I liked the entertainment and restaurant food was great. Wine list was good, but had to go to a Brewery for better Beer choices. Also the pool is small, and needs more chairs because it was full.

Regrettably the pool and the jacuzzi were closed down with no advance notice. Also, they completely did not provide cleanup service on a day that we specifically asked for it. They also told us they would send us a hair dryer and they never did. Pictures of course.

We got to the hotel, got our room on the second floor to find out the elevator was not working. Our room was very dated and not the cleanest place we have stayed for sure. On Sunday I tried to make a spa appointment (there are signs up boasting relaxation) to find out the spa is permanently closed. We tried to eat at the restaurant that has very limited hours. We tried to get ready to leave the hotel and had no water in the shower and only cold water in the sink.. we were told it was a leak and were offered a late checkout. Our bed was not comfortable and we wi not be staying here again.

We totally enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room and hotel were clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The lagoon added a nice ambiance. One night there was a Hawaiian entertainer with some hula dancers which was very nice.

Even though the property was going through renovations, the staff was very friendly and helpful with our accommodations. They checked in through texts to make sure our needs were met and to inform us of their free events. We enjoyed our stay. Oh, and loved the chocolate chip walnut cookies they gave out!

Was expecting a better interior. Rooms very outdated, smelly, elevator slow and old, the secure doors into lodging area had issues with key card pad. No towels in pool spa area. Spa and pool dirty.

This property is very dated and un kept. Nasty swamp on property. Blood stains on my sheets and curtains. Cobwebs everywhere. A/C system is too old. Old dated carpets in hallways and dated entrance area. Will not repeat.

The rooms are dirty. The walls look like they haven’t been painted in 10 years. My bathroom door looked like it had vomit all over it. I woke up around 1:30 am and my entire room smelled like weed from people smoking inside. The staff was always nice, but the hotel itself is rundown and gross

We found cockroaches in the bathroom. One dead and one alive. There was stains on curtains and floor. The walls had some major cracks all over the place. The staff was not very friendly, and were short with responses. Definitely not what we expected when we booked. There is no reason why guests should find coakroaches in the rooms. Disgusting.

Our room didn’t get cleaned even after I asked if they clean daily and was told yes. Had to ask for towels and ultimately had to pick up myself. The place is completely in need of updating outside area and inside. Bathroom wall seems like there’s a leak. Curtains are old and falling off the hooks. They don’t even offer coffee!

The property really needs an upgrade. The rooms very very dirty and dusty. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub. The toilet seats were old and torn. The only thing that was good was the staff was super friendly and the restaurant food was really good. But for the hotel to be Hilton, it sure was not to the standard. The rooms had spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. Very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

The noise from other people in the rooms next door could be heard very loudly, it seems that the walls are not conditioned to not let noise through and are not properly insulated, also in the room there were too many cracks in the walls and corners that were noticeable at first glance...

A lot of reviews say this place it dated and...it is...but think people have way too high of expectations from the area and the brand. It was...fine. Got a good rate and was better than anything in the Motel 6, Super 8, etc class. Parking was pretty easy (even for my 24 foot trailer, maybe different if the hotel was full) and area was super nice.

I drove 11 hours and got to the hotel at 3am in the morning and the guy at the reception was so rude with me. He make 30 mins for the keys and the wifi didn’t work. It says it’s complimentary but it’s not. Room was clean and comfortable.

I liked that the rooms were a decent size and the walls were thick enough to block sound. I didn't like that the furnishing and amenities (AC, shower) were outdated and in poor repair. The continental breakfast cost money and was flavorless (although a decent amount of food).

Great front desk staff! Easy check in and very accommodating to our requests. Our room had a lovely view of the lagoon, complete with legit Napa grape vines with grapes growing on our patio. Breakfast was delicious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, tv is big and has lots of programs. The carpet is old and a bit icky. the hallway and staircase carpet is awful. The venting window outside my room in the hallway is super noisy. I asked for a room change, refused adamantly by the front desk.

