Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Hot tub is out of order, which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. The gym also doesn't open until 8 a.m., which is pointless for most travelers.

We made the booking in Dec 2023 for Mar 2024. At some point during that period they closed the hot tub and pool, but did not offer a discount or room upgrade as compensation. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Stayed a couple nights for the Red Dead Redemption Tombstone event. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was basic but good. The main concern were the room floors. The felt slightly sticky and made or feet really dirty, to the point we used a towel to clean them before we'd get on the beds and wore our socks or shoes in the room. I'd stay here again for sure, but I'd bring slippers.

The “accessible” room we booked for my husband in a wheelchair had support bars in the shower but was a standard tub with no shower chair. The non smoking room also reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. We made a complaint to the front desk and were moved to a room with a wheel-up shower equipped with a chair, but the room still smelled of cigarette smoke.

The room was great, and the staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was the TV didn't work. We survived but it would have been nice to help take our mind off the reason we were there. Breakfast was really good though so we enjoyed it.

Had the room next to stairs and doorway all I heard was the other people in & out and up and down the stairs. The air conditioner/heater didn't run on a thermostat so it was always running so you couldn't hear the television very well. Then received a call asking to turn done the television as it apparently was bothering the guest adjacent to my room. I travel quite a bit and I wasn't impressed with this location as a Choice member.

When I arrived there was not anyone at the front desk nor was one available when checking out. The woman cleaning the breakfast room was able to check me and another guest out. Also there was not any instructions on how to get the shower working in the room. I am used to having a level or pulling up the button on the faucet. This was new and I could not figure out how it worked.

The parking was not convenient and really, there was not enough of it. I required a handicap space, and all of them were taken, except for the last night of our stay. * The room was great, it was the first time I had needed an accessible room. We had a walk-in shower, which is absolutely the best, and all my years that I have had. The adjustable showerhead was fantastic and versatile. All the towels were nice and clean as well as the beds. The room was huge and a scooter could maneuver in there very easily.There were four of us in there and we all fit wonderfully. The breakfasts was very good. I really enjoyed this day as did the party I was with. There was someone above us that was quite noisy and I had to call the front desk about it, but they must’ve handled it quite well because the noisiness stopped. Since two of us were elderly, I would say, This was the best place that we have stayed at accommodated us quite well. The first employee that we encountered was a little bit stern in explaining the rules that we needed to follow & some of my calls to the front desk were not answered. Personel may have been busy elsewhere. I’m not sure. The second night the hotel in was there a very sweet and kind employee that always greeted me with a smile. I felt much more comfortable and was glad I selected Comfort Inn.

Check-in took 30 minutes plus, 2 guests ahead of us, the process was archaic, forms to fill in etc. just one person helping guests. Pictures of the rooms online looked nice but reality was different. They’ve tried to update this property and it’s just horrible, very ooorly done, paint hanging from the ceiling, bathroom really dated with sink on the outside. Laminate floor was sticky to walk on. On the plus side the beds were comfy and felt clean. Breakfast lady was very friendly, breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about.
