Check in was fast, we chose the floor for our room and immediately walked in and went out to the heated pools. There are towels and spare restrooms. In the morning there is a full breakfast with many different items. Worth the stay.

Property is in a very nice location. However, they advertise pet friendly and they really are not. No place to walk dogs and no supplies offered. I was charged $60 for my 3 dogs even though they never set foot in the building (they stayed in my pet RV which was continuously monitored with a Waggle).

Nice quiet hotel near Napa. Breakfast was excellent, and the late check out was nice. Also, my kids really enjoyed the heated pool after a long day in the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Friends and I came to the area during BottleRock weekend; and didn't want to pay Napa hotel prices. This hotel is a gem! Spacious room, nice fridge and microwave. Fantastic pool and hot tub - used both. Even the landscaping in pool area is nice. Workout room looks good. Free breakfast is pretty good. Staff are friendly.

Friendly staff, very clean, better than average breakfast. Parking lot shared with commercial businesses on one side. Side door was locked and could not be opened from outside- minor problem- parts broken were on order. Very nice stay for 8 nights.

Hotel staff was professional and friendly and hotel seemed generally clean. That said, our room had a significant stain in the middle of room carpeting, toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall, and bathroom door hardware was coming apart. For a $300/night hotel, we expected more. That room (323) should have never been rented out. Clearly there is a QC problem that needs to be dealt with.

We stayed here before on the higher floor and it was so wonderful and that’s why I decided to book it again. But this time we got our rooms on the first floor. This floor hallway is filthy and they need to replace the carpet!! It smells awfully!!

The hotel was clean and the staff that we came in contact with were all very friendly. I will say the beds could have been a tad comfier but for a hotel bed it was good. Also, they have an adequate amount of pillows. I run cold, and would like to have access to an extra blanket without having to ask for one, so instead I just cranked up the heat, which also helped for white noise! And this was a great location for the event we were attending. I’d definitely stay here again!

From room to breakfast served and to staff service it was all good and definitely will come back. The cleanliness in the room is what I like the most. From ceiling to the floor you’d definitely know how very good your house keeper is.

Room could have been cleaner, I couldn’t find the TV remote anywhere so I looked under the bed and I wish I hadn’t. Sunflower seeds, crumbs, etc. Breakfast was meh. Edible but not great or hot. But it was “free” so better than nothing. Staff was really great though, and the location was decent.

Our room had 2 queen sized beds and a pull out sofa bed. I was so impressed with how comfortable the sofa bed mattress was. The queen beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. It was the perfect room for 2 adults and 3 small kids. The breakfast spread was very nice with egg and cheese omelettes, pancakes and delicious tasting sausage and of course all of the standard cereals, bagels, toast, and coffee were there also. The pool was heated and clean and my kids really enjoyed swimming in it. And there was a very nice patio area near by with tables and chairs. It was the perfect place to have a few family members come and visit during our stay. The location is really nice as there is a Starbucks within walking distance and several other restaurants and a Walmart. The other great thing was a small park close by so my husband was able to take the kids there while I got ready in the morning. The only draw back was that they were very stingy with towels and I understand that this I part of being green but there were never quite enough towels for a family of five and even after requesting more and having someone "restock" the towels meant only putting 3 towels out.

This hotel was easy and fit our needs. Location was good - reasonably quiet all nights but Saturday night. The room was clean and well appointed but the room service was random. One day they turned the a/c off, swapped out one towel but left us one short and didn’t make the bed. The next night they left us the right amount of towels, left the a/c on and also skipped making the bed. The air conditioner was also way louder than I would have expected. It kicked in and off throughout the night to maintain the temp and jostled my wife awake each time. I had earplugs in so I wasn’t really phased. It was so loud the TV has to be turned up fairly high to listen to the TV. That so the only issue. If it hadn’t impacted sleeping, this wouldn’t be worth mentioning. Everything else was great.

