Nice, clean, modern hotel in the perfect location in Havasu. Walk to London Bridge, English Village, shops, and restaurants. We docked our boat at Havasu Marina which is only a 5 minute drive. Lots of parking onsite. Highly recommended!

Everything was good, the rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the exercise equipment needs some attention, but I did get one to work, so I was good to go, mind you, there was more equipment than most hotels have ...I was just interested in the tread mill. The breakfast was more than just continiental, it was delicious each day we were there. The bathrooms were big and roomy, if anything was needed, the front desk had more if needed. We had a wonderful time, we will revisit this location again. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a great place to stay in Havasu near the London Bridge. There was much to do within walking distance and the hotel was very nice. Gym, swimming pool, nice complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel front desk was super nice. The pool was out of service during our stay which was really inconvenient considering we had kids and it is so hot. The housekeeping was not good at all. They came in didn’t clean room, didn’t make bed or anything plus our room door was open when we returned that night. There was hair in the shower drain from previous guests when we checked in. I did like they had dove products in the bathrooms. Their free hot breakfast was really really good and the staff was super nice!

This is a great place to stay if you’re interested in seeing the London Bridge and village. Several restaurants asks shops nearby. Our room was spacious and quiet. The only negative is that a little more attention was needed in the bathroom around the shower. The shower floor looked dirty and there was mold starting to grow on the outside of the shower rail. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay.

Assigned room had broken air conditioning that the hotel knew about a few days before. Despite this it took some time and effort to convince them to move us, which after the maintenance man was unable to fix the known broken air con, they finally did. To an inferior room category than what we paid for, and we had to move our own bags. No refund of the balance was possible apparently despite them being unable to offer the paid for room category and already on notice that the air conditioning for the room was not working- it was 44 degrees c outside! We were unlucky and could have had a different experience, but they need to be less greedy with the room sales and compensate when they mess up and inconvenience guests.

The TV and coffee maker in the room didn’t work. We were told when we reported that the TV didn’t work that they would make it right when we checked out but at checkout they just said they had been having a lot of issues with the TV’s but did nothing to make it right like they had previously said. If we had not been promised that it would be made right and then nothing, I would have given a better review.

Just had the best stay here! The only downfall was having a room on the first floor next to the exit, you hear everything! Thankfully earplugs came in handy! Staff was amazing! Grounds were beautiful! Love the walking distance to the London bridge shops and food! The continental breakfast is awesome! Love being able to have coffee anytime, the self serve coffee bar is always open! We will definitely be staying here again!
