The fridge reaked of rotting meat. First day no one came to clean the room , second day they took our towels but didn’t replace them. Third day they did the room properly although never made bed. The light in the sauna room didn’t work but found out you were supposed to ask at front desk to turn on. Breakfast was meager blow dryer in room didn’t work. We wouldn’t go back to that particular hotel

Definitely going under some kind of renovation, looks like partially done with rooms/hallways. Clean, but certain areas without doors and boxes of supplies out in open. Pool area had paint cans and supplies out in one corner. Breakfast simple cereals in dispensers, coffee and waffles is what we saw.

I liked that they checked daily to see if we needed maid service or bath linens. The pool was very cold. But I liked that it was indoors. Beautiful views from our room. The towels were very thin and dingy looking. Guests really need to pick up after their pets.

The property around the hotel is fine quiet wooded area. The hotel itself was disappointing. The back entrance door was broken and didn't shut. The sheets on the bed were very cheap and were see through along with the pillow cases which revealed a stain on the pillow. My wife noticed the bed spread was on inside out which could mean they were not laundered and just flipped over. The breakfast was only eggs and waffles and toast for warm food. The butter which were individual containers, several were open and the butter was yellow, when I found one that was still sealed it was also yellow. There was no guests accessable ice machine. In short I cannot recommend this hotel, look elsewhere.

I noticed a few things. Parking lot was dark and gloomy. A very bad repair was made to the sidewalk outside front door and was slopping looking. There was a dirty rug in the elevator. I noticed a few broken or missing door handles. Laundry room washer and dryer were dirty inside. I saw broken side bed furniture. There were several big boxes in plain sight inmain lobby. Bread at breakfast bar was old and stale.

Hotel was being renovated and parking was a nightmare. Also our room door lock kept falling off after being fixed twice by staff. Pool was also closed due to cleaning issues.

Was concerned when we walked in the front door and on the floor was a swastika sticker. Very concerning and did not give me a good feeling. The man who checked us in was professional and polite. Room was nothing special and was what I expected. The ice machines on all floors have been removed and have to ask the front desk for ice. Was quiet on the floor which was nice. Room window was missing its screen which would have been nice to have to be able to open the window at night for the cool mountain air. Pool is still closed. Would be nice if they had more pillows in room as the little square ones are nowhere near enough.

The sheet had spots on it and did not appear to have had sheets changed in one of the beds. The rest of the room was clean but when we opened the freezer to put in ice cream bars, there were some in there that looked as if they had been frozen over for some time. When we went to the hot tub, it was not very hot for a hot tub. Some of the tiles were falling off and on the bottom of the hot tub. But what really scared us was the underwater light fixture! My husband felt something brush his calf under the water, so I got out and turned off the jets. We were both horrified to see that the light fixture was dangling off of the wall under the water and the wire was hanging out IN THE WATER! My husband jumped out. There was no one at the desk when we got out. I told the person at the front desk this morning at check out and was told it was ok and they would look at problem. We won't return. Breakfast was a poor selection at best.

Morning two of visit got eaten by bed bugs. Found a flip flop that was not ours under the bed and a bag of chips left behind by previous tenants. Had to go to doctor to have bed bug bites inspected. Day three after being put in different room, opened complementary coffee bag and it was covered with mold. Have stayed here before with no problems, but cleanliness of rooms is horrible at this point.

Smelled terrible, the hotel was so dirty. There was hair in my bed (which was uncomfortable) & the sheets didn’t feel like they had been washed. I had to go get a blanket from Walmart just to lay on the bed. The breakfast was terrible & gross. The first room I had didn’t lock so I had to go get a room change. The floors are so loud & your door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom letting in light & noise. I will not be staying here again.

This property was DIRTY. Needs an overhaul to say the least, when we checked in we were both on the fence. Seeing how it was late and we were simply in need of a place to sleep we checked in anyway, AGAINST our better judgement (btw the check desk has paper signs of Two Doctors Staying at the property and seeing patients. Lists their room numbers, hauntingly disturbing. When we finally got to our room I turned our bed back to find pubic hairs covering the sheets in addition to crumbs all over the interior bedding..... My husband returned to the desk to ask for a refund, as we were in the room a total of 5-7 minutes before discovering the hair and crumbs the desk manager went to the room checked the bed and asked my husband "Are you unhappy with the crumbs in the bed"? My husband politely requested a refund again.... Still waiting to see if they will honor the refund back to our card several days later, however I don't want anyone to endure this.

This place has no business being posted on this site. Filthy as hell! Long black hairs covered both beds. (Blankets, sheets, pillows.) Floors were disgusting, cover in dirt and long black hair. Never swept or mopped. Roaches running across the floor as we exited the 3 floor, blood on light switch in room, dead bugs made up inside the bed. Hated this place. Condemn this place. The photos online are staged! I can’t upload the photos I took into this post! Ugh!