This property was very basic and while it was convenient for Napa, it has to go down as the absolute worst night sleep ever had in a hotel. I was given a roadside room and literally woke constantly throughout the night by the incessant road noise - rumbling trucks drag racers - it did not subside even between 2-4am! If you do stay here insist on being park side not roadside

I’ve stayed here once before and my previous experience was better. This time when I got to my room I found that my bathroom toilet seat was dirty and the bathroom smelled faintly like urine. I called the desk and the attendant came up and took photos. He told me that unfortunately since they were all booked up he couldn’t move me to another room. I asked if someone could come up and clean it and he said he would bring up some cleaning supplies. He came back a while later with Clorox wipes and Lysol spray and told me I had to do it. At the time I was like whatever that’s fine I just want a clean toilet seat, but writing this now I’m thinking wow, I had to clean my own hotel room toilet. He offered me a discount for the trouble but failed to mention that it was only going to apply to one night. I found this out on the morning of my check out. The new guy who was there said he saw the discount in my account and he would put it through but I had to call hotels.com to confirm on their end. This is when I found out that they were only discounting me for the night in question. I was disappointed but hotels.com offered me an additional credit and the woman who helped me was super nice. Overall I won’t stay here again.

This HI Express exceeded my expectations with only one exception: the desk clerk was brand new on the job and hadn't learned various procedures. I had prepaid for the room (as required by Expedia and the hotel chain), but this clerk tried to charge me for the room. In the process, he deleted the information about the existing payment, and it took almost half an hour on the phone for his more experienced colleague to make the necessary phone calls to get everything sorted out. In the meantime, I was left standing in the lobby. Eventually, I got my key card and access to the room, and everything worked out OK.

The level of service was deplorable and accommodations were biased. I purchased a room for three nights for photographers traveling internationally with their infant for my wedding. Upon arrival, my photographers were told by “Merlie” they could not be accommodated although the room was FULLY PAID for and their flight was delayed, meanwhile a person who complained of an AC not working was immediately accommodated with another room. It was only after a supervisor (Lucy) came and nearly 1 hour later that my guests were provided an alternate room. Customer service, compassion and training is needed at this facility!

We were in Napa for a wedding it was a two-day stay. Everything was good and the location was close to several stores and a restaurant. Things were going well until the last day. My wife was about to enter the shower and a maintenance worker barged in the room no knocking he didn't announce himself and saw her naked. After hearing her scream, I confronted him, He said that the front desk sent him and didn't know that we were in the room. After calming my wife down we went to the front desk. They apologized and said that they forgot we were there. Two things came to mind can't make mistakes like this, how do you forget about your guest? The second thought is if there is an issue that needs attention why were we booked in that room? My wife is traumatized We are looking into this.

Very easy and quick check in. Parking is free and theres plenty of space. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was located. Plenty of food options in the same lot and even more across the street. Nice park across as well. Area definitely gets little busy since its on main road but its still very quiet. Staff was really nice. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. Their breakfast surprised me as well. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back againz

As a solo traveler, I am always hoping the place I reserve isn’t a safe area. This was great! It’s a newer part of American Canyon. It has many shops you can walk to, a park in front of the hotel. This is my go to hotel now if I’m staying in the Napa Valley area easy freeway access to both Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, only took an hour from SFO.

Location was too far from Napa. Confusing on the map. First room was not clean but when I complained in the morning they moved us to a better room. Towels were thin and many edges are shredded. Could do better with that part.

Location!Location! Location! About 40 miles from SFO…away from all the hustle and bustle. Easy day trips. Napa,Sonoma,and Calistoga to the north. Point Reyes lighthouse to the west. Reno NV to the East.Walnut Creek and Danville to the south. And the JellyBelly factory tour in Fairview nearby.

Really close to a Walmart as well as a few other stores and restaurants. Not too far from Napa about an 10 minute drive which was nice! Clean and comfortable room and staff was very nice and helpful. I forgot something in the room after checkout and they were quick to find for me and held it up front until I came to pick it up!

I wanted to like this property more than I did. It’s a little run down in the general areas but the rooms were still nice. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The first morning there was sausage patties, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, onions/peppers, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, plus the usual continental breakfast stuff. Their coffee was not good but there was a Keurig in the room. Location was great as it was on the main road with plenty of restaurants around and Walmart just across the street.
