Renovations were under way and there was only one entrance at the end of the hotel to get to the room, which didn’t include the entrance to the lobby. Pool was also not available.

Nice swimming pool and hot tub! Rooms very clean and comfortable. The lady managing the breakfast bar was so efficient and friendly. If your a senior looking for lodging request the first floor as there are no elevators.. Too many stairs to climb to second floor.

Great place to stay in the winter. Indoor heated Jacuzzi and pool. Very clean, the hot water is quick, convenient entrance from the rear parking lot with a room key. Parking lot could be lit better.

In 2025 we were shocked to encounter a hotel without an elevator. It was the last night of our 9-day road trip, and we were exhausted. Having to schlep all our luggage up flights of stairs was the last thing we wanted to do. It definitely ended our trip on a low note.

When we walked in we were excited to rest after a long day of traveling check in was fine but when we got to our room we saw black stains on the bed and then checked the bed and saw there were signs of bed bugs and there was hair everywhere and a yellow circle in one section of the bed. The one chair had a stain on it.

The area around the hotel is so beautiful, I would say a little piece of heaven. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was spotless, the hotel seems to be recently renovated. The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice. We will definitely book this hotel again if we visit this area.

This appears to be an older property, however, the rooms have all been recently updated and remodeled. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom spic and span. The only complaint is that there is no elevator for those of us staying on the second floor

Great location and comfortable room, but dated. The rate was low, but they had a strict no early check-in policy that I did not like. Many places you can get you your room early without a fee if it's ready. The room had no bath towels, which they brought promptly, but I didn't notice till later there was no soap or cups either (lots of shampoo). The AC was an old rumbly wall unit, but it worked well enough. The WiFi was good.

The hotel was in a good location, but it was pretty outdated. The staff was super nice though. Also, the air conditioner was sooo loud and I would turn off and on in the middle of the night and it woke me and my husband up Everytime. We like to sleep with the fan going all night and that was not how this one worked. For only one night it was fine though

We loved our room. We upgraded to have a fridge and microwave and we got a whole living room with pull out couch. Plenty of room for 3 of us and our stuff. Bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room was on the far end of the building so it wasn't noisy. The pool and hot tub were ok for the most part. Nothing special but my son enjoyed swimming indoors. Continental breakfast had many options and was good. Front desk staff were quick and efficient at check in and check out. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It was less than 2 minutes to the restaurants and shops and had a gas station and Mexican restaurant directly next to it in walking distance. For the price in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in that price range, this was by far the best room we have stayed in. It was a pleasant stay and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Williams.

We were given a 2nd floor room and there were no elevators available in addtion the air conditioner was so noisy we couldn't use it. As senior citizens, theses factors made our stay less than ideal.

Room window AC was a bit loud and needed earplugs. Spa is not a Hot Tub and was barely warm. Overall good rooms and good value. We stayed last year and would stay again.

Right when we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. She saw we had a lot of suitcases, so she asked if we would like a room on the bottom floor because they do not have an elevator. I like how attentive she was to our needs. The hotel in general and our room was very clean and updated. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice clean room, but I was most impressed by the check-in; the gentleman saw my family had mobility issues and without prompting changed our rooms from the 2nd floor to the first, and then from "near each other" to "next to each other," all without our asking. I would love to give this property 5 stars across the board, but there are 2 major things preventing that. SOME of the staff are terrible (while some are incredible). We were greeted and helped by some of the most friendly and helpful people during parts of our stay, but there were 2 individuals during our stay that do not belong in a public facing job. Rude, didn't care one bit about anything, just terrible customer service. The property is clean but during 4 days of stay there, I only had hot water twice. Upon speaking with the staff (unfortunately one of the times was with the bad staff), they said "Tell us if it keeps being cold for several days" and "Good luck taking a cold shower". Something to note... this is a 2 story hotel and has no elevator! You need to haul your bags up and down the stairs if you are on floor 2. Unrelated, but the Mexican restaurant next door is terrible. Bland food, bland drinks....You need to drive to every other food option but it's worth it. I wouldn't avoid this hotel in the future, but I'd probably look for another place first on future visits.

Stayed 2 nights and had good breakfasts. Blizzard and highway crashes the night before we left closed the Interstate but we found a circuitous route around it. The desk clerk told us to come back if we couldn't get through. Nice to have that assurance.

Ck in woman was kind of rude. We arrived at 1:30 pm. I had already completed the online ck in they sent by email that morning including the time of our arrival. When we arrived she strongly announced there were no rooms ready yet. Then she said we can ck in early for a fee. I made and PAID for this room in April so not a last minute thing. Either a room is ready or not. Also when we came back at 3pm I had to fill out the registration form even though i had already done so online including a copy of my drivers license. This was my 11th day on the road and the hands down rudest person I came upon my whole trip!

The room was still being cleaned as we walked upstairs. The cleaning staff appologized but we appreciated them and their hard work. As for the front desk staff they were so rude and talked about other customers in front of me. I arrived at 2:40 and said hello I'm here to check in. An older woman with grey hair said check in time is 3pm very bluntly. I said ok. I guess we will sit in the car until 3. She said ok. Then when I walked back in at 3:02 another younger girl with face piercings came in for her shift. The older woman told her about how they were fully booked and not many rooms were cleaned yet and there was no way anyone could switch rooms due to occupancy and they both laughed. I felt this was rude to say in front of any customer. I worked on apartments in the past and this was unacceptable. I even switched from another local hotel to The Days inn due to the nasty weather and then having an indoor pool . The pool was so cold we only lasted a few mins in it. Having a special needs daughter with arthritis the pool was what we needed the hotel for the most. Then in the morning the breakfast room should have been opened at 6:30am . We walked down at 7:10 to a note on the door saying it was closed. The old woman was back from the front desk and rudely told the few of us waiting that the guy with the food was on the way . We finally went back down but now the line was insane. This was our anniversary weekend and it was the most disappointing experience.

Stay started a little rocky. Anna worked and got everything taken care of. She is truly an asset to this hotel. Recommended places to eat and to see. Always greeted us with a smile when we returned from our days adventure. Rooms were neat and cleaned. Fresh towels delivered every day. The only negative is the space allotted for breakfast seating. Gets busy and crowded. Will stay here again when we return.

At 2:10pm after traveling for a long day the employee at the front desk said he can’t check us in until 3pm. He did this for 2 other parties that showed up shortly afterwards. Even at 2:45pm he was not even attempting to be accommodating. Horrible customer service, we all knew the rooms were ready. I don’t recommend this place and I am happy I won’t ever be going back. I will spend my money where it is valued, we have options.

The air conditioning unit in the room was impossible to regulate properly. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The "breakfast" was a joke. The coffee machine did not work, the pancake machine did not work. The orange juice from the dispenser had the viscosity of 10W30 oil, and a taste to match. Very disappointing.

The Days Inn, in Williams never disappoints. The staff is always kind, friendly and professional. The rooms are well stocked with towels and supplies necessary for a pleasant visit. We love the 24hour coffee and the breakfast but the area is too small and cannot accommodate the many guest the hotel host,

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The property is in a nice quiet place and very near to a gas station. Only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast menu. Their pancake machine didn't work and there was no fruit either.

Other than having no elevator, the place seemed clean and nice. I can't have gluten, so there wasn't much i could eat, so the breakfast was a little disappointing. The staff struggled keeping things full at breakfast. Things kept going empty and it took a little while to fill them, especially the eggs and sausage patties.

The room was recently updated, beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that breakfast was not available due to the contractor not coming. They did not have a back up plan for those occurrences. This was the main reason for booking this hotel.
