I read the reviews, they were mixed. The motel, has painted, replaced floors,etc. but the colors were too much! furniture was old, battle scarred. It is an okay place.

This was an ok property. Fair value!! Some of the towels in the room were kinda gross (had balls of hair stuck to them) and there was a used bar of soap in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise the room had good AC and the boys said the pool was nice and very clean. Staff were very polite. Unfortunately they do have have a lot of breakfast options - at the time they only had coffee, yogurt, and a waffle maker.

Pictures are a poor representation of conditions. Did not swim, but pool appeared to be in good shape. The rest of the property is quite rundown. Expected a little better quality from a National chain. Worked OK for a night but when we’re returning in October, will book somewhere else. The best part was the very pleasant woman behind the desk.

Place was a dump - one step above a "no-tell motel." Building and fixtures are 70s vintage, with some cheap updates. Housekeeping was atrocious. The tile floor was filthy - I got in the shower and black dirt washed off my feet. I stopped walking barefoot in the room after that. Dust bunnies were hanging from the stucco ceiling. Staff was nice is about the only good thing I'd say. So-called "breakfast" did not offer much. Hate to bash the place but you should de-list it.

This property is in severe need of basic maintenance as there were numerous defects in our rmom. When I brought this to the attention they immediately changed rooms for us. The second room was better but still had major defects such as TV not working, floor tiles coming loose etc.

Eva and her staff are outstanding. I stay at the SV Rodeway regularly and I love it. Housekeeping works very hard to keep the rooms clean, the swimming pool is outstanding.

The fridge freezer did not work wasted a box of outshine frozen bars. My lady seen a cockroach in the shower. Bed was very lumpy uncomfortable. No premium tv stations. Nice area,fairly quiet.

It was the easiest check-in process i have ever experienced. The room was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. It was quiet, and you could not hear the guests in any of the connecting rooms, including the ones that were above us.

Both people I dealt with checking in and checking out were really great! However, the room was filthy. I booked this room specifically due to their high ratings that mentioned the cleanliness of the facility. My room was not. I have never stayed in a place this gross & disgusting. There was urine down the front of the toilet & on the floor. The bedding did not appear to be changed but just tucked under from the previous guests (I ended up getting my sleeping bag out of the car. ) The front of the fridge had stuff dripped & stuck on it. There was food on the wall behind the trash can. Dust & hair everywhere... etc. etc. I wiped down what I could with disinfectant wipes I had packed in my luggage. I didn't have time to inspect things when I checked in. I was heading to an orchestra rehearsal. It was late & pouring rain when I got back to the room & actually looked around. Too late to change rooms as I had to be up early to get over to the school to play the concerts. I shared the urlne picture with the woman at the front desk when I checked out. She apologized, stating that it was one of their best rooms & said she would put in a work order for a deep cleaning. It definitely needs that and I think they should offer me a partial refund. What a hassle! I definitely won't be staying there again.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Onky stayed 2 nights and room service did come in gives us new towels without us asking as well as remaking our bed. Good location near all types of food and walking distance of gas station

Room 117 was very tired and run down. Bed was squeaky (very old box spring). Could hear every foot step from room above. TV had inconsistent reception. The room was okay. The bed was uncomfortable, air conditioner was very loud and inefficient, the shower curtain wasn't very good and the shower sprayed all over the floor. We had to go to the office to get toilet paper and they didn't clean the room until we left. We stayed for 3 nights .

I really enjoyed how close it is to Fort Huachuca. There's many dinong options within walking distance or just a short drive away. It was quiet, probably one of the quietest places I've stayed. I would choose the Rodeway Inn again!

Staff very friendly; bed was noisy; floor dirty and NO Lock on window only a wood stick to secure the window ; we checked in a minutes later someone was trying to get in claiming the office gave him the same room; we went out to diner and when we came back our room key card didn’t work. I went to the office and they told me that they gave me the wrong room and that was the reason someone was trying to get in in our room. I was supposed to be in a different room but they moved the other guest in to another room to keep us in our room that was given to us.

Overall this place is ok. They advertise they offer breakfast but the area reserved for that barely offer space for sitting and have the breakfast. I went to grab something to eat and when a came back to the chair whare I had my things another person had took my personal belongs from the chair and sat there and seemed to me that no one from the staff have even noticed that. I am not planning to stay there again.

We were able to check in earlier with no extra fees and check out at noon with no extra fees room was very clean the bed was very comfortable the staff was very nice would stay here again one thing I would like to get a message to the hotel in leaving we forgot to take our Backgammon game is there some way to contact the hotel to see if they found that and if they hang on to it for us so that we may pick it up thank you

Location was convenient to all business being conducted during my stay. I especially like proximity to Fort Huachuca. Nice people run this Inn and they try to accommodate. I recommend it. Nothing fancy but they are fair and the place was comfortable. Fellow residents were respectful.

A good breakfast and friendly staff. Easy parking. A little far from the better Sierra Vista restaurants. Occasionally in the middle of the night there is a strange noise coming from the pipes in the wall.

Very Close to the base making it a safe area. Room smelled clean, Wi-Fi worked well while I was on working in the room. There is a breakfast diner, and Bar at walking distance.

Stayed here to visit Tombstone and Bisbee. Very much a nice quiet town. The motel has coffee in the lobby and thats also where you can get your breakfast. You will have to take it to your room as no chairs or tables. Waffles and yougurts plus bottled watter. Room was comfortable and large. Spent two nights here and a few miles down the road are some restaurants. Had a pretty good time.

The hotel is in need of updating. The furniture is very old and worn. They only give you 2 small, thin pillows per bed. The pool is not heated. Breakfast is pretty basic. They have waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and tea. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

I reserved this stay for my father-in-law. I was thinking there was more to the continental breakfast. I wish this had been better for him. But they do have free parking and the rooms were clean.
