Garden Place Suites

We had a family reunion and 80th birthday party at the hotel. They had a nice room for us to use for our party and the staff were all very accommodating, letting us use the breakfast area also. We all stayed at the hotel and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Yes food was kept fresh and parking was well lit and secure

Nice room with lots of room, got a full size fridge, microwave and full kitchen. Room is a suite with its own living room area the gym is open 24/7

Property was generally in good condition, however, the outside door access to our room did not work and had to be propped open

Beautiful, comfortable large room. The staff is super friendly. They even had complimentary dinner of soup and salad. We didnt have it but it looked delicious. The pool area is very nice. Will stay there any time we visit Sierra Vista.

The room was large and very clean, but the property had some maintenance issues. Internet was not working, there was no signal to the TV in the room, some outer doors could not be opened using the key card, some laundry and vending machines were out of order. We were told we could not get a price adjustment because we had booked through a third party.

Great service with good amenities in a convenient Sierra Vista location. No issues with parking, even near capacity. Kind staff makes the choice to return easy. Thank you.

Very friendly, clean and affordable. The pool and spa were clean and pleasant. There's a great brew-pub down the street. It felt spacious. Only complaint: rock solid pillows. If you like your pillow, bring it with you.

Aiport shuttle is convenient. Fairly quiet. Few dining options.

Nice hotel room with kitchen, sofa and nice recliner in addition to good bed. Pool needed a little cleaning maintenance but was just fine for our grand son

We stayed here about a week and half ago. We enjoyed our stay, we particularly liked the size of the room, the kitchenette and king size comfy bed. My only let down was the complimentary breakfast was minimal: no eggs- pancakes or French toast. I personally like protein in my breakfast. The pool and hot tub needed cleaning, had sticks, bugs and a wrapper floating around. We'd stay again, but find another place to eat and swim.

Everyone was so nice. The young man who checked us in was so accommodating! Breakfast was okay but could have been kept up better. Ran out of stuff and had to wait quite awhile. The room was so clean. Possibly the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen.

Excellent hotel on the west side of Sierra Vista. Rooms are clean and large, beds are comfortable, and service was friendly.

Had to go to front desk every time trying to enter room, key did not work. Minimum food available at breakfast and happy hour. Tables were not cleaned. Room had crumbs on floor and chair.

They provide a nice evening snack and drinks. I was there a year ago and I did not find the place to be as clean as before.

I chose this property bc of all the glowing reviews & I was looking for a room with close proximity to Ft Huachuca. I dont know how they got so many high ratings published. The grounds were neglected, the exterior needs to be painted. The interior was worn, from the carpet to scuffed walls & dirty grout lines. The actual room had such old furniture that I did not want to sit on it bc the fabric looked so old. The bedspread was gross, and was the old kind that obviously doesn't get laundered between reservations, had so many pulls & snags in it, it looked like it had been in a cat fight & lost. It needed to be burned. The bed sheets were clean, thankfully, although not a great quality and had a worn out blanket between the top & bottom sheet. Needless to say I didnt rest well with the state of that bedding. The wifi was all but nonexistent, although it was strong in the lobby (I was on the 3rd floor). One of the employees said it was probably due to the equipment getting wet from the leak in the roof. Seriously. Fortunately, I only booked one night & got out early the next morning. The breakfast, btw, is a weak attempt at a "spread", but the coffee was good - I'll give them that. (What a happy surprise to find the hotel & the rooms directly next door had been recently renovated so the next night I enjoyed a fresh, clean room with excellent bedding.) Clearly this hotel is in desperate need for better management, renovation or a bulldozer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property and room were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. Breakfast we just right. One of the best values in Sierra Vista.

Terrible housekeeping. Had to get our own towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and clean up our own room. Stayed there for nine nights.

The TV was old enough to not work with modern gaming consoles. Otherwise everything was great

Hotel was awesome. Staff was great! The bed was terrible. I really enjoyed this hotel but the bed is just not worth it. I’d call and ask if they have rooms with newer beds next time because I’m pretty sure the spring mattress we slept on was original from when the hotel was built 15 year ago.