There is no customer service here 1 room king bed 140 a night plus tax. After being in hotels for months and even spending thousands to stay at hiltons and such i have never had such a poor experience with a hotel. The staff had an attitude the moment i walked in. Every question i had was met with a sigh and a call to the manager. My reservation was Already paid for and ready to go. I didn't request a special room or anything. Before my reservation was even looked at i was told that they were sold out. As another customer walked in and was helped no problem AS A WALK-IN with NO RESERVATION... there were plenty of rooms available for them though.... i even spoke to the manager on the phone since the staff kept calling them and they were angry sounding and very short. At this point in wondering why I'm being treated so poorly considering i have done nothing different during check in that i have done at other places. I was so confused. I went to hang up the phone with the manager and the woman lunged for the phone and ugh'ed me. And proceeded to have what i assume was a funny conversion since it called for robust laughing and glances to me. Im so confused. I'm really upset and i am appalled at the experience. I ended up being outside for the night because the area was booked and everything to do anything elsev was closed. First and last experience there. As well as using expedia. Such a disappointing experience altogether.

This is not the Hilton standard! Only one shower towel in the room so i called reception manager who assured me that he would send shortly! Despite waiting for more than half an hour no one turn up to deliver so i called again and manager Raja assured that he would be sending someone with towel shortly! Sadly again waiting for nearly half an hour no one turned up! I was forced to use one towel between 3 of us! I would never book again, felt like they don’t need customers!

Our shower / tub was missing the stopper. My wife was really looking forward to a bath. A quick call to the desk and the maintenance tech named Nick was right up to replace the entire bath drain. I figured we would get a rubber stopper or something simple. 10 mins later and Nick is done. Five star service. Front desk staff was superb as well.

The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly. The rest of the property—hall carpet, pool and hot tub—were worn out. The guy working the front desk was not friendly and generally unhelpful. He was not approachable.

My stay overall was okay. Just a couple things that happened. When I initially entered the room I didn't have any towels to shower with. I asked somebody out in the hallway for a towels was never delivered. Any towels. Next morning left for work about 3:00 a.m. came back to my room. The food I had there was thrown away but the trash was left sitting in the trash cans. But luckily and very happily managed me. Did able to cop me a free meal there and I'm very thankful for that. Because food nowadays is very expensive. I asked again for towels for the room and again I was ignored. No towels were delivered to my room The ladies out in the hallway cleaning rooms. I was just looked at.

The check-in process was quick, Darwin at the reception desk was very professional and accommodating. Initially we were assigned a room on the 1st floor and we asked to move to a higher floor, Darwin was able to find us one. - The room was spacious (#231), simple but clean and had the necessity we needed. -Although the location was in American Canyon, it was only 25-30 min drive into Napa.

We really enjoyed staying here. The price was right, the proximity to Napa ideal. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast, including a tofu scramble for our vegetarian. The registration desk person was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are lovely, with a central pond that had white geese swimming in it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Aspects of the room were a little shabby but clean as a whistle so really no complaints. A very nice experience.

This is not really a “Nap Property but definitely a double tree with clean rooms and great staff. The location is off a busy road near gas station and small casino. Not really walkable but good for a stop over for work or whatever.

The warm cookies were great! I recognize when booking via hotels.com we usually get a lesser desirable location in the hotel. Great stay though enjoyed the live band. They had on-site food service, bar ans happy hour!

Decent place and was a good price. Didn’t seem up to Hilton standards however. Also, the breakfast that was included, it was not explained that it was a $50 credit per day for two, so there was a surprise at checkout. The restaurant where you chose your breakfast had a limited menu, and everything was escalated in price, so you always went over it. The people who worked there were nice. The bed was comfortable. The property is off of a main thoroughfare in Napa and pretty central. We had a nice big room and a good shower. It worked fine for us as we were out wine tasting all day. Easy parking.

This is my second stay at this property. It is centrally located, clean beautiful grounds especially the lagoon! The food and service at the restaurant was excellent as well as the service!
