Facilities old. Dark spots in the corner of bathtub. Great breakfast. Pool closed. $15 parking.

Hotel under renovation. They were kind and let us use the facilities that were closed across the street. But then we got to our room, one of the sink handles is broken. Then the elevator was leaking. The front desk staff I told about the elevator were unfriendly and apathetic. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. And then we pulled the couch bed out and it had disgusting dirty sheets on it, no extra sheets in the room. I’m very disappointed. I’d expect this of a hotel that I paid less for.

Hotel charges $15/night just to park. There is no benefit of parking at their hotel. It is not like we are at a vegas resort or near anything special where parking is a premium. Simply the hotel is making up for a lower rate room by gouging their guests with a parking fee. They pretty much got you since you find out about it at check in. Super lame and lost my future business.

Not included in the show price per night is a $15/day parking fee. The cleaning crew came every other day. You can get more clean towels if needed at the front desk. We enjoyed the Social Hour on Wednesday night. Soup, cheese, chips, soda and beer were all complimentary. One day we left our D8 not Disturb sign up too long. Later we asked the cleaner for more towels. Not only that but she went in and did the full cleaning. Above and beyond. The pool was not operational or the hot tub when we were there. A bit too cold anyway.

The room was nice, i like that there was a full refrigerator and freezer. The pool was pretty and they had a really nice outdoor patio. The ollder lady in the breakfast area was pushy and rude. We had to ask twice to get our room cleaned.

I was disappointed in this property. Pictures vs real life were 2 different things. Property run down, smells weird and pool/hot tub were not working. We didn’t get any information prior to our stay about the pool not being usable, which is one reason we chose it. Would not recommend and would not book again.

Room was clean comfy and quiet. Breakfast was missing the waffle cooking option. Rose at breakfast area was wonderful and super attentive and kind. Charging $15 per night for parking was the only thing that wasn’t good.

TV service was not good- no internet connection for the TV service provider and the TV was just pixels- dirty towels stained with pink color stuff on it- the sitting area was disguising and looked like it was never cleaned- as for kitchen- the refrigerator had hand prints on the front as if it was never cleaned- hair and dust collected in bathroom floors in the corners behind toilet. Over all not clean rooms and the ac was roll around boxes with tubes going out the window. No pool or hot tub- was told to use the hotel next door for hot tub/ pool usage. Called the front desk many times no one helped with the TV connections. So bad bad place to stay- I regret even booking this place. Over all dirty and in clean and TVs don’t work due to poor internet service.

It was fine but everytime we went out into hallway in 2nd floor it had a very strong weed smell.

The property looks nice from the outside but inside is different. It's very worn down and dirty. Hallways smell like rotten garbage. Rooms are old mattress are old . Bedding is disgusting with blood stained sheets . Air conditioner vent is dismantled with screws hanging out. I'm asking for a refund. We don't have time to change rooms as we checked in late and leaving very early just passing through town. Waste of money and time, never again. Would of been better off in a seedy motel down the road.

The toilet seat was loose, the front of the toilet had urine stains, hair in the shower. The bathroom door frame paint was flaking from rust. Plugged in my phone next to the nightstand and the power strip had a years worth of dust buildup, same with behind the TV. The furnace air register looked like it had not been wiped for just as long. Overall cleanliness was subpar.

the on site manager was very kind but i was appalled by the conditions of the rooms First room we went to smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. they did switch our room but the next room was dirty. We weren’t given bedding for the pull out couch or enough towels. the shower was dirty and rusted all around. both lamps didn’t work. we already switched room and we’re only going to be there for the night so we dealt with it but definitely not a hotel we would use again.

Friendly and courteous staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast. What I didn't like was the strong odor in the hall, like too much carpet fresh. Also. the room had a musty and moldy odor. Was there a water event on the first floor recently?

The coffee is terrible. Seriously. The shower heads are cones of spray with no water in the middle in my room. It took forever to rinse my hair. There had been water leaks with multiple “fixes” but the wall/paint was peeling off the wall and there was a smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom. The water damage was so bad that the tiles around the floor as a baseboard were coming off the wall.

Stains on the couch and coffee table/foot stool, the sheets on one bed were too small and odd (not normal sheet as it had a ruffle on the edge), the bathroom was dusty and needed deep cleaning.

Rooms were dirty when arrived. Placed at a different hotel did not get our rooms till later the next day. Bed was broken so it sank in the middle.

The service was great. However, comfort was very poor. The mattress was very uncomfortable. My partner and I always woke up with pains all over our bodies. The air conditioning was in the way of moving around the bed. The sink keeps flowing so slowly , it was difficult to use.

Too much dust on ceiling fan in room, the light on ceiling fan didn’t work. Hair in the bathtub and living room tv had sound but no image. Other than that everything else was great!!

Issue with connecting to wi fi

Very bad air conditioning, in Arizona it out air conditioning very horrible to stay . Two mini ac making only noise not getting cooling. Called front desk to change the room, they told that rooms are sold out!!! See this two bed edge. Hurts my leg with this 👎

Big room. Little outdated. Cannot understand the portable AC unit in the room, this is Phoenix! Luckily it was cool when I stayed so no reason to use. Fairly clean, but not spectacular.

The room I stayed in was basically an apartment it was very spacious for a large family.

I loved the suite we stayed in. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for all of my family and I. I would definitely stay here again.

