If you choose this hotel, get the lake view rooms, very much worth it. Made the status much better. Negatives: bathroom sink water pressure was ridiculously low, took literally a minute to fill up a simple coffee cup with water. The TV volume did t work, tried everything including settings. The downstairs side door to the parking lot didn’t lock, in fact, it had no lock at all! Security poor. Dead insects including a scorpion greeted us each time we came In through that door.

An inexpensive place to stay with very nice staff. Well located and fairly quiet. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was very roomy. It's and older hotel and shows its age. The pool is indoors and the room is a bit dark. Overall well worth the stay.

The indoor pool was not properly maintained. The back entrance door had tape on handle and did not lock. The fountain machine was never refilled. Only had banana and apples for continental breakfast. There was no detergent for washer, they were out!

It was easy to park with our trailer attached to our truck. The indoor poor is nice, but not heated so it was cold in November. The hot tub was VERY nice however. The beds are firm. The view of the lake was beautiful.

Hotel was in a great location. The lakefront view was wonderful. However, we had to wait for someone to come check us in, hot tub did not work well, and there was only one ice maker for the whole hotel (downstairs (no elevator) and far away from our room). While the bed itself was comfy, the pillows needed replacing last year.

First time staying at a Rodeway property. Expected a facility with more than we got. Door to room wouldn’t lock without pulling up on handle to get the lock to align with the holes. Nearly a 1” gap below the door allowing noise in hallway in to room as if the door was open. Had to roll up a towel to block the gap. No elevator. Back stairway (indoor) …ground floor exterior door blocked open with a rock and the vestibule was filthy with leaves, trash, and dirt that had blown in. Open door allowed heat on a hot day to make stairwell to feel like an oven. Door at top of stairway handle broken and slammed shut when released. I pity the people in the rooms near the door! Now the good part…Staff is working hard to keep the facility clean. When I called the office to report the only function on TV remote was on/off and volume, a friendly young man was there in two minutes to fix the issue! 😁 We lucked out and had a room on the east facing (non-sunny) side of the building, so the room was cool with the A/C cranking on a 120• day!!! The room had a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a decent sofa. Based on first impressions of the facility, I wasn’t expecting much of the king sized bed, but it was above average in comfort with decent sheets and pillows! A/C function and the amenities mentioned above were the only reasons we didn’t refuse the room based on initial impressions and decide to just press on the final four hours to home in Phoenix. Frankly, It was a close call!

Not the cleanest of places. First noticed when checking in the office looks like a bomb went off! paperwork everywhere. Carpet on the stairs and hallways look like they haven't seen a vacuum in months!!! Upkeep of the building is lacking. Not terrible, but far from good. Laminate floors in the room hadn't been cleaned well! lots of grit and glitter on the floor. Always kept my flip flops on!!!! Morning breakfast consisted of dry cereal, yogurt or a banana. Price was right, but most likely won't be back.

Definitely get what you pay for. Our rate was low, which explains the condition of the property. It was clean, but the facility is showing its age with torn curtains, dirty caulk, layers of paint, etc. The hall had a spill that wasn’t cleaned up for at least 12 hours and was still there upon departure. You don’t see people working! Management was never at the front desk or seen. Breakfast as cereal and fruit. They could do better with some effort.

Bed bugs! Our room was infested with bed bugs! We woke up super early the first morning of our stay and I happened to look down and see a bed bug on the bed! So I started looking around and there was several of them! I killed several of them. There was bed bug poop and bed bugs in between the mattresses and the sheets! Then I started to notice I had bites. Obviously we checked out immediately and when we went to get our money back and to complain about the bed bugs they didn't even want to see the pictures we took. They knew they had bed bugs and they did not look surprised at all when we told them. Not to mention the place is run down and the very first thing that happened when we arrived was we noticed there was a puddle on our floor and the sink was leaking and they had no plumber on site to fix it and the guy put a trash can and towels underneath our sink! They're so called free breakfast was literally still cereal and juice and there was no utensils or bowls or anything to even eat it. Stay away unless you want bed bugs!

The deadbolt didn’t engage went to call the front desk from the phone and that didn’t work. It’s a complete disaster trying to hook up to their Wi-Fi and when I took a bath, the water was lukewarm. Never will I ever go back to that place again

My family and I just needed a place to rest for the night while we were in Lake Havasu. The location is very convenient to the nearby lake area. However, the rooms are in dire need of rennovation. The base boards were filthy with dust that has probably been on them for so long. The beds were also full-size not queen.

We were genuinely surprised at the quality of the room. It was divided in two segments with a living room area and a bedroom area. When my wife walked in the door she went, wow. Highly recommend.

The guy that checked us in was not very courteous or friendly. The maids knocked on our door waking us up early and we had to say we were checking out at 11.They also knocked again 30 minutes before check out and had to say again we would be checking out at 11. We should have our full time up until check out with out feeling rushed.

the place smell bad. Had to switch rooms. The check in guy was very unpersonal didn't welcome us in when we switched rooms, he could not figure out how to do the up charge! we had to pay cash for it. Coffee cold . Stuff in hallways for storage. we will not stay here or in a roadway again

The girl at the front desk was great. At one point she needed to speak to a supervisor. We heard him. He was rude and demeaning to her. The water was out for about 5 hours. Paint chipping in bathroom quite bad.

Great Value. Room was big, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. I liked the cereal in the morning. Right across from Asian, Mexican and a diner. Can’t beat it for the price.

Just one overnighter with the kids on our way across the state. Clean, close to fun stuff and very friendly staff. They don’t advertise breakfast but they did have some oatmeal and cereal and bananas as well as coffee. Perfect for the kiddos

best in price under $100 this hotel checked all the boxes, don't plan on having breakfast here, unless you like sugar cereal. good location, safe, pretty clean, quick service ,rooms were spacious. I would stay there again. I'm a longtime Hilton Awards Diamond member.
