Fantastic pool not usable because it was not heated If the pool is unusable it should not show pictures or advertise it ☹️ Check in experience was awful ☹️ Check in time was 3pm I arrived at 2.20 and told room is not ready come back at 3pm. I asked if it was possible for a ground floor room as my wife struggles with stairs I was told no. Then I was given an upstairs room with queen beds after I had booked a King room ☹️ A smile and a bit of respect would be appreciated when checking in after all we always have alternative choices.

My experience here was delightful the room was very clean I felt very safe and secure knowing you need a key to get into the mini village like area which was nice to see. The pool was clean the restaurant was delicious definitely recommend Oriental Express. And also breakfast was crazy good with little twist to excite your mornings.

Great continental breakfast selection. The hotel was clean and gated. Nice pool area and the jacuzzi was perfect during the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Sierra Vista. The breakfast alone is worth the stay.

The facility was very unique, with enclosed courtyards and lots of greenery. It was a very pretty setting. The rooms appeared older but still well maintained. No issues with the room and the staff was very helpful. The downside is the gates that were locked between the parking lot and courtyard didn’t work with the room key/swipe card. It was reported to the front desk the first day of my stay (3 nights total), however it was not fixed during that time. Additionally the pool remained closed as well. Otherwise a decent place to stay while visiting my soldier at Ft.Huachuca. (5 min to gate)

The pool is not heated, the elevator is missing, and there are some cosmetic issues. That being said, I really liked it. The room was spacious and had very high ceilings. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The floor in this room had not been cleaned for some time. There was hair in every corner in the bathroom as well as in the sink area. There were crumbs and dead bugs in the bedroom. The bed appeared to be clean and fairly comfortable. This is an older hotel and cheaper but still needs to be clean!!!

i stayed one now get, due to an emergency situation, at Sierra Suites. There were three things good about this hotel. The young man at the desk was great. Very helpful, kind and friendly. The mattress was comfortable and once I turned the AC on, it worked well. Oh, the courtyard was pleasant. Otherwise, I was disappointed. After getting settled I decided to make a cup of coffee and go out and enjoy the courtyard. I opened the single cup maker and found it was covered with mold. Ugh! I could see the place had not seen a real, thorough cleaning in sometime. I will NOT stay at this hotel nor will I ever recommend it. The cost v. the value — completely off balance.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is older however it is in good condition. I liked the court yards that the rooms surround. The room had older furniture however bedding and towels were very nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. It was so nice to come back each day to a very clean and restocked room. Breakfast was good.

Check in was easy and pleasant, the only issue was the shower diverter in the tub was not working properly, front desk was called and responded immediately. Nothing they could do... shower was but a trickle. Hotel is a little dated but clean and the staff was friendly.

Safety dead bolt falling off in room 224. TV also not connected to internet/cable so not working in same room. Coworker reported she had the same problem with tv when she stayed last year. She told me staff did not address or resolve when she stayed back then and reported the same issue to the office. Sheets stained on bed upon arrival.

Pros: Very nice pool, great free breakfast, roomy rooms. Cons: EXTREMELY noisy A/C, and EXTREMELY Noisy/squeaky beadspring (like over the top, every time you moved in your sleep it was like a rusty door opening). Sister said her bedspring in her room was the same. We did have dinner at the chinese restaurant and it was better than we were expecting, big portions and pretty delicious food. I'd stay there again but if the A/C and bedspring were issues I'd ask for a different room

Nice king room for 6 nights. Very comfortable bed and linens. A/c worked great. Brighter overhead light in ceiling would be nice but very workable. Remotes worked for all items. Would definitely stay again. Chinese restaurant had good food and hotel had nice hot breakfast offerings.

The room was very clean. The tv wouldn’t work. The ceiling fan light came on by itself when we turned it off it came back on about 10 minutes later. The bed sounded like it was an old rusty box springs. Very noisy. The water was extremely hot. Hard to adjust to normal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was good . I especially appreciated how secure the property felt, with locked gates around the courtyard providing peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind, and Christine went above and beyond to reach out to me and make sure they were mailed back safely. I’m so grateful for her kindness and extra effort. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed our time here. The suite that we stayed in was very clean, and the fridge/freezer was very handy. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sol, the General Mgr was wonderful and was able to quickly fix any small problems that we had. The swimming pool area was very clean and inviting, even though we did not find the time to use it. The hotel is within a short drive from any shopping or dining. Take slippers though as the floor is quite cool. I would recommend Sierra Vista Suites if you are looking for a friendly experience.

Everything was fine except we had to pay for an unused night because our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get there until the next day. I called the hotel right away to let them know, she said she would make sure we weren't marked as a no show. She forgot, and we were marked as no show, and Expedia couldn't get our one night refunded. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Three day weekend over thanksgiving to visit southern Arizona. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, hot water. Great breakfast that was better than most. On site Restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Not a five star hotel but I would recommend it to any one traveling in southern Arizona. Close to Tombstone, Bisbee, Tucson all within an hour drive. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Would recommend. Not a five star for a princess hotel But for normal people it's great especially for the price. Excellent breakfast, VERY secure (safe). Would recommend fixing the sign to make it easier to find. Friendly welcoming staff.

Overall, we found the room to be very nice and clean. We liked to updated decor of the room that was in line with the hotel's Spanish Colonial decor. The only thing we weren't crazy about was how dirty the breakfast tables were both days we were there. We never saw anyone from come out and clean any tables when we ate there after other people would leave from those tables. We ended having to clean tables so we could eat on them. The hot food like potatoes were too salty. We would've liked some oatmeal or raisin bran cereal but most foods were hot foods. Still, hotel staff were friendly. They have a great gym.

charming hotel with amazing Degas artwork, a good Chinese restaurant on site. the pool was amazingly deep as was the hot tub. would stay here again. Breakfast included was good, as was the coffee.

The stay was great just a described but the breakfast was bad. Thats the only reason im giving this a 4 star rating. This did not taste good at all, the oj and apple juice were way to watered down. The scrambled eggs had green in them and the sausage and ham tasted like they were days old and super hard from being re heated. Go elsewhere like we did, we went to filibertos instead.
