We stayed here based on price and proximity to DLR. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The parking situation is not good. There seemed to not be enough spaces for all the rooms and we also had to park our SUV in a compact space every night. Other than that, the only issue I had was that the mattress was way too firm.

The room is conveniently so close to Disneyland we could as the firework show but the appliances did not work and I lost $60 of groceries because of that! The parking is also terrible. The spaces are tiny! Better have your stuff in the trunk only!

Our stay at Alamo Inn was short but overall a really good experience. This was our first time staying here, and we found the location super convenient — just about a 10-minute walk to Downtown Disney, which made getting to the parks really easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. We didn’t spend much time in the room besides sleeping, but after long days at the parks, we did wish the bed was a bit more comfortable since it was quite firm. That was really the only downside. The staff was polite, check-in was quick and easy, and we really appreciated the free parking. We were even able to leave our car there after checkout while we spent a little more time at Downtown Disney, which was a nice bonus. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay again!

Nice motel close to Disney. Grocery store nearby as well. Very afforable for what you get. Nice pool, nice hottub, free parking. Easy check-in and check- out. Would stay again.

The room was very comfortable .temperature was great .The staff was great and the place even had a nice hot tub to relax after a long day .I would definitely stay there again .it was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable Plus it was a short walk to downtown Disney

Very clean room and the cleaners came regularly to make beds/give you fresh towels which was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. It had all the ammenities you needed including microwave, fridge and coffee/tea machine. Pool and hot tub was lovely after a long day with lots of walking.

The floor felt dirty and slimy. Our feet were black after walking around for a couple mins. There were flies inside. It felt like you couldn’t breathe it was so humid and muggy inside even with air conditioning down to 66F. We left 1 night early to find elsewhere to stay.

We did find one bed bug on the chair in the room. We checked the beds sheets and mattresses but could not see anything. We got clean sheets. We where worried if we found one there would be more but luckily that was the only one.

Pros, The room was clean and big enough for two. It was a great central location and walking distance to Disneyland along with free parking. Cons, parking was very tight, walls are very thin and if you're on the bottom floor you can hear everything above you due to the wood floors. Overall good for a budget friendly hotel thats close to everything.

Easily walkable to Downtown Disney + Disneyland & California Adventure. Our mini fridge wasn’t plugged in, but worked just fine when we plugged it back in ourselves. Only complaint is that there is a bit of ambient light at night; our room was not completely dark. Could be an issue for sensitive sleepers.

The hotel is in a great location and in perfect walking distance to the parks. Also ots right next to a dennys, which was nice. Overall it was clean and comfortable. The pillows could use updating, they were really flat. The one complaint i have is that the walls are super thin and people above us were up yapping and running atound until 2am and if anyone is out being loud in the parking lot you can hear everything. I didnt get much sleep.

As usual, we had a wonderful stay!! We left a couple things behind accidentally and were notified before we even made it back home. Needless to say that the items were sent back to us and all is well! Another great stay at the Alamo Inn. We also used food delivery apps a couple of times with no issues!

I would have appreciated if the front desk clerk would tell visitors to give space for someone who is currently checking in. They could ask others to have a seat until they are ready. One visitor came right next to me while I was still checking in. It. Was so awkward. I didn’t know how to say please give me space while I check in. Have a seat lady. She was right next to me leaning on the counter and could see my I.D. and credit cards etc. It is less awkward if a clerk suggests to have a seat while waiting. PLEASE please keep be sure to ask guests to give each other room while checking in.

I forgot something in the room after we checked out. We live in the Valley and alredy drove an hour n half away before I realized I forgot my grandson Buzz light year toy! I called and spoke to Chris he put it aside for me! My cousin went and picked it up! Everything was nice and clean we liked it there and we plan to stay again

I had a rough time checking in because the staff was not aware that Bobby is Robert, Bill is William, as in Bobby Kennedy Bill Clinton. First let me say my girl friend is Spanish so I’m not prejudice. It would be much easier if they were aware of these things. They said the name was not the same as the reservation name. When I travel to hotels with US born staff, they know this. Anyway, it took some time to check in and it really is a set back.

Ethan at the front desk was very helpful and understanding to our stay needs. We were able to checkin to our first reservation at the earliest slot possible and on the next day switch over to our other reservation in a different room with ease. The convenience to the Park was perfect. A short walk. Price location and service. Thank you.

My only complaint is that i got asked if i wanted the room clean and new towels ect and I said yes, i left early in the morning to Disney and when i got back at night evrything was still the same and no new towels!! Other than that everything good!

Those were updated and included a refrigerator and microwave. It was easy walking distance to Disneyland in California adventure and an excellent place to stay for the Disneyland races. Everything was very clean and well kept.

I have always stayed on Harbor and felt a little apprehensive of leaving that general area but I am really glad we did. Not only was the walk about the same (just under a mile), if you are a rope-dropper like us the security line to enter downtown Disney was quick. Given that the hotel was built in the 70’s, they have done a nice job with the remodel. The rooms are comfortable and the beds have a generous amount of pillows. We were lucky enough to get a room that has the front patio and we throughly enjoyed this area to relax in. The staff are incredibly friendly and we will definitely consider this hotel again in the future. The food options in the area were great and the room keys have a discount on them to the Denny’s next door. We are looking forward to returning one day!

We chose this place because it was close to disneyland. A 10-15 minute walk at most honestly. It was a great distance !! The hotel room was a bit small, but that’s okay since we enjoyed being at disney a majority of the day. The AC and heater worked perfectly which was enjoyable. The TV only has capable with some interested cartoons, like disney or boomerang. The shower had nice water pressure which was enjoyable. The only saddening thing was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable leaving us with some pains throughout the day. It was more of a harder and firmer mattress and not in a good way. The pillows are small as well. Losing sleep is not a good thing lol, but it was fine though. But besides that everything was amazing, they even give you a discount for the Denny’s next door.

Family vacation to Disneyland and California Adventure. We are a tall family of four so we booked the additional room within a room. So my wife and I had a queen size bed and my 16 year old son had his own bed and my 20 year old daughter had the additional room. The room gave us the space we needed. The location was walking distance to the parks and safe. Staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend if looking to book a stay close to the parks for a family.

Staff was really friendly, we arrived around 11 AM, we were not eligible for early check in bc of the time. So we decided to leave our car and go straight to the parks, they started our check in process so that when we were back at night we only had to pick up our keys. The beds were really comfortable, water pressure was fine, clean towels everyday. You can walk through Downtown Disney to access the parks; I would say it's a 15-20 minute walk, or you can just Uber for $7-10 dollars.

20 min walk to downtown Disney security checkpoint. No other dining place was available, but Denny's that was right next door and for staying at this motel a 15% discount was applied. Decent place and plenty of hot water when showering.

Close walk to downtown Disney, Garden Walk, and the convention center. Book early prior to your events especially if they are at the convention center. Super convenient staff is 24 hrs. Clean, everything we need for our short trips to the convention center. Price is a little expensive but it’s so convenient. 3 min walk to convenient store and Denny’s is 24 hrs about 2 min walk.

it was very clean, the bathroom looked nice and clean as well. they did room service our second night there. we asked for an iron and extra towels and it was brought super fast. i’m not a walker but it wasn’t far from disneyland, maybe a 20 minute walk. i liked that the pool was open, it was also in very good condition as well as the hot tub. they also gave us a discount card to denny's that comes with your stay, i can’t remember how much it was but still nice. i absolutely loved the cleaning ladies, super kind and sweet. overall a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.
