment. For the price I expected slightly better but it was a very popular night so it was a place to sleep, at least I did not see any bugs.

Check-in went smooth, lobby is nice looking. Wasn’t ever able to connect to WiFi (2 different devices), the tv also didn’t work - turned on if you pressed real hard on the remote but all I could get was the DirectTV message there was a problem connecting to a satellite. The tub/shower cold water knob took an excessive amount of force to turn. I did like that you can take a trail to downtown. I recommend taking the trail back too, we did not take the trail back and there were few sidewalks and the area you have to walk through to get back wasn’t a great area.

Lady at front desk is very rude and tried to steal $10 of the cash deposit we paid. She argued with us that we only paid $50.00 had to wait for her to check cameras to give me my money back. So make sure you pay attention to the receipt they give when you pay that cash deposit

Service was above board. When checking in I was informed that the room that I booked online was on the second floor, an outside room on the ground floor was immediately opened up to accomidate my husbands wheelchair. Thank you Red Roof Inn.

The people were very friendly and super nice. We first arrived an hour earlier before time to check in. The front desk clerk checked to see if their was a room available and got us in. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. We did go to pool and it was clean and lots of chairs and tables. Very nice. Continental Breakfast bar was good. Fresh fruit and variety of items to choose from...After leaving, we were hallway home I realized that I had left my purse behind. I called and spoke with the front desk clerk-and she was very polite and took all my information and checked the room for me. What impressed me was that it took her a while to return my call and of course I got a little nervous but when she did she apologized to me and said she was not allowed to enter the room after someone else occupied it. She had to wait for them to be there. She did retrieve my purse and returned it to me...would definitely stay there again

When we got there, there were other guest checking in. Once they were finished we stepped up and the clerk was very welcoming. The check-in didnt take much time very professional and thorough with info about the amenities. Our rooms were very clean however I do an extra disinfectant wipe down, check my bed sheets, and then we just unwind. The pool area was clean and we also grilled some dinner. Had a fantastic continental breakfast every morning. Would I book again? Most definitely we ( two friends) would book again!

No shampoo or conditioner or body wash then when I brought it up to the front desk he acted like I was lying then I spoke with my adviser who contacted the same person at the front desk and guy told my advisor I never complained to him.. awful service

Pulled up under the big awning and went inside to check in, and the front desk lady told me I couldn't park under the awning. She told another employee it was because they were so busy. It was pouring rain, and there wasn't another soul in sight. I went and moved my car, but that was absolutely ridiculous. That's what the awning is for. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The bathroom in our room and the sink outside of the bathroom were not clean. If you like a firm mattress, they have the hardest ones ever. And flat pillows to go with it. The heat and air unit was clunky and didn't work well. Made the mistake of pulling around to the back side of the building because I thought I could drive all the way around the motel. Those rooms weren't being used, but some of them had busted out windows and boarded up doors. That made me feel unsafe. We were in a non-smoking room, but I swear I could smell cigarette smoke leaking in from somewhere periodically. Maybe it was a weird smell from the heat and air unit? Not sure. I know it's not the motel's fault, but people were smoking EVERYWHERE. Someone on the 2nd floor kept flicking their cigarette butts into the bush in front of our room. Breakfast choices were sparse. Not much there. Nothing hot. We ended up going to McDonald's. The Wifi worked well. That's the only good thing I can say.

The hotel is located within the National Park, we like the walking trails behind the hotel that took us to visitor center where the bath houses located and to Hot Springs Mountain Tower. Room and breakfast are good.

Roof is leaking. Outside is sketchy. Dangerous area. Refused to give me receipt for my business trip. Room is vary unsanitary and nasty. Dont stay here the motel down the road is just 10 bucks more and luxury compared to this place.

2.5 stars. Very run down outside. Parking lot shows it. Room itself was very damp feeling. Towels from the previous guests were still hanging on the back of the door when we checked in. New wash rags had hairs in them. Toilet never fully flushed. Breakfast was extremely limited. No protein whatsoever. Bread products, cereal & fruits. Coffee, juice. That’s it. 3 tables to sit at in a huge lobby with a ton of hotel rooms. People were standing at the breakfast counter eating because of the limited seating. Pool was open but needs kept up more. Hotel is about a 5 min drive from bathhouse row.