Property was dirty and and rundown. I know you get what you pay for but the place smelled and had a bunch of long black hair in the sheets. I had to run the coffeemaker just to get the smell out of the room. We had to get an extra blanket to lay on top of because I was grossed out by the hair. I'm glad we only had to stay one night. It is conveniently close to Fool Hollow which is where we were going. I would suggest people pay a little more to go somewhere else.

Air cond. was not working well. It would turn off after a few minutes, and stay off until reset manually. Tissue box only had 4 tissues in it. Pillows are too small for a king size bed. They are smaller than standard pillows. I bought my own. Shower door missing, so they put up a makeshift curtain with ugly hooks, but it served it's purpose. It worked fine.

Room was large, bed was very comfortable, came equipped with hair dryer and iron, which the Motel 6 down the road does not. Self-serve breakfast provided. For a couple of extra bucks per night, I'll definitely stay here again rather than the Motel 6.

Doors banging all hours of the night. Loud talking in the hall late in the evening. No carpet on floors allowed you to hear everyone walking around dragging luggage. Went down for the breakfast and no cups for coffee or juice. Disgusted. I just left.

Rooms are spacious and have recently been updated. The wooded setting is a plus. Breakfast was substandard when compared with other hotels in the same price range. Limited selection of food. Rooms that have connecting doors with other rooms have limited soundproofing. You will hear other guests' conversations. The hotel was quiet during sleeping hours.

The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. The male manager was rude, loud and did not respect travellers needs. He spoke very rudely to people checking in. The breakfast was poor. The rooms needed some serious cleaning. I get that the hotel is old, but you could keep it clean. Will never stay there again.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude and would not let us check in. He tried to charge my card multiple times for the stay stating he did not receive the money for our stay. Even after showing him the confirmation and pre-checking in a day before us arriving. We had to cancel our stay and requested a refund. We went to a different hotel with EXTREMELY BETTER service.

Called the hotel on two different numbers many times in a half hour and never got an answer. The parking area was in need of being re-saved and striped. Our room was by the stairs and it was always noisy from people talking and going up and down the stairs. The wash cloths were hanging on the hand towels. I took one and put it with my bath towel to use in the shower. When I unfolded it, it was shredding. I thought umm, ok, shrugged my shoulders and used it anyway. The more I used it the more it shredded. After getting dressed, I found a lady walking out of the laundry room. I asked for two more wash cloths and handed her the shredded one. After getting back to the room and unfolding the cloths, a wash cloth had red stain like a lipstick stain or ??? The other was an old hand towel that the seams had come out of and was shredded all around the edges. I got the impression that they don’t invest much in the upkeep of the property. We won’t be staying there in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable! For the price, we were actually surprised how comfortable the bed and pillows were! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it offered a free continental breakfast. However, the breakfast options were not very good, and it seemed the equipment was old and outdated. The juice machine didn’t work, so there was a sign saying juice was in the fridge. There were scrambled eggs each morning, served in a crock pot and they looked watery. I wanted a cup of coffee and they only offered powdered creamer and styrofoam cups with no lids. The other breakfast options were toast, Raisin Bran, yogurt and waffles. Dont pick it based on the free breakfast unless all you want is carbs. However the hotel was clean and quiet, and very comfortable!

Breakfast was supposed to be included. When i went to the area it was disgusting. There were two cereal dispensers with maybe two cups of cereal in them. There was a piece of toast just sitting in the toaster and the bread looked horrible. There was a waffle maker and the batter looked nasty. Coffee was very strong and only sugar and powdered cream available. On to the room. Tv remote only half worked. Pillows were small and had no support. The AC did not work. The bathroom sink filled with water and drained very slow. The entrance door has a 2” gap at the bottom so light and voices come thru. Lastly, the whole building smelled like Curry. The only thing I did like was the shower had great pressure. This place needs some help.

The staff is friendly enough I guess. Hard to tell. The property is older (early 90s?) and a little worn but servicable. The breakfast was substandard and gross but my child ate it. The atmosphere in the dining room was cold and uninviting. The main offering seemed to be sugar. We went to the pool and hot tub area and it, while old and out of date and wierd was sort of fun. Glad we were the only ones there be uase my wife wore a really dumb looking bathing suit and i would have been embarrassed otherwise. The whole pool area was very concrete like and felt sort of like going back in time or to east Germany. The lights were off to save money (I assume ) but there were windows. In the morning there was a gaggle of trashy chicks who had been out partying smoking by the front door so no getting around the haze.

Staff was really nice, room were clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but the full breakfast is more continental at best. Waffles, wheat/white bread, cold cearel, hard boiled eggs, coffee, apple juice, and Sunny Delight. That was it for food. It would have been so much better if they served the Indian food you could smell from the breakfast area.

Be reasonable Keep your expectations low. I have paid more for worse. Quiet area unless the guests are not. Bed comfortable waffles good. Eggs boiled in a bag kept in a crock pot, not bad at all. This is our fifth time here and I think the coffee has also gotten better. I prefer it stronger
