Location, location, location!! Across street from grocery store and on the main street make walks and needs really convenient. Worn down hotel that's getting some attention. Free pet stay and a new dog park on site made it nice.

It was ok, as expected for motel 6. No frills check-in process. Pets staying free is a plus. Rooms are not soundproofed, heard 2 men walk past my room and bang on the door of the room next to me at 4 am, that was most unwelcome.

Check in was easy, our room was clean and appears to have been newly remodeled. Then bed was very comfortable. we had to ask for pillows as there was 2 tiny pillows for a king size bed. the bathroom needed cosmetic repair toilet paper dispenser. The only bad part was the parking. The lay out of the parking lot is weird and the spaces are small for trucks and modified offeoad vehicles which are common in Williams. none the less, if we cant get into our favorite place - we will absolutely stay here again

They are currently renovating.. some rooms are already done.. new TVs.. new beds.. new bathrooms.. everything was comfortable and clean.. for the price I was expecting less lol.. I went from staying one night.. to three.. just couldn't beat it so close to the canyon!

The fact that there was mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. The fact that the windows were unlocked for safety. The fact that there are no outlets in the sink area. I have pictures to prove the nastiness of the room. The beds were very uncomfortable…two big divet’s in the one bed. The light above the sink was not working. The toilet paper holder was broken. The blind was broken. If there is a way to show you, I’ll send the pictures. The smell in the room was awful. I will never stay so this location again.

Budget motel looking very tired on outside. But rooms were fine. Bathrooms recently upgraded and very clean. A little noisy from train and traffic during the day but quietened down at night. Staff really nice.

I would really like a partial refund could not even take a shower because hot water did not work. They said that they were working on it and it never got fixed and the heater barely kept the room, warm sheets and blankets covered in stains.

Check in was fast, nice guy. Checked into room 111, downstairs right at the end, nice remodeled room, the bed are so hard, can feel the springs on the mattress, no light switch above the sink, the bed board below the mattress was sticking out, kept jabbing my knees on it, while walking by, had a hard time falling asleep, since bed was so hard, woke with hip and back pain, woke to the sewer stink, was coming from the restroom, think it was coming from the shower drain, went to work, called from work, to let them know about my issues, had language barrier with the lady I talked to, Tried booking another room elsewhere, was told no refund, and all the rooms were booked at Days inn. Had to buy extra cushion for our beds. Didn’t have a choice, with lodging, so we made it work. Maybe remodeled, but beds are still hard, and restroom stinks…

The room was more appealing than the outside. Rather old and shabby. After showering I opened the window to allow the sewer gas to escape. If I hadn’t already booked would probably driven on by. First office no one there. Called but no answer. Why a second office, but it was locked with no lights on.

Was great. Large room with fridge and microwave! Accessible shower was the best feature. Quite and bed was great. Only wished I had coffee pot in room. The young lady who checked me in was very nice. Only issue, deadbolt on door. Hard to lock.

The hotel itself was fine. Clean and convenient. The problem was we had a first floor room and whenever the guests above us would walk around it was loud. It made it hard to sleep well. It was normal walking nothing excessive there is just no insulation in the floor.

The room was actually nicely remodeled. Its a 3 instead of a 5 because it has no inroom coffee maker and there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. The bed unfortunately listed to the outer edges so we felt like we were rolling out of bed and it felt like we were sinking at the headboard. Not sure what was going wrong for the bed. We were not advised there was a problem with water heater until arrival, so we had no ability to cancel and stay else where.

Good size clean room with good size, clean shower. Bathroom looked newly fitted. Parking was ok. Internet was terrible most of the time unfortunately. Staff seemed distant on the occasions we tried to interact and at check in. Great location fir town and the Grand Canyon Railway

Throughout my stay, I complained that the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, and all the staff did was tell me that it works that way when it didn't. The room I booked wasn't available due to overbooking, and they put me in another, very poor-quality hotel. The towels were torn. Terrible service! I don't recommend it at all.

One day I went to get coffee close to end time & was offered to make more which I said was okay cuz I knew going later it was a possibility of being low but I do appreciate the gesture. Staff was kind. Check in @ out was simple & fast. Clean rooms. Good location. Thank you for the stay

Check in was terrible. Nobody at the front desk. Nobody picking up the phones. Called multiple times 5-6. Finally saw some other guests walking up to their rooms and asked them how to get keys. They advised me to go a block away across the street. Not fun. At night. With small kids in the car. The other reception was very rude.

Please carry your own blankets, toiletries and towels. For two straight nights, there weren't any blankets, just hand soap in the name of toiletries and dirty towels. No desk/service available after 9pm and the one before that was rude enough to not care about patrons.

We were involved in a car accident on the way and had to cancel last min. I phoned them from the ER and the staff and mgr were very understanding and reimbursed us. We will definitely book again! Great customer service! Thanks

I did not checked in this Motel because nobody was in the offices. It was 3PM ,I used ring - nobady showed up. Because I didnt like this place I stayed in other Motel 6 which picture appeared when I make reservation . I try to cancel but on your app but I have a problem to communicate with you.

Motel is on the "worse" side - room was okay, had a fridge and microwave which is good. A grocery store and stores/restaurants around walking distance from this place. Not enough coffee in the morning, a small thing the motel could do - but didn't care to refill the coffee pot. We overheard a couple doing a complain to the reception about them having bed bugs in their room and having the worst night of their life. Personally, we had no bed bugs (well, I hope) but it still left a bad impression on us. Also, they have construction all over the place and the pictures doesn't fit the place at all. It looks like a basic motel. All motels in that area seemed to look like that - but this motel could up their game with having at least some coffee ready and not having bed bugs in rooms. Also, please redo the caulk around the sink, it looks horrendous lol *Don't expect much from this place