We came for a weekend. Our room was spacious and clean. It has a mini kitchen. A full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, kitchen sink, and a microwave. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. The furniture showed signs of age, but all was clean.

Started out great, sounded good looked good. Offered happy hour food and drink but there were a few pieces of lettuce in the bowl. Skipped that. The bed looked comfy but was hard and so wiggly we disturbed each other all night. The road noise is horrendous, no fresh air keep windows closed. The absolute worst part is there were two bagels and half cup of coffee left when we arrived for breakfast at 7:15am the knives and forks were dirty and put out for use. Disgusting. I had to ask if they’d be bringing more food out. “We’ll get that started”. Geeez so we waited 15-20 minutes. Won’t come back, choose wisely

Room was very comfortable. Loved the chair and couch for watching football. Bed was a bit hard for our liking.

I think only one person was working for breakfast prep and front desk duties.eggs were like small frisbees.

Checking in was a nightmare. Won’t stay there again. Rooms looked like my grandma decorates the room.

Said there was a bar onsite but not really.. the attendant at desk wasn’t very communicative either about available amenities.

We loved our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the 2 mornings that the front desk staff was in charge of the breakfast and clearly had no interest in being there. Although he attempted to assist us when requested, the remainder of his time was on his phone, unaware of his surroundings. Maybe this is just a sign of the times.

Staff was incredible! They were helpful and welcoming - truly made our stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was heated and nightly drinks were appreciated.

Brandon was the best. He was so accommodating. He offered us a wheelchair accessible room when he saw l in a wheelchair, even though I hadn't booked it that way. Great breakfast offerings, different ones daily.

If I can book again with them I will I highly recommend great place to stay staff is amazing I wish the other hotels would take note from you guys great job

Sierra Vista is a small town, but Garden Place Suites was close to restaurants and getting back to the interstate. The breakfast had many options. Unfortunately, we were there on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, and we needed to start out earlier. The pillows were like square bricks, and I didn’t sleep well. There was a very good laundry room for guests that only took a designated card. Bryan at the desk put money on the card but failed to tell me that if I didn’t bring the card back I was charged $10. I had used all the money posted to it, so I tossed it. When I asked for a receipt at checkout, the receptionist asked for the card. When I explained it was tossed due to not being informed, she kindly removed the charge. We also had an issue with both room cards failing and we had to go down and get new ones. Overall, lots of difficulties in two days.

The stay was very nice and relaxing. The hotel was very nicely appointed with one exception. The bed pillows in my room where way too firm and the height was way to high. On the second night I grabbed the pillow from the closet to use. It was so much more comfortable and helped me sleep extremely better than the night before. It was very clean and spacious. I was happy to have a chair/sofa to sit on to watch television instead of sitting on the bed. There was a nice little happy hour in the hotel lobby with a few choices of beer and wine. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area. It is on the very outskirts of town so dining within walking distance is limited. However, if you don’t mind driving a few extra miles into the city you will find a huge variety of places to eat and out drink.

The room was standard but lacked simple amenities, but we made due. Breakfast was emptied of hot options on both days, both at separate times. Glad we brought our own food.

This is not a good place to stay! No view whatsoever and the breakfast is truly lacking. The young man that was taking care of the breakfast said that they were out of eggs and the mystery meat. He didn’t bother to offer any replacement. It was only 8am. Spend your money elsewhere! The good part was the larger apartment size fridge in the room.

Stayed here to visit tombstone and bisbee. Was a really nice place. Especially enjoyed the 2 free drinks every night and the breakfast and hot dinner each night included

They serve breakfast and dinner (soup and salad) with snacks in between! That was awesome!!! I've never experienced this before. The staff made our stay an enjoyable one. We look forward to coming back!! I would recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and was quite pleased that is why I selected to stay here again. Getting a cold beverage at check in after a long day is a plus. Being offered a light dinner is a nice touch. Breakfast is usually really good this time it was pretty disappointing. Cold hash browns and no eggs or bacon/sausage
