We like that the rooms we're spacious. The free breakfast. And the front of the property beautiful. The pool is only 3 feet deep. Big chuck holes throught the back to drive to your room. When I woke up to go to the bathtoom in the middle of the night I hit my knee on the toilet. The light is outside where the batroom is at and I didn’t want to wake no one. But the door toclose the bathroom area is so close a tight fit. The customer service at the check in and cafe was excellent tge whole stay. Would definitely go back.

Staff was friendly & welcoming. The hotel was right on the main street through town & convenient. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included & was in the Show Low Cafe. It was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel because of the parking options, the hot breakfast included, and the review saying it was clean and to soak in the pool. What we found was, what looks like, a hotel perfect for oil filled workers that need a place to land after an extremely hard days work. The pool was closed down for “cleaning”, it looks like more of a permanent closure or a complete remodel. There was no hot breakfast included. There was continental breakfast available, which we did not partake in breakfast. The room had pet stains all over the carpet, rips in the carpet and the bathtub had peeling paint. The plus for us was parking for our truck and large trailer and the room did not have a cleaning product odor or floral odor or poor odor. Smelled nice. And the bed comfortable. We will not book this hotel again.

Staff welcoming and swift to accommodate ours, ie..adding on a fold away bed, pet fee, extra towels. The breakfast vouchers for the Show Low cafe are an added bonus! Much nicer and cozier than self serve continentals. Hotel rooms are aged, but if you don’t care much about hard to turn shower/bath faucets and aged fixtures/tubs etc., then it has all you need. Cable TV, microwave, small fridge are nice amenities for the family.

Bed was comfortable. Tv was user friendly. Spacious room. Plenty of towels. Bugs in tub and slow drain. A/C was very loud Free breakfast was terrible and kitchen was being remodeled. Breakfast was in a paper sack and not good. Check in was extremely slow. Took 45 minutes. There was some kind of live entertainment that was very loud. Drunk people in the lobby. Loud yelling. Not good for anyone wanting to sleep.

The only complaint was in regards to the room I had. It smelled of pet urine which was masked by carpet cleaner. This smell intensified as my stay was extended. I ended up buying/burning a scented candle to cover the odor.

I was in town overnight for a work trip and decided to stay the night at Days Inn due to decent reviews. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the staff who had less character than a cucumber. We were given lackluster directions and proceeded to our hotel room in the less than desirable parking lot. We were thankful for a parking spot right in front of our room. We enter the room and we’re greeted by the smell of either a moldy towel or a wet dog. We cranked the AC down, but it never seemed to get less than 70° in the room. The bathtub was stained brown and we saw tiny bugs creeping along the bathtub in the bathroom. There was also hair behind the door. The floor obviously hadn’t been cleaned in sometime would not recommend.

Many disappointments here. First, we arrived and used the restroom after a long day on the road, only to find there was no soap of any sort in the room. In fairness, the front desk clerk brought soap and shampoo to the room when we brought it to her attention. The room had a very distinctive smoking odor. We then discovered that the hair dryer was broken. It worked for about 10 seconds then quit. We tried multiple times. The third issue was that the wall air conditioner was terribly dirty. It was blowing out dirty, dusty air, so we ended up just turning it off. All of these issues seem to point to a lack of attention to cleaning and maintenance detail. I mentioned the issues to the desk clerk when we left. On the bright side, the beds and pilloelws were comfortable. But we will unfortunately not be returning.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, bed were comfortable but the pillows could have been better otherwise the room was great. We loved that this hotel was pet friendly and the free breakfast at the cafe was amazing!! Only complaint is that the walls were thin and J was woken up at 2am by some people being loud at the pool outside our room.

Reserved a king with a sofa bed. They gave us a two queen room. Air conditioner smelled rotten. Bathtub looked like it was painted and it was peeling. Tub would not drain. Many people partying outside our room till the early morning. Spend the extra money and get a decent hotel

I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and saw all the beautiful landscaping. The customer service at this location was A+ and everything was clean annd welcoming. The bed was super comfortable! Their breakfast was an actual restaurant where you could order off a small menu! Wonderful surprise! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Most uncomfortable bed ive ever tried to sleep in. Mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. Tried to turn it to see if it was any better. But was thee same. Hardly got two hours of sleep. Staff was great. Parking was good. Breakfast was subpar. No flavor to any if the foods.

The girl when i first checked in was very rude, and argumentative with me. I asked her about the breakfast and she just about jumped down my throut. They had continental breakfast due to restaurant being remodeled. She needs to be taught some customer service.

We arrived after a long day of travel at 6pm and there was no one at the front desk to check us in, just a sign that said “be right back!” After waiting we got checked into our room and it was disgusting. Years of dirt and grime, gross bath. The worst part of our stay was the tweakers walking around outside of our door. Front desk was rude when we asked to move to another room that was closer to the front of the complex so we could feel safer.

The motel was average. The staff, except for one person, was adequate. The one person was rude and unhelpful. If you were on fire she would probably roast marshmallows but definitely would not share them. I wouldn't normally judge a whole organization by one employee but if Management doesn't see the problem that is a big problem.

Disappointed I was really looking forward to the free breakfast. But the cafe was closed until further notice. When I talked to the nice lady at the front desk. They told the 3rd party services but they have not told there customer yet. So please beware that hotels.com jas not updated there site. Nothing against the hotel nut I would of stayed some where else that had a free breakfast not a continental.

It’s a good location and clean. The website lies about breakfast. Breakfast and cafe has been closed since 11-23-23. So they give you a to-go bag with a muffin, yogurt, juice box and piece of fruit. Sugar, sugar, sugar and sugar. Not a breakfast for me. I would like bacon, ham and eggs. Protein please.