All the rooms are indoors which make it more quiet at night and have a good sleep

Very poor service. The property is old and not maintained well. Hilton breakfast is poor at best and repeated every day and they do not refill when the breakfast bar when food runs out. Hilton was not able to provide keys and the service staff is rude. They are charging for parking $15 / day, which is not reasonable in the locality where parking is plenty. They are out to get your money with no service.

The reasons I have all excellent is the support staff was awesome except one but I have to give a shout out to two outstanding staff Jeff front desk and please hope I get it right is Ilene I hope I said the right name but I think she’s a supervisor for housekeeping. I’ve been going to Hilton since I was a kid my parents have been reward members for like a 100 yrs 😀 been to like 100 Hilton never been treated so low by I think his name is Stephen I think front desk clerk when I checked in not very friendly through out the stay and the manager Mariann or something like I said never been treated like a second class citizen. Ok we went there for a stay cay cuz my mom she’s a disabled vet she just stop walking a month and half ago and my brother Chris who is also a disabled vet since my dad passed away I quit job moved into childhood home so we get out every weekend for stay cays well trust in check out day we had to much stuff for one trip so I stayed behind checkout was at 12 but I told the manager the situation and rudely she told me I have to leave right then and there and I hit we nervous she don’t want to let me in after I locked my stuff in room I’ll tell you she made me feel like a second class citizen she made me feel low cuz I was gay. I know that nowdudkt even hide it like I said never been treated so poorly by a Hilton manager. So it was perfect besides those two awful people I actually left embarrased and shamed I left in tears. Most awful feeling.m

Unfriendly reception stuff. Girl with glasses and curly hair has an arrogant attitude. It was an uncomfortable experience. I will not stay or recommend this hotel.

Upon arriving they overbook and try sending customers to a sister hotel.. we ended up having to clean the room ourselves before we could get comfortable. That included changing bloody bedding wiping down tables and floor and deep cleaning bathroom. The set-up of the rooms is what attracts customers as it offers privacy but the cleanliness is not there to match.. Ac system needs to be updated as our room was never below 70 degrees.. the staff was friendly but only gave exceptional responses when in front of managers who pride the customer satisfaction

We booked 2 double rooms, however we arrived late, so our two rooms were given away. Hotel management planned to give us 2 king beds with pull outs, 2 rooms total, but that wasn't going to work for us. Then he said I can give you another king sized bed with a pullout, comped. We were now in three bedrooms on three different floors. When I got to my room with my little one, there was some kind of device left that smelled up the whole room. I had to go back downstairs to let them know and he put me in a double bedroom, so I had to go back to the first room and get my things then head to the new room. It was about an hour by between arrival to when were finally settled. Not the best but not the worst experience. Breakfast was fine, typical offerings of eggs, cereal, meat, bagels/toast, fruit and juice/milk.

This location served it's purpose. They are updating the AC in their rooms so my first one had a realy loud floor unit. I informed the front desk and they had me in a colder and quieter room in less than 30 minutes! So customer service was excellent during my stay. The only complaints I have are 1. The trash needs to be emptied more frequently as there was always a smell of trash in the hallways of the second and third floors. 2. The cooking items aren't uniform in each room.

I was double charged and when I called, was told that I needed to contact my bank, which I already did… I was told that it will take 3-5 business days to fix. No apology was given or any type of support to rectify the problem

It was okay. They charged me twice for my hotel room. They didn’t know I already paid it through a 3rd party. And now I have to wait until I get my refund on the 2nd payment.

Great staff and service, clean room, we really liked the layout of our king room. Fairly decent breakfast. Being from Vancouver, British Columbia, it was the first time I’ve ever seen chili being served for breakfast, We opted out on the Chili. Some minor road type construction taking place at the front of the hotel. Other than that, every was spectacular, including the price point.

Everything was wonderful we loved our room, the staff was helpful and nice. They even dropped off the crib while we were out so it was there when we came back.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was great overall. Very comfortable, located conveniently near restaurants and shopping, and a great value for the price. The only complaint was that our room was directly over the pool, and the noise level was high due to the amount of kids playing at the pool. I normally would have asked to move rooms, but for one night, it was no big deal. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is my third stay at this property. I like to stay here because it is easy on and off the expressway for going to Radford Racing School. The suites are clean. My only complaint is that they charge you for parking.

Didnt like lack of easy access from 202. Breakfast could be better

This is the second time I have stayed at this property when I visit Radford Racing School. It is an ideal location, and the drive time to the school is only minutes away. We ate at some of the local eateries around the area, and my friend and myself took a nice walk around the area one evening and felt safe. When I return (I will be returning) I will be booking at Homewood Suites again.

Staff at check in was exceptional! She greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She was extremely welcoming which made a long journey to the hotel refreshing. The pool was an awesome amenity to have access to as well. It was clean and open at convenient times. The location of the hotel was extremely accessible to the main freeways, shopping, and food. Only 15 minutes away from airport as well so definitely convenient. I highly recommend this place when visiting Arizona.

I like that it's nice and small only 3 levels. No waiting at the elevator. Easy access to freeway and close to stores. And also the 24 hour Whataburger and Circle K mini mart across the street. It saved us when we got to hotel at 230am. Was able to get food and water.

Always a pleasant stay here. Clean, comfortable, and staff is nice. Great breakfast too.

Overall, this is a decent hotel. But, the breakfast is never ready on time and often is 30 minutes late. The air filter was filthy. The TV doesn't offer a guide, so you have to flip channels to figure out what's on.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and it is well kept. Our room appeared to be clean but i did notice the shower tiles looked dirty. The free breakfast offered was not good and very limited.
